供应链数字化转型已成为制造企业应对VUCA情境的关键,但是许多制造企业仍旧面临“不敢转”和“不会转”的困境。鉴于此,本文采用基于扎根理论的研究方法对典型制造企业供应链数字化转型进行剖析,识别出制造企业供应链数字化转型的动因与路径。研究发现:转型的动因涉及微观企业、中观行业和宏观环境三个层面,三者相互影响,共同作用于转型行为,进而带来了企业管理水平、协作效率和动态能力的提高。本文揭示了基于“动机–行为–绩效”的供应链数字化转型过程机理,可为制造企业的供应链数字化转型提供科学依据。Supply chain digital transformation has become the key for manufacturing companies to cope with VUCA situations, but many manufacturing companies are still facing the dilemma of “not daring to transform” and “not knowing how to transform”. In view of this, this paper adopts research method based on grounded theory to analyze the digital transformation of the supply chain of typical manufacturing companies, identifying the motivation and path of the digital transformation of the supply chain of manufacturing companies. The study found that the motivation for transformation involves three levels: micro-enterprises, meso-industries, and macro-environment. The three influence each other and work together on the transformation behavior, which in turn leads to the improvement of enterprise management level, collaboration efficiency, and dynamic capabilities. This paper reveals the evolution mechanism of the process of supply chain digital transformation based on “motivation-behavior-performance”, which can provide a scientific basis for the digital transformation of the supply chain of manufacturing companies.

With the expansion of the market scale, the sportswear industry is bound to usher in a more fierce competition pattern, and domestic brands will continue to increase market investment and brand promotion efforts to occupy more market share. This paper first summarizes the development status of the sportswear industry, then discusses the hot topics on sportswear marketing strategies in the academic circles, and then makes a detailed analysis of the competitive situation of the sportswear industry based on Porter’s Five Forces Model, and gives some competitive strategies for the sportswear industry at this stage, such as connecting online and offline through Weimob smart retail to connect public and private domain traffic, combining national tide culture to break the circle of marketing, and expanding global consumers to improve performance, so as to cope with the future development and transformation of the sportswear industry.
本文以苏宁易购为研究对象,基于企业转型理论与价值链理论,系统分析其数字化转型的动因、路径及绩效影响机制。研究发现,该企业通过“互联网探索-O2O融合–智慧零售”三阶段战略,实现了供应链智能化的协同突破。研究揭示了传统零售企业数字化转型的核心路径:技术赋能供应链柔性化、场景创新驱动客户价值挖掘、生态协同实现经营效率提升,为同类企业提供了“技术 + 场景 + 生态”的转型范式参考。This paper takes Suning as the research object, systematically analyzing the drivers, pathways, and performance impact mechanisms of its digital transformation based on enterprise transformation theory and value chain theory. The study finds that through a three-stage strategy of “internet exploration - O2O integration - smart retail,” the enterprise achieved collaborative breakthroughs in supply chain intelligence. The research reveals the core transformation path for traditional retail enterprises: technological empowerment enabling supply chain flexibility, scenario innovation driving customer value mining, and ecological collaboration enhancing operational efficiency. This provides a “technology + scenario + ecology” transformation paradigm reference for similar enterprises.

To study the improvement of accounting information quality under ERP system, this article analyzes the impact of ERP system on accounting information quality and explores the main problems in the current system operation, including high implementation costs, poor user technical adaptability, insufficient data quality control, and information silos. Through research, optimization paths have been proposed, such as phased modular deployment, enhanced operational training, establishment of data input standards, and promotion of deep integration of system modules. Research suggests that targeted optimization can significantly improve the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of accounting information in ERP systems, providing strong support for enterprise financial management.

本研究基于国家乡村振兴的背景,以安徽省黄山市茶叶特色产业为研究对象,通过构建SWOT战略体系,对黄山茶叶的营销发展进行了分析。黄山茶业发展具备显著的地理区位优势、生态资源禀赋和技术创新基础,但同时面临着产业管理体系滞后、品牌矩阵建设薄弱及生产标准化程度不足等现实问题。在数字经济赋能和消费升级的双重机遇下,仍需应对病虫害侵袭风险及国内外市场竞争加剧的挑战。基于分析研究,提出构建“优势主导–机遇转化”协同发展战略,通过技术创新深化地理标志保护,实施品牌化发展的举措,同时建立全产业链标准化体系,以特色产业高质量发展助力黄山茶叶种植地区的乡村振兴。Based on the background of national rural revitalization, this study takes the tea specialty industry in Huangshan City, Anhui Province as the research object and analyzes the marketing development of Huangshan tea by constructing a SWOT strategic system. The development of the tea industry in Huangshan enjoys significant geographical location advantages, ecological resource endowments and technological innovation foundations. However, it also faces practical problems such as lagging industrial management systems, weak brand matrix construction and insufficient standardization of production. Under the dual opportunities of digital economy empowerment and consumption upgrade, it still needs to deal with the risks of pest and disease invasion and the intensification of domestic and international market competition. Based on the analysis and research, a “dominant advantage-opportunity transformation” coordinated development strategy is proposed to deepen the protection of geographical indications through technological innovation, implement brand development measures, and establish a standardized system covering the entire industrial chain to promote high-quality development of characteristic industries and contribute to the rural revitalization of the tea-growing areas in Huangshan.

This article explores the impact of digital transformation on the financial management of e-commerce enterprises, pointing out that in the process of implementing digital financial management, e-commerce enterprises need to overcome challenges such as technology integration, lack of professional talents, compliance and supervision, and resistance to change. To address these issues, measures such as strengthening employee digital skills training, enhancing technology integration, paying attention to compliance and regulatory challenges, and guiding employees to accept new things are proposed. Effective financial risk management not only helps companies reduce potential losses, but also enhances their risk resistance and market competitiveness, thereby achieving sustainable development. The paper analyzes the main financial risk factors of e-commerce enterprises and proposes measures such as strengthening cash flow management to increase cash reserves, enhancing credit management to improve financial transparency, increasing market layout to enhance risk resistance, and optimizing inventory management to reduce inventory backlog. I hope these strategies will help improve the financial risk management capabilities of e-commerce companies and promote the stable development of the e-commerce industry.
