在全球气候变化的严峻挑战下,推动绿色低碳发展成为国际社会的共同责任。我国作为全球最大的能源生产国和消费国,积极提出并制定了“双碳”目标,致力于碳减排。为响应这一目标,能源电力产业链的核心企业正积极推进绿色供应链体系建设,将减污降碳扩绿因素纳入供应商评价体系。本文基于ESG理论,深入分析国内外企业ESG评价实践案例,通过评价目标识别、价值分析和标准对比,设计了融入ESG理念的供应商评价指标,构建了电网绿色供应商评价体系。该体系旨在推动绿色低碳发展,加快绿色升级和降碳去碳进程,更好地服务于国家“双碳”战略大局。In the face of the severe challenge of global climate change, promoting green and low-carbon development has become a common responsibility of the international community. As the world’s largest energy producer and consumer, China has actively put forward and formulated the “dual carbon” target, committed to reducing carbon emissions. In response to this goal, core enterprises in the energy and power industry chain are actively promoting the construction of a green supply chain system, incorporating factors of pollution reduction, carbon reduction, and green expansion into the supplier evaluation system. Based on ESG theory, this paper deeply analyzes the ESG evaluation practice cases of domestic and foreign enterprises. Through the identification of evaluation objectives, value analysis, and standard comparison, it designs ESG concept-integrated supplier evaluation indicators and constructs a green supplier evaluation system for the power grid. The system aims to promote green and low-carbon development, accelerate the process of green upgrading and carbon reduction, and better serve the national “dual carbon” strategic situation.
本文运用单根锥形水泥杆的成本计算模型,选择试点水泥杆品类的供应商采集主材成本、生产成本、经营成本等各项数据,运用回归模型计算出锥形水泥杆的合理价,借助皮尔逊相关函数、方差膨胀因子用以验证模型可靠性,并穿插比较分析法,针对合理价影响最大的主材成本进行深入分析,锁定混凝土、螺纹钢为主材成本的关键构成项。本文应用模型结论,提出适用于物资专业采购管理、策略优化的建议举措,进而达到提高水泥杆采购质效管理的总体目标。The paper uses the cost calculation model of a single conical cement pole, selects the suppliers of the pilot cement pole category to collect the main material cost, production cost, operating cost and other data, uses the regression model to calculate the reasonable price of the conical cement pole, verifies the reliability of the model with the help of Pearson correlation function and variance expansion factor, and intersperses comparative analysis. The cost of main materials, which has the greatest impact on reasonable price, is analyzed in depth, and concrete and rebar are the key components of the cost of main materials. Based on the conclusion of the model, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures suitable for material professional procurement management and strategy optimization, so as to achieve the overall goal of improving the quality and efficiency management of cement pole procurement.
