Fusion of data is a common way of dealing with incomplete raw data to collect reliable, useful, and accurate data. Compared with a variety of the traditional stochastic fusion techniques, a machine-learning approach which automatically learns without explicit programming from past experiences, remarkably refreshed the process of fusion by providing efficient calculation and prediction. However, a comprehensive analysis of the current developments in machine knowledge for information synthesis still lacks in the literature. Reviewing and summarizing the state of the art is also useful for having an unfathomable vision into How to support and enhance information synthesis in machine learning. This paper provides an overview of data fusion approaches in depth for machine learning. Conceived, introduced, architecture, scientific and conventional methods. This paper firstly gives a comprehensive outline to the context of machine learning and information fusion. Then suggest a range of specifications and use them as guidelines for testing and assessing the output based on machine learning of existing fusion methods.

To provide examinees with appropriate question items, identifying and evaluating users' latent and acquired skills is important in e-learning systems. These latent skills are defined in terms of a Q-matrix. Constructing Q-matrices manually is relatively labor-intensive, because doing so requires expert insight as well as verbal examination to identify which skills students have mastered. Methods to extract a Q-matrix from examination results automatically using nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) have been explored, and improved methods such as online NMF have been proposed, which extracts an immutable Q-matrix from time-series data. In this study, we propose a data preprocessing method to improve the accuracy of NMF using a co-clustering method called an infinite relational model (IRM). We also describe experiments conducted using synthetic data, in which learners' skills and the bias in the number of their responses were evaluated, and show that the results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed approach.

Blockchain has been recently widely used as the foundation of Bitcoin. Blockchain is an immutable ledger that allows for a decentralized transaction. It's a growing issue our clothes get burnt when ironing. This occurs primarily when the iron box is left idle when making some phone calls or other activities. Ironing works by loosening the bond between polymer long-chain molecules in the material fibers. It is a concept that uses an innovative structure and motorized mechanisms to efficiently iron various clothes by reducing the ironing task difficulties. This is a protection tool that is extremely useful in every household. It will be an affordable, foldable machine that can iron any cloth within a time frame. It uses an ultrasonic sensor, which detects the iron box's distance from the fabric. The distance from the cloth is constant, as the iron box is left idle. Using this philosophy, for a given time, a sensor senses the distance. Further LED blinks and buzzer sets on as the gap continues to be constant. The power gets cut off after this as the iron box is still idle. And we can avoid the burning off of our clothes.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is made up of intelligent devices that interconnect. This allows sending of data by these devices to the cloud server to use for many applications. Many IoT protocols are designed for communicating between IoT devices and cloud-like Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT), and Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP). In this study, we focus on the predictions of the performance of communication between them based on the CoAP protocol. For this reason, we present IoT cloud with CoAP server to implement CoAP protocol and discuss their performance. First, we use three performance metrics for evaluating and contrasting. Second, built a testbed with two scenarios to implementing and predicting the performance. The first scenario is implemented without any modification to the CoAPthon library. The second scenario is modified the CoAPthon library to store incoming data. From the results of two scenarios in different loads, we see that there is no significant difference in the results between the two scenarios up to 500 requests. After that, the elapsed time, error rate of the second scenario increase, and the throughput decrease.
