A $\boldsymbol{40}\times\boldsymbol{40}\times \boldsymbol{1.6}\mathbf{mm}^{3}$ ultra-wideband MIMO antenna is proposed in this paper. The antenna realizes four-notched band characteristics by embedding different types of slits in the radiating element. The antenna has good UWB performance, with four-band rejection to avoid interference caused by four narrow frequency bands WiMAX(3.3-3.8GHz), WLAN(S.1-S.8GHz), INSAT(6.7-7.3GHz) and ITV 8GHz (8.13-8.38GHz). It achieves better than - 15dB of isolation, and impedance bandwidth from 3.06-15.5GHz.

In this paper, a novel broadband Coplanar Waveguide(CPW)-fed slot antenna working at Ka-band is presented. A wideband performance is realized by slot coupling between the rectangular stub and the surrounding ground plane for millimeter wave applications. Meanwhile, an asymmetric CPW structure is introduced to improve the antenna bandwidth, by adjusting the width of the rectangular stub, two different resonance frequencies of the narrow slots around the stub are generated close to the center frequency to achieve a wider band-width. The designed CPW slot antenna exhibits a wide impedance bandwidth over 42.4% and an average gain of 3 dBi.

This article presents a Symplectic Geometric Mode Decomposition (SGMD) method incorporating K-means clustering, coupled with wavelet denoising, for mitigating noise in Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) signals. This method substitutes the original component recombination approach in SGMD with the K-means clustering algorithm, thus rendering the signal grouping more logically coherent. In the experiment, we compare the method proposed in this article with other denoising methods. The experimental findings demonstrate substantial advantages of the proposed method in mitigating noise in LFM signals, thereby enhancing both signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and signal quality. The research outcomes underscore the feasibility and substantial potential of this method in mitigating noise in signals. In subsequent studies, additional investigation into its applicability across diverse domains can be pursued alongside the refinement of clustering and denoising algorithms.

In recent years, WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) technology has been developed rapidly, and been widely used in the fields of industry, agriculture, medicine and so on. To solve the low communication rate and short-distance data transmission in the current temperature and humidity monitoring system, this paper designs a temperature and humidity remote monitoring system based on WSN technology. In this system, microprocessor Atmega1.8L is adopted as the control core of network node, and wireless transceiver module nRF905 is used to realize wireless data transmission. The data of temperature and humidity is sampled by using digital temperature sensor DS1.B20 and humidity sensor SHT75 in the system. The proposed network protocol in this paper not only can realize long-rang wireless data transmission, but also can realize self-organizing and manual networking. The results of practical test show that this system has the stable and reliable performance and the advantage of scalability.

A planar, small size, high gain, low specific absorption rate (SAR) and circularly-polarized (CP) wearable antenna is proposed in this paper. The antenna is fabricated on a substrate with a dielectric constant of 3.5 with a thickness of 0.5 mm and sized at 42×42 mm only. Both the simulation results show that the overlap bandwidth of impedance and axial ratio of the proposed antenna is 1..7% (5.1.-5.91.GHz). To isolate the antenna against the influence of the human body, a artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) plane is added on the reverse side of the radiator. The AMC structure effectively isolates the human body from the radiation of the antenna and reduces the specific absorption rate (SAR) of it by more than 96.1. at 5.5 GHz, which improves the antenna gain and the peak gain reaches 5.09 dBi at 5.5 GHz. The wearable performance of the antenna was analyzed, and it is observed that it can sustain good performance even under human body loading. Beside, the antenna has a small size, which makes it ideal for wearable applications. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Industrial sensor signals are essentially non-Euclidean graph structures due to the interplay between process variables;thus, graph convolutional networks (GCNs) have been widely studied and applied. However, most of the existing GCN-based methods may suffer from two drawbacks: 1. it is difficult to characterize multiple interactions among nodes and 2) the input graph constructed from the original data may contain errors and missing edges, which will degenerate the fault diagnosis performance. To address the abovementioned issues, this article designs a hierarchical GCN with latent structure learning for industrial fault diagnosis, which can organize hierarchical networks to col{1.oratively improve the quality of latent graph structure, and enhanced diagnostic performance can be guaranteed. First, a high-quality updated graph is formed by incorporating the original graph with the new graph in the graph constructing layer, which can not only eliminate the adverse effects of noise and outliers but also characterize the multiple interactions among nodes. Then, the updated graph is fed into the multilayer GCN layer for better feature learning and enhances the node representation through intra- and inter-layer convolutional operations simultaneously. After that, the produced node embeddings are used to guide the latent structure learning process for optimal graph. Finally, the proposed method is verified in both the simulated and real industrial processes. The experimental results demonstrate that the new approach has better fault diagnosis accuracy and practicability than state-of-the-art methods. © 1.96-201. IEEE.

Video summarization provides condensed and succinct representations of the content of a video stream. A static storyboard summarization approach based on robust low-rank subspace segmentation is proposed in this paper. Firstly, video frames are represented as multi-dimensional vectors, and then embedded into a group of affine subspaces using low-rank representation according to the content similarity of the frames in the same subspace. Secondly, a series of subspaces are segmented based on the Normalized Cuts algorithm. The video summary is finally generated by choosing key frames from the significant subspaces and ranking these key frames in temporal order. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed summarization algorithm can produce crucial key frames and effectively reduce the visual content redundancy in summary comparing with the conventional approaches. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 201..

Recently, double-negative meta-materials are widely studied in scientific research. The double-negative (DNG) mediums are characterized by simultaneous negative permittivity and permeability. In order to make the FDTD method analyze the electromagnetic scattering and propagation for double-negative (DNG) medium, z-transform is applied to the FDTD method in the double-negative (DNG) medium. For the simulations, extremely large computer memory space and a long computational time b required. A parallel algorithm for the FDTD method on the state of the art graphics hardware is presented. The parallel computing techniques can be used to reduce the computation time significantly and have been widely applied in various complex FDTD applications. In this paper, we simulate the interaction between electromagnetic wave and DNG medium, and describe an impact of new GPU features on development process of an efficient Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) implementation.

A online infomax algorithm is proposed in this paper. The performances and properties of this online algorithm is investigated in detail. To the problem of the artifacts removal in real life EEG signal, both the online-and batch infomax algorithm are applied and compared. The experiment results show that the online infomax algorithm proposed in this paper has the good performance both in artifacts removal and convergence in time-varying mixing system. © 2005 IEEE.

Multi-objective optimization algorithms have demonstrated their effectiveness and efficiency in detecting community structure in complex networks, by which a set of trade-off partitions of networks are obtained instead of a single partition. The large number of partitions lead to a challenging problem for decision makers: how to obtain an ideal partition from the set of trade-off partitions of networks. In this paper, we present two decision-making strategies for obtaining the ideal partition, one is based on the knee points and the other is based on the majority voting. Experimental results on random networks and real-world networks illustrate that the presented two strategies are very competitive for obtaining an ideal partition of networks. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 201..
