本文基于数字经济时代背景,探讨了我国直播电商监管的现状,主要包括与直播电商相关的法律法规,相关监管部门对直播电商行业的监督管理以及直播平台等第三方监管力量的监管;其次,通过对我国直播电商监管现状的分析,指出我国直播电商监管在立法和执法层面及政府和相关平台的监管中所面临的挑战;最后,对加强我国直播电商监管对策进行探讨研究,以制定有效的监管对策,营建优质的互联网文化,大力倡导和促进网络直播产业的良性、有序发展。In the context of the digital economy era, this paper discusses the current situation of China’s live e-commerce regulation, which mainly includes the laws and regulations related to live e-commerce, the supervision and management of the live e-commerce industry by relevant regulatory authorities, and the regulation by third-party forces such as live streaming platforms. Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of China’s live e-commerce regulation, the paper points out the challenges faced by China’s live e-commerce regulation at the legislative and law enforcement levels, as well as by the government and related platforms. Finally, the paper delves into the countermeasures to strengthen the regulation of live e-commerce in China, aiming to formulate effective regulatory strategies, foster a high-quality internet culture, and vigorously promote the healthy and orderly development of the live streaming industry.
