牙周炎是人类第六大常见疾病,与糖尿病、阿尔兹海默症、动脉粥样硬化、类风湿性关节炎等疾病关系密切,对患者口腔、生理、心理健康都产生极大的影响。MZB1(Marginal Zone B and B-1 Cell-Specific Protein)是B细胞特异性的内质网定位蛋白,在脾脏边缘区(MZ)B细胞和B1细胞中表达最丰富。目前与MZB1相关的研究,多聚焦在内质网应激及免疫炎症等方面,有报道通过基因表达谱及蛋白质组学分析表明MZB1在牙周炎患者中,其中相关性及作用机制并未有报道。本文就MZB1与牙周炎及相关疾病进展做一综述。
