The Vertical handover delay is a key performance index for making a decision about vertical handover (VHO) from the LTE network to the target IEEE 802.22 network with an existing IP-address. The application of the IEEE 802.22 standard for wireless regional area network (WRAN) is actual in low population density areas, or in emergencies, or when using of other standards are impossible. The IEEE 802.22 standard is the first standard of cognitive radio, which has the status of international standard. The IEEE 802.22 standard uses so-called «white spaces» in the television (TV) frequency spectrum from 410 MHz to 862 MHz. The paper compares two switching procedures for vertical handover: with the saving of the IP-address and without saving. We used a multistage queueing system with background traffic for the analysis.

In this work we consider Two Derivative Runge-Kutta methods for the numerical integration of oscillatory problems. We focus on methods of the special case that use only one f evaluation. We construct two methods of sixth and one method of seventh order with four and five stages and minimum phase-lag and amplification error.

A numerical study is presented of boundary value problem for hyperbolic-parabolic equations with unknown source term. The first and second order of accuracy difference schemes are constructed and the numerical procedure for implementation of these schemes is discussed. Numerical example is included.

This paper aims to present an approach which automates estimation of important parameters of a boost converter through feed-forward neural networks. The last ones give an alternative way these parameters to be assessed. It is faster in its final phase compared to the standard approach of modeling with differential equations; this feature is essential if it is necessary to evaluate multiple parameters and solve optimization problems.

Recently several authors have started to examine qualitative properties of fractional equations and among them, some have devoted their attention to equations with the so called modified Riemann-Liouville derivative, which was established by Jumarie. Their results utilize nice properties of Jumarie operator and in fact convert statements from integer order differential equations to those with Jumarie derivative. The aim of this paper is to give a survey of existing results and comment on the possibility of getting similar results when converting from half-linear criteria.

The stability in terms of two different measures for delay differential equations with non-instantaneous impulses is studied using Lyapunov like functions and Razumikhin technique. In these differential equation we have impulses, which start abruptly at some points and their action continue on given finite intervals. Examples are given to illustrate the results.

For a graph G, suppose P(G,l) be the chromatic polynomial of G. Two graphs G and H are said to be chromatically equivalent (or simply χ-equivalent), denoted by G ~ H, if P(G, λ)= P(H, λ). A graph G is said to be chromatically unique (or simply χ-unique) if for any graph H such that H ~ G, we have H ≅ G, i.e. H is isomorphic to G. In this paper, the chromatic uniqueness of a family of 6-bridge graphs, that is the graph of the form θ(3,3,b,c,c,c) is determined.

The newest concepts of the reference architecture of digital industrial transformation are considered, the problems of their application for the enterprises having in their life cycle oil products processing and marketing are revealed. The concept of the reference architecture, providing a systematic representation of the fundamental changes in the approaches to production management based on the automation of production process control is proposed.
