Autonomous aerial vehicles (AAVs) have gained considerable attention as a platform for establishing aerial wireless networks and communications. However, the Line of Sight (LoS) dominance in air-to-ground (A2G) communications often leads to significant interference with terrestrial networks, reducing communication efficiency among terrestrial terminals. This article explores a novel uplink interference mitigation approach based on the collaborative beamforming (CB) method in multi-AAV network systems. Specifically, the AAV swarm forms an AAV-enabled virtual antenna array (VAA) to achieve the transmissions of gathered data to multiple base stations (BSs) for data backup and distributed processing. However, there is a tradeoff tradeoff between the effectiveness of CB-based interference mitigation and the energy conservation of AAVs. Thus, by optimizing the excitation current weights and hover position of AAVs as well as the sequence of data transmission to various BSs, we formulate an uplink interference mitigation multiobjective optimization problem (MOOP) to decrease interference affection, enhance transmission efficiency, and improve energy efficiency, simultaneously. In response to the computational demands of the formulated problem, we introduce an evolutionary computation method, namely chaotic nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (CNSGA-II) with multiple improved operators. The proposed CNSGA-II efficiently addresses the formulated MOOP, outperforming several other comparative algorithms, as evidenced by the outcomes of the simulations. Moreover, the proposed CB-based uplink interference mitigation approach can significantly reduce the interference caused by AAVs to nonreceiving BSs. © 201. IEEE.

Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites can be used to assist maritime wireless communications for data transmission across wide-ranging areas. However, extensive coverage of LEO satellites, combined with openness of channels, can cause the communication process to suffer from security risks. This paper presents a low-altitude friendly-jamming LEO satellite-maritime communication system enabled by a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to ensure data security at the physical layer. Since such a system requires trade-off policies that balance the secrecy rate and energy consumption of the UAV to meet evolving scenario demands, we formulate a secure satellite-maritime communication multi-objective optimization problem (SSMCMOP). In order to solve the dynamic and long-term optimization problem, we reformulate it into a Markov decision process. We then propose a transformer-enhanced soft actor critic (TransSAC) algorithm, which is a generative artificial intelligence-enable deep reinforcement learning approach to solve the reformulated problem, so that capturing global dependencies and diversely exploring weights. Simulation results demonstrate that the TransSAC outperforms various baselines, and achieves an optimal secrecy rate while effectively minimizing the energy consumption of the UAV. Enhanced Vgg1. for Medical Image Zero Watermarking: Integrating Attention, Skip Connections, Depth-Separated Convolution, and Dual-Logistic Encryption

The paper proposes an enhanced VGG1. network((referred to as DS-ResVGG1. with CBAM)) that incorporates the attention mechanism CBAM, skip connections, and depth-separable convolution to solve the medical image content protection problem. The three innovative improvements of the enhanced VGG1. network are reflected in the following: first, replacing the regular convolution with depth-separable convolution substantially improves the computational efficiency and parameter utilization of the network;second, the introduction of the CBAM after the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th max-pooling layers further strengthens the network's capability to recognize and respond to crucial features.;and lastly, by adding a skip connection after the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th CBAM modules followed by the addition of skip connections, the transfer and integration of features were enhanced, improving the learning ability and generalization of the model. The improved network extracts Deep features from the original medical images, and binary feature vectors are generated using the mean hash algorithm. To further strengthen content protection security, this study innovatively adopts an encryption technique based on dual-logistics mapping and Joseph's ring for high-strength encryption of watermarks. During the generation of the zero watermark, the encrypted watermark and the feature vectors of the medical image are subjected to an iso-orthogonal operation, which ensures the concealment and security of the embedding. The validity and reasonableness of the modules and locations added by the scheme are verified and compared through experiments. The experimental results show that the scheme is robust enough to handle typical and geometric attacks. The medical image content protection problem is realized. © 2024, The Authors. Zero Watermarking Algorithms for Medical Images Based on Cnn and Transformer with Dual-Branch Network

