This paper analyzes the key role of improving employee satisfaction in the era of digital economy. Based on the detailed exploration of the needs of employees, it is advocated that the salary structure needs to be more flexible, and that multiple factors such as performance appraisal, career development and personal goals should be integrated to implement differentiated salary plans. It also focuses on the role of using technology in data collection and analysis to ensure the scientific and accurate nature of salary decision. The study found that differentiated compensation design can not only stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm, but also help to improve the attractiveness of enterprises and enhance the retention rate of talents.

At present, with the rapid development of information technology, informatization has become an important way for construction enterprises to improve management levels, increase production efficiency, and promote industrial upgrading. The paper analyzes in detail the application status of information technology in the construction industry, such as the wide application of BIM technology in architectural design, construction, and management, the strong support of project management software for construction projects, and the new opportunities brought by big data and cloud computing technology. 高校基层党建是我国党建工作的重要组成部分,在高校教学改革过程中,应将课程思政和专业教学有效融合,以提升高校教学质量,巩固高校党建内容。本文结合近年社会工作教学改革和社会工作本科生党支部建设的融合实践,发现高校基层党建工作和社会工作教学深入融合,可以有效提升课程改革质量和成效,提升社会工作专业学生培养质量,同时有助于地区和谐社会的建设。在此基础上,文章提出高校基层党建工作与社会工作教学深度融合的策略:一是充分发挥高校基层党建工作引领示范功能,二是高度重视思政元素与教学内容的有机融合,三是营造高校基层党建工作与教学工作融合的良好环境。Grassroots party construction in universities is an important component of China’s party construction. In the process of university teaching reform, the integration of ideological and political education in courses and professional teaching should be effectively carried out to improve the quality of teaching in universities and consolidate the content of party construction in universities. This article combines the integration practice of social work teaching reform and undergraduate party branch construction in recent years, and finds that the deep integration of grassroots party construction and social work teaching in universities can effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of curriculum reform, enhance the quality of social work major student training, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in the region. On this basis, the article proposes strategies for the deep integration of grassroots party construction and social work teaching in universities: Firstly, fully leverage the leading and exemplary role of grassroots party construction in universities. Secondly, it attaches great importance to the organic integration of ideological and political elements with teaching content. 随着互联网技术的飞速发展,人寿保险也逐渐涉足电子商务渠道。在探讨消费者对人寿保险电子商务渠道的接受度时,通过分析相关理论及现状,从个人、产品、渠道、社会环境等方面探讨影响接受度的因素。实证研究采用问卷调查等方法,得出关键因素。结合案例分析,提出提高接受度的策略,包括加强保险教育、创新产品设计、优化渠道体验及完善监管环境等,以促进人寿保险电子商务渠道的健康发展。With the rapid development of Internet technology, life insurance has gradually become involved in e-commerce channels. In the discussion of consumers’ acceptance of life insurance e-commerce channels, through the analysis of relevant theories and current situation, we discuss the factors affecting the acceptance of consumers from the aspects of individuals, products, channels, social environment and so on. The empirical study uses questionnaires and other methods to obtain the key factors. Based on the case analysis, strategies to improve acceptance are put forward, including strengthening insurance education, innovating product design, optimizing channel experience and improving regulatory environment, so as to promote the healthy development of e-commerce channels of life insurance.
