探究超声引导下肉毒毒素注射治疗中风后足内翻近期疗效。方法 康复科2023年1月1日至2024年3月30日接收中风后足内翻患者60例,计算机序列号分组各30例,参考组采用功能电针疗法及常规康复训练,探究组采用参考组疗法+可视化肉毒素注射技术,比对临床疗效。结果 探究组治疗后踝关节外翻(passive range of motion,PROM)、踝关节背屈PROM大于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后探究组运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、Barthel日常生活能力指数(Barthel index,BI)评分均高于参考组(P<0.05);探究组近期显效率高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 中风后足内翻联合超声引导下肉毒毒素局部注射,可进一步改善足踝畸形,促进下肢功能恢复,提高独立生活能力,近期疗效显著。