The current research proposes a new zero-watermarking approach that aims to protect medical images from tampering by utilizing the power of deep learning. In this paper, we construct an innovative dual-branch network to capture subtle features of pictures and use them efficiently. First, one of the branches of the dual-branch network is to analyze the local details of the medical images by an enhanced convolutional neural network (specifically the Skip-connected VGG1., i.e., Res-VGG1.). In contrast, the other branch employs the state-of-the-art Swin transformer v2 structure to parse the global context of the medical images. Second, adding a spatial transform network and a Gaussian filter as preprocessing before the two-branch network can further overcome the low robustness of medical images to geometric and noise attacks. Thirdly, we use a feature fusion method with a maximum voting mechanism to merge the features extracted from the two-branch network. We generate feature vectors of medical images using the DCT method and achieve watermark encryption by utilizing logistic mapping and a hash function. Finally, we generate a zero watermark by applying logical operations to the encrypted watermark and the medical image feature vectors. The implementation results show that the algorithm can effectively overcome the tampering problem of medical images and can recover the original data from the encrypted watermark with good robustness under conventional and geometric attacks. © 2024, The Authors. CCD and WFI are payloads in the visible light and near infrared bands on CBERS satellites and they have not been applied widely, especially WFI. This article mainly probes into the potential of these two sensors’ application in the vegetation monitoring and analyses the influences of radiometric calibration, atmosphere conditions and sun-observing geometry, etc. on NDVI obtained from these two sensors respectively. In addition it analyses the effect of the spectral response difference of red and near infrared spectral bands in CCD and WFI sensors on NDVI. Results indicate that radiometric calibration is the most important factor on NDVI, which cannot be applied to vegetation monitoring without radiometric calibration. Results also demonstrate that near surface NDVI is different greatly from that of TOA which change with atmosphere conditions. The study shows that NDVI is also affected by the non-lambertian character of surface and the change of the atmospheric path with the observing geometry. And NDVI of WFI is higher than that of CCD. They are very different because of their spectral difference, but they have a good linear relevant relationship.

Weighted partial order oriented three-way decisions under score-based common voting rules

Recently, with the trisecting and acting models of human cognitive behaviors, three-way decisions are introduced to deal with uncertain decisions in many applications. To define and conduct the three-way decisions on the possible or necessary loser or co-loser and/or winner or co-winner, we first define the score-based common voting rules, where a score-based function is introduced to evaluate certain utility, including positional scoring rules, maximin, Bucklin, and so on. Then on one hand, it has been proved that under certain conditions three-way decisions on the possible loser or co-loser and/or winner or co-winner are NP-complete with positional scoring rules, maximin, and Bucklin, respectively. On the other hand, we have presented algorithms whose time complexity is polynomial to conduct three-way decisions on the necessary winner or co-winner and/or necessary loser or co-loser with positional scoring rules, maximin, and Bucklin in time O(nm²), O(nm³), and O(nm²), respectively, which has been validated experimentally. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.

Asymmetric Cross-Scale Alignment for Text-Based Person Search

Text-based person search (TBPS) is of significant importance in intelligent surveillance, which aims to retrieve pedestrian images with high semantic relevance to a given text description. This retrieval task is characterized with both modal heterogeneity and fine-grained matching. To implement this task, one needs to extract multi-scale features from both image and text domains, and then perform the cross-modal alignment. However, most existing approaches only consider the alignment confined at their individual scales, e.g., an image-sentence or a region-phrase scale. Such a strategy adopts the presumable alignment in feature extraction, while overlooking the cross-scale alignment, e.g., image-phrase. In this paper, we present a transformer-based model to extract multi-scale representations, and perform Asymmetric Cross-Scale Alignment (ACSA) to precisely align the two modalities. Specifically, ACSA consists of a global-level alignment module and an asymmetric cross-attention module, where the former aligns an image and texts on a global scale, and the latter applies the cross-attention mechanism to dynamically align the cross-modal entities in region/image-phrase scales. Extensive experiments on two benchmark datasets CUHK-PEDES and RSTPReid demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach. Codes are available at https://***/mulhjh/ACSA. Copyright © 2022, The Authors.
