课程思政是新时代高校立德树人的根本任务和专业课教师的重要职责。文章以“数据库原理与应用”课程为例，探讨在OBE(Outcome Based Education，成果导向教育)理念指导下课程思政的建设方法。首先，分析了“数据库原理与应用”课程引入思想政治教育的现实意义，指出该课程在培养学生家国情怀、社会责任感和职业道德方面的重要性；其次，提出了基于OBE理念的课程思政建设总体思路，通过明确课程育人目标、深挖思政元素及精选思政素材、确定多样化的教学方法和设计多元评价机制，构建课程思政育人框架；最后，针对课程思政建设提出建议，以期不断优化课程思政的实施效果。实践表明，课程思政的有效实施不仅丰富了“数据库原理与应用”课程的教学内容，还提升了学生的综合素质，为培养德才兼备的信息技术人才提供了有益借鉴。
