以旅游大数据为基础,考虑长时间范围内的滞后效应以及不同搜索强度指数(Search Intensity Index,SII)之间的多任务影响,提出一种基于大数据的多任务旅游信息分析(Multi-tasking Tourism Information Analysis Based on Big Data,MTIABD)框架。使用融合信息重排序技术预测旅游需求,具体根据图引导结构模拟历史变量对未来变量的滞后影响。每个变量通过时间维度上的卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)进行独立编码,利用二分图动态建模滞后效应,通过图聚合进行挖掘,实现对旅游需求的精准预测。基于上述技术,构建旅游需求预测系统,旅游者能够根据需求检索不同景点的信息。在真实数据集上进行大量实验,结果表明所提出的MTIABD框架在一步和多步预测方面均优于现有方法。在平均绝对百分比误差(Mean Absolute Percentage Error,MAPE)指标下,相较于基于实例的多变量时间序列图预测框架(Instance-wise Graph-rased Framework for Multivariate Time Series Forecasting,IGMTF),MTIABD在HK-2021数据集上的性能提高了16.75%,在MO-2021数据集上的性能提高了19.79%。
当今社会,大学生群体面临着来自学业、就业、人际关系等多方面的压力,心理负荷不断加重。传统的高校心理教育模式在应对这些复杂多变的心理需求时显得力不从心,难以满足学生多样化、个性化的心理健康需求。跨界融合理念存在为高校心理教育过程中遇到的困境进行优势补充的可能性,将高校心理健康教育与跨界融合理念进行关联性探讨,是对高校心理教育方式的创新,也是对跨界融合理念新的可能性探索。文章以新的视角探讨跨界融合理念在高校心理教育中的实践途径,阐述目前高校心理健康教育的困境、跨界融合理念与高校心理教育的理论契合以及跨界融合理念在高校心理教育中的实践路径,分析通过学科融合、技术融合、资源融合等多种方式,提升高校心理教育的质量和效果,以期为高校心理教育的创新发展提供新的可能性。In today’s society, college students are facing pressure from many aspects such as study, employment and interpersonal relationships, and their psychological load is increasing. The traditional psychological education model in universities is unable to cope with these complex and changeable psychological needs, and it is difficult to meet the diversified and personalized mental health needs of students. The concept of cross-border integration has the possibility to supplement the advantages of the difficulties encountered in the process of psychological education in universities. Exploring the correlation between mental health education in universities and the concept of cross-border integration is not only an innovation in the way of psychological education in universities, but also a new possibility exploration of the concept of cross-border integration. This article explores the practical pathways of the cross-border integration concept of psychological education in universities from a new perspective. It elaborates on the current challenges in universities mental health education, the theoretical compatibility between the cross-border integration concept and universities psychological education, and the practical approaches to cross-border integration in universities psychological education. The article analyzes how to enhance the quality and effectiveness of universities psychological education through various means such as interdisciplinary integration, technological integration, and resource integration, with the expectation of providing new possibilities for the innovative development of universities psychological education.
