This paper discusses how people should treat disaster and to what extent that culture can affect people’s recognition of *** argue that the traditional religious culture paradigm can mislead a society’s attitude to disasters and hazards and then we introduce a more reasonable culture named "nature-respected leading culture paradigm".The paper compares the two paradigms and then delineates the advantages of the nature-respected leading paradigm in disaster precaution and defending *** this paradigm,people should treat disasters naturally and respectably and meanwhile,be educated by more scientific knowledge and technologies to improve their capability to defend disasters.
