<正>长链脂肪醇(Policosanol,PC)是一种高分子量的碳数为20-36的一元伯醇混合物。PC 能增强人的体能,这主要是因为含有二十八醇。二十八醇是世界公认的抗疲劳物质,三十醇是一种植物生长调节剂。目前国际市场对 PC 产品的质量要求是以二十八醇为主,另外高三十醇含量的 PC 也很受青睐。PC 即使经过精制,也难以得到100%纯的二十八醇或三十醇,一般都或多或少地含有少量天然米糠中固有的其它长链脂肪醇,特别是相邻碳数的脂肪醇。因此,分离测定每步产物中各种脂肪醇的含量,建立其色谱指纹图谱,对于指导工艺路线和控制产品质量具有举足轻重的作用。
