乙型肝炎流行范围广,是肝硬化、肝衰竭和肝癌的重要病因,严重威胁人类健康.因乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)特殊的复制过程中共价闭合环状DNA(covalent closed circular DNA,ccc DNA)的稳态调节和病毒特异性的免疫耐受,造成HBV慢性持续性感染,难以清除.现有的治疗大多只能抑制病毒复制,不能清除乙型肝炎表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen,HBs Ag)和HBV c c c D N A.乙型肝炎的"治愈"治疗是科学家一直努力的方向,其标志是HBs Ag的消失和肝细胞内HBV ccc DNA的清除.近年来,随着对HBV致病机制的深入研究和基因编辑技术的发展,乙型肝炎的"治愈"治疗已曙光初现.本文就乙型肝炎的"治愈"研究方面的进展进行简要综述.

Poly(D-lysine)/hyaluronan(PDL/HA)films were prepared using layer-by-layer technique and chemically cross-linked with a water soluble carbodiimide(EDC)in combination with N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS)through formation of amide *** crystal microbalance with dissipation(QCM-D)was used to follow the cross-linking *** force measurement,ellipsometry,and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy were performed to study the chemical structure,topology,thickness and mechanical properties of the cross-linked ***-D and Frictional force study were used to reveal the viscoelasticity of the films after cross-linking *** stability of the films was studied via incubating the films in physiological ***,the neurons were used to evaluate the interaction between films and *** results indicated that the neurons were preferably proliferating and outgrowth neurite on cross-linked films while uncross-linked films are highly cell resistant.
