目的 探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)和价值树理论为基础的计划-实施-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在药学带教模式中对教、学双方的效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月和2022年1—12月皖南医学院第二附属医院68名药学实习生为研究对象。随机分为试验组与对照组,各34名。对照组使用传统教学方式,试验组采用基于OBE和价值树理论为基础的PDCA联合PBL的药学带教模式。对比2组的带教效果。结果 试验组出科后成绩高于对照组,试验组沟通能力评分为(78.63±3.14)分、专业技能能力评分为(79.32±2.88)分及总分为(236.24±8.81)分,高于对照组的(77.29±3.23)分、(76.37±3.32)分、(231.97±9.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组基础知识能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组对带教老师的满意度评分为(89.16±3.02)分,高于对照组的(86.18±3.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组带教能力评分为(88.45±2.77)分,高于对照组的(85.63±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 基于OBE和价值树理论的PDCA联合PBL教学法的带教方式对于学生与教师双方均有较高的能力提升。

Actually, radiation alone is not enough to kill tumor cells efficientlybecause of the radioresistance of tumor cells. It is well known that tumors from the samehistolog-ical origin and of the same development stage are extremely heterogeneous in theirsensitivity to radiotherapy. One of the most resistant factors to radiation is that tumor cells arecommonly hypoxic. The study on radiosensitizing agents is one of the most interesting issues intumor radiotherapeutics. These radiosensitizing agents can be classified into three main categories:natural products, synthesized chemicals and gene therapeutic agents according to their origins andtherapeutic techniques. Many radiosensitizing agents have some side-effects when they are active;so, it is important and significant to do our best to find more radiosensitizing agents with higherefficiency and lower side-effects. On the other hand, the tumor cells are easy to become resistantto older radiosensitizing agents; hence, it is urgent to develop newer radiosensitizing agents forclinics. Natural products come from plants, animals and other living beings. When serving asradiosensitizing agents in tumor radiotherapy, they are more attractive and predominant than generaldrugs. The reasons include a great resource ( especially in China) , multifunctional regulation,higher effectiveness and safer clinical effects.
