目的探讨脯氨酸-谷氨酸-亮氨酸富集蛋白1(Proline,glutamate and leucine rich protein 1,PELP1)表达与胃癌演进及预后的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化检测39例正常胃组织、48例低级别不典型增生胃组织、28例高级别不典型增生胃组织、77例胃癌组织中PELP1蛋白表达水平,观察胃癌不同演进阶段PELP1表达变化;分析胃癌患者PELP1表达水平与临床病理参数关系;通过在线癌症生存分析工具Kaplan-Meier Plotter分析胃癌PELP1表达与患者总生存期、首次进展前生存期和进展后生存期之间的关系。结果胃癌演进过程中,PELP1表达水平逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织中PELP1表达与淋巴结转移、低肿瘤分化、高临床分期有关(P<0.05);PELP1高表达组患者总生存期、首次进展前生存期和进展后生存期均显著低于PELP1低表达组患者(P<0.05)。结论高表达PELP1参与胃癌演进并且提示患者预后不良。

Baicalin is a major bioactive ingredient from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and has various pharmacological actions such as anti-apoptosis and anti-oxidative ***,an involvement of baicalin in the ethanol-induced cerebral impairment remains ***,here we explored that the neuroprotective effects of baicalin on ethanol-induced impairment in C57BL/6 mice model with Lieber-De Carli liquid diet including *** utilizing Morris water maze test,we found that baicalin attenuated the cognitive dysfunction of mice treated with *** discuss the anti-apoptosis effects of baicalin on ethanol mediated neuronal impairment,histopathological examination such as Nissl staining and Neu N immunohistochemistry,molecular biological analysis such as Western Blot and quantitative PCR were used to evaluate the apoptosis of hippocampal *** analysis of above results showed that baicalin could attenuate apoptosis of hippocampal neurons after ethanol *** explore the anti-oxidative mechanism of baicalin in hippocampal neuronal impairment caused by ethanol,the oxidative stress injury of hippocampal neurons was evaluated by measuring levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),activities of catalase(CAT),Cu/Zn-superoxide dismutase(SOD),Mn-SOD,glutathione(GSH)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX).In addition,Western blot analysis showed that baicalin modulated the protein expressions of mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs),including ERK,JNK and ***,these results suggest that baicalin alleviates ethanol-mediated hippocampal neuronal impairment by anti-apoptosis and anti-oxidative,and then improves cognitive function of mice treated byethanol,which is likely to be related to MAPK signal pathway.
