Kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.) is one of the most economically important crops for fiber *** better understand the genetic basis of kenaf for the improvement of kenaf production,a genetic linkage map of kenaf was constructed using SRAP,ISSR and *** kenaf and Fuhong 992,two cultivated types,were used as parents to construct an F2 population consisting of 180 plants.494 SRAP primer combinations,60 ISSR primers,120 RAPD primers and 300 two-primer RAPD mixtures were used to screen polymorphisms between Alain kenaf and Fuhong *** results revealed 396 polymorphic loci in total,the loci were used to construct the genetic linkage map with MAPMAKER/ EXP 3.0(LOD≥3.0).307 loci were assembled into 26 linkage groups with at least two loci in each *** map covered 4925.1 cM with an average marker density of 16.04 cM per *** on most linkage groups are randomly distributed in this map.
