The work utilizes the genome-wide association data sourced from subjects diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Stage I and II. This system facilitates early and definitive prediction of autism to start intervention techniques at a young age. The Decision Tree model is used to classify the incoming gene-expression. Through the model selection stage, the performance of Decision-Trees and Random Forests was evaluated. This method of diagnosis, a combination of Machine Learning and Precision Medicine, ensures direct and a more conclusive diagnosis that can be adapted at feasible costs. The results are presented on a webpage using the Flask web framework.

This paper proposed DC-DC converter with DT-CMOS Switch. The proposed circuit is designed for evaluating and compared with CMOS switch by both circuit simulation and device simulation. This DT-CMOS SWITCH reduces the output ripple and the conduction loss through a low on resistance. Therefore, proposed converter has excellent performance efficiency than converter with conventional CMOS switch. Simulations of eight phases phase locked loop circuit in 0.13 m standard CMOS technology reveal that the proposed charge pump circuit has given an input supply voltage of 1 V that has the output voltage of 6.7 V, which reaches the efficiency is 75%. Supplying a 5-mA load current maintains a power supply as well as 50 percent efficiency and a voltage output of above 5 volts. The proposed charge pump circuit employs body biasing and charge transfer switches to drastically reduce leakage while also increasing voltage. The result of simulation reveals that the proposed charge pump circuits perform better in terms of voltage pumping gain and power efficiency.

This work investigates the trends and insights in future mobility and Indian mobility visions. With the rapid development and advancement in transport and allied sectors, the shape of future mobility is changing. The mobility solutions in urban and smart cities are flying with the wings of the recent advancement in transport sectors. This survey briefly touches the 7 C visions of Indian’s future mobility. The 7 C visions are Common, Connected technology, Convenient, Congestion free, Charged, Clean and Cutting Edge. The review continues with the study of trends and advancement in mobility system and various regulations and policies for electrification in future mobility. Electro mobility, autonomous vehicles, connected vehicles, shared mobility are the key sector which tends the mobility system as smart. With the increase in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), a general intuition about the student performance degradation is always attributed to the incorporation of technology in academic system. Procrastination is one of the perennial challenges faced by students that affects the overall academic performance. computer-based learning environments have enhanced the overall academic system, but it sometimes a challenge for students to stick to assigned tasks and avoid procrastination. This is a comprehensive study conducted to uncover students’ behavior based on their interactions with the VLE. Information of students from versatile educational arenas including science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and social sciences have been included to gain understanding of student behavior to classify student behavior as probable to procrastinate or not. The study uses different unsupervised machine learning techniques including k-means, mini-batch k-means, agglomerative and hierarchical clustering to identify the correlations. Astonishing facts revealed by the study, representing little to absolutely no correlation between the final scores and the activities performed while interacting with the computer-based learning environments. The study also emphasizes on the need of detailed logs of students’ activity and properly annotated data to get valued insights for procrastination and academic performance of an individual, which would be helpful to identify students at risk of adverse academic performances and would lead to assist such students to improve their performance before off-track.

In detecting the relationship between data elements and multiple levels of abstractions, multi-level association rule mining plays a key role. To address this problem in literature, we have some search schemes such as FP-growth and Apriori. These search schemes face utmost computational cost when applied in big data sets for searching association rules. A novel genetic-based scheme with key modernizations enhances searching multi-level association rules. It minimizes the over computational cost in the script. As a first keynote, to detail, multi-level application data sets as domain knowledge category trees are used. A special tree encoding representation has been proposed as a second keynote using a category tree to prepare an experimental multi-level association mining algorithm. As the final and critical design part, an optimized genetic algorithm has been submitted, which minimizes the search space extremely in association rule and reduces the computational cost. Genetic Algorithm operators similar selection, crossover also mutation have been applied on association rules to predict strong association rules. This proposed scheme is used in big data applications, especially for mining multi-level association rules.

Bone formation can be driven by mechanical loads applied to the bone. By taking advantage of this mechanism, the accelerated healing of bone fracture using low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) has been medically practiced. Bone can behave as a piezoelectric material, and the piezoelectric effects are considered to accompany the bone formation. However, the piezoelectric properties in bone, particularly in cancellous bone with a porous structure, at ultrasound frequencies are too complex to easily clarify. In such a case, numerical simulations can be helpful because they enable visualization in the “black box”. Numerical simulations by an elastic finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method have been widely performed to investigate ultrasound behaviors in bone. In this study, the elastic FDTD method with piezoelectric constitutive equations (PE-FDTD method) was used to simulate the piezoelectric signals generated in water-saturated cancellous bone by ultrasound irradiation. The cubic cancellous bone model was reconstructed from the X-ray microtomographic image. The piezoelectric signal waveforms when an ultrasound burst wave was irradiated in three orthogonal directions were calculated, together with the ultrasound signal waveforms propagated through cancellous bone. From the calculated results, the effect of the trabecular orientation was investigated.

The process of generating keys is an important topic in the field of information security and networks and there is a need to generate good keys that are not easily breakable. In this paper, a method is suggested for generating numbers based mainly on the movement of the knight tour in the chessboard and digital images. The generated keys used an image that could be found anywhere possible in mobile images or social media or websites. The image is taken and divided into blocks and then determine the primary path as well as Identifying possible knight tour movements with a condition not returning to the place in the track, the unused place in chessboard is merged at the end of the series for increasing randomness, as well as the exclusive or operation applied between the block and it's transposed before starting a movement. The results obtained show that the proposed approach can effectively produce pseudo-random numbers, high linear complexity, security properties, and good statistical. The quality measurement of the generated key is assigned using NIST tests, some of these tests are applied and passed the tests. It is possible to combine the method with other key generation methods such as future work.
