Engineering optimization in the intelligence swarm remains to be a challenge. Recently, a novel optimization method based on number-theory and particle swarm, good lattice swarm optimization algorithm(GLSO), is introduced, which intends to produce faster and better global search ability and more accurate convergence because it has a solid theoretical basis. In this paper, four models of constructing good point set are introduced and the GLSO based on new models is rewritten. Some applications of the new model on constrained engineering via employing a penalty function approach suggest that the presented algorithm is potentially a powerful search technique for solving complex engineering design optimization problems.

CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) have a good performance on most classification tasks, but they are vulnerable when meeting adversarial examples. Research and design of highly aggressive adversarial examples can help enhance the security and robustness of CNNs. The transferability of adversarial examples is still low in black-box settings. Therefore, an adversarial example method based on probability histogram equalization, namely HE-MI-FGSM (Histogram Equalization Momentum Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method) is proposed. In each iteration of the adversarial example generation process, the original input image is randomly histogram equalized, and then the gradient is calculated to generate adversarial perturbations to mitigate overfitting in the adversarial example. The effectiveness of the method is verified on the ImageNet dataset. Compared with the advanced method I-FGSM (Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method) and MI-FGSM (Momentum I-FGSM), the attack success rate in the adversarial training network increased by 27.9% and 7.7% on average, respectively.

In this paper, we propose a cross-layer power allocation scheme over wireless relay networks for quality-of-service(QoS) guarantees. We formulate our original throughput maximization problem into effective capacity maximization problem by applying information theory and the concept of the effective capacity. In our scheme, we focus on full duplex mode and amplify-and-forward(AF) protocol. In particular, our proposed scheme derives closed-form expressions and analyzes the impacts of the SNR of the interference channel on the performance of full duplex relaying system. For comparison purpose, we also give the analysis of half duplex relaying system. Simulation results show that our proposed power allocation scheme can support diverse QoS guarantees and achieve better effective capacity than equal power allocation scheme and direct transmission scheme. Our analysis also indicate that the perfect full duplex mode can achieve twice optimal effective capacity of the half duplex mode.

Ana\ysis of electromagnetic scattering characteristics from wire antennas using method of moments has been performed over the past decades. In this paper, an efficient technique is adopted to evaluate the potential and reaction integrals arising in radar cross section (RCS) computation of cylindrical antenna by method of moments. The singularity of potential and reaction integrals is extracted through the semi-analytical method. The induced current on the surface and RCS of cylindrical antenna are calculated. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the computational accuracy and efficiency of the proposed technique.

The pilot contamination is caused by non-orthogonal pilot sequences reuse in uplink, which affects the performance of Massive MIMO systems seriously, so it is necessary to mitigate pilot contamination. In this paper, we propose a pilot contamination precoding scheme to mitigate multi-cell pilot contamination. In the uplink, we propose a cell-defined training scheme, where the same pilot sequence is used in the same cell, and different cells use orthogonal pilot sequences, which eliminates inter-cell interference and introduces intra-cell interference artificially. In the downlink, we adopt Truncated Polynomial Expansion (TPE) precoding to reduce intra-cell interference, since the truncated polynomial of TPE precoding can replace the matrix inversion of Regularized Zero-Forcing (RZF) precoding, which reduces the complexity of RZF precoding and approximates the performance of RZF precoding by suitable truncation orders. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
