The quality of the weldment in gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process is attuned by varying discrete process parameters. The improved weldment can be obtained with optimum parameters. In this study, L9 Taguchi array constructed for performing welding trials on 1.6 mm thin sheets of stainless steel 316L (SS316L) with welding current (80-120 A), gas flow rate (5-15 L/min), arc length (3-5 mm), and welding speed (250-450 mm/min) as input parameters. The weld bead geometries (i.e. Depth of Penetration-DOP and Bead Width-BW) are measured for welding trials using welding expert system and software. Whereas, the weld bead profiles are simulated in COMSOL software and compared with the experimentally obtained profiles. The predicted bead profiles of simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje in Serbian (VIKOR) is utilized to identify the optimized GTAW process parameters set. Based on the VIKOR optimized Technique, the 7th welding trail (i.e. heat input- 134.4 J/mm) is selected as optimum process parameters. The butt joint configuration is conducted with optimum parameters. The quality of the butt joint is evaluated by analyzing its integrity and tensile properties. The butt joint configuration displayed 564 MPa weld strength with nominal elongation and showed absolute integrity without any cracks and fissures nucleation in the three-point bend test.

Diabetic retinopathy is a possible complication of diabetes that causes severe eye problems and, in some cases, blindness in adulthood as a result of an increase in glucose levels in the physical body fluids. The diabetic retinopathy, if it is detected early will avoid the harm to retina and eye sight damage or a minimum of reducing its development. Most important objective of the current research was to produce a CAD system so as to spot diabetic retinopathy by removing red lesion both Micro aneurysm and Hemorrhage. The extracted retinal images will be validated with several image databases. Digital retinal fundus pictures got from sixty Indian subjects where forty images from Messidor information base and another forty pictures from DIARETDB1 data set. They were used for various examinations, and a hand-drawn ’ground truth’ result was gathered for each image. The proposed calculation has been evaluated quantitatively using Support Vector Machine and Random Forest classifiers. The results are connected against the ’ground truth’. The highlights like mean region of the segmented area, Eccentricity and Solidity were extricated for all test dataset. The CAD framework for Diabetic Retinopathy screening will be approved with public fundus image dataset, containing the ground certainties. The ever-increasing demand for space and financial resources to manage existing and future municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills has become a significant obstacle in many countries. Landfills can negatively affect the ecosystem, including pollution and releasing greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane. Recently, interest has increased in recovering methane (CH 4 ) from the anaerobic digestion of solid waste, which promises an improvement in MSW management. This study examines the state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion of municipal solid waste as a treatment strategy for preventing trash from dumping in landfills. This research also includes the concept of making environmentally friendly biomethane from MSW. The effects of graphene, carbon nanomaterial , and biochar as additives, as well as the effects of microorganisms and environmental factors on the efficiency of the process, have been studied in detail. The essential results of this study show that anaerobic digestion could be an effective method to convert raw municipal solid waste into valuable products like biomethane and other energy-rich compounds, which may contribute to addressing the world's growing continuous energy needs in the future.
