目的:探讨体力活动对围绝经期及绝经后女性睡眠质量的影响,正性情绪、负性情绪的并行中介作用及膳食行为习惯的调节作用。方法:采用一般资料调查表、国际体力活动问卷长问卷、正性负性情绪量表、膳食行为习惯量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,对重庆某三甲医院的1326名围绝经期及绝经后女性进行调查。结果:(1) 体力活动可显著预测围绝经期及绝经后女性的睡眠质量;(2) 正性情绪和负性情绪在体力活动与睡眠质量之间起部分中介作用;(3) 膳食行为习惯调节该中介模型的后半路径。结论:体力活动会影响围绝经期及绝经后女性睡眠质量,同时通过正性情绪、负性情绪的中介作用影响睡眠质量,膳食行为习惯可以调节正性情绪、负性情绪对睡眠质量的影响。Objective: To investigate the effects of physical activity on sleep quality in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, the mediating role of positive and negative emotions and the moderating effect of dietary habits. Methods: A total of 1326 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women in a tertiary hospital in Chongqing were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Long, the Positive and Negative Affect Scale, the Dietary Behavior Habit Scale, and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Results: (1) Physical activity could significantly predict the sleep quality of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women;(2) Positive and negative emotions played a mediating role in the relationship between physical activity and sleep quality. (3) Dietary behavior habits regulate the second half of the mediation model. Conclusion: Physical activity can affect the sleep quality of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, and at the same time, sleep quality can be affected by the mediating effect of positive and negative emotions, and dietary behavior habits can regulate the effects of positive and negative emotions on sleep quality.
