The paper introduced the forestry loan/grant projects in China from international financial organizations such as the World Bank,Asian Development Bank,the European Investment Bank,the European Union and the Global Environment Facility,as well as the funds utilization since the enforcement of the Reform and Opening-up Policy in *** far,1.37 billion USD and 467 million EUR of loan have been used to establish 4.05 million ha of plantations and 1.44 million ha of forest tending and forest regeneration in 23 provinces/cities and regions in *** financial organizations loan projects have greatly facilitated the sound and rapid regional economic development,promoted the transformation of forestry development,ensured the security of the ecology and timber,increased the forest resource reserve,and contributed the income increase and poverty *** the future,it should be further strengthened in the change of working ways and implementation of working procedures.
