At present, the power meter reading system mainly uses the single power line carrier meter reading mode or the single micro power wireless meter reading mode. Due to the disadvantages of the two modes, the single meter reading mode can not meet the meter reading under different environmental conditions. In order to improve the success rate of communication, this paper puts forward the dual-mode communication technology of power line carrier and micro power wireless integration, which is based on the power line carrier It overcomes the defects of single meter reading mode and improves the real-time performance, reliability and success rate of meter reading.

The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) puts forward much requirements for wireless communication technology. Low power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) are designed for low bandwidth, low power, long range and large number of connected IoT applications. As one of the LPWAN, Low power Long Range Transceiver (LoRa) described as a Frequency Shift Chirp Modulation (FSCM), is widely concerned and studied. This paper analyzes the physical layer of LoRa, presents a basic mathematical signal processing model, and proposes a demodulation algorithm based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The simulation performance of the demodulation algorithm is compared with the theoretical performance one of quadrature modulation incoherent detection. The results show that the performance derived through these two approaches is consistent. In addition, the performance of LoRa system with residual frequency offset under different spread factor (SF) is analyzed, and verified that the performance of the system decreases with the increase of SF. So we have to adopt better algorithm to correct frequency offset, otherwise the coverage will decrease significantly. © 2018 IEEE.

In order to improve the secure transmission capability of terminal upgrade files, we proposed a secure transmission method of terminal upgrade files based on dynamic encryption key. This method realized the access control of terminal upgrade file by using no proxy key publishing protocol, designed the dynamically symmetric key for the terminal upgrade file. The encoding calculation of terminal upgrade files in the process of secure encryption is carried out based on bilinear mapping method. We scrambled and rearranged the terminal upgrade files according to the intensity of plaintext attack, then adopted the random linear coding method to encrypt the terminal upgrade files by dynamic symmetric key and realize the secure transmission for the files. Simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the security transfer performance of upgrade files, and can meet the requirements of current business applications.

A design of a power products onboard for industrial processor power supply is introduced. The power supply topology adopts full bridge circuit topology and double current synchronous rectifier. It selects the power devices and analyzes the main influence on the power loss of power efficiency, and then completes the design of the power supply products. The final results show that the electrical performance parameters consistent with the expected effect of customers, and has been applied in industrial processor power supply equipment successfully.

In the power industry, there are a lot of image and video data need to be analyzed to find out equipment abnormalities such as bolt looseness and out of stock. Using artificial intelligence technology for image analysis can reduce the artificial dependence, but the general object detection algorithms, such as SSD, can not get a good detection effect for small targets. In this paper, we proposed an improved SSD object recognition algorithm to improve the recognition accuracy of small targets, based on the characteristics of power image recognition requirements. The method can improve the ability of SSD framework to understand small objects and enhance the location information and semantic information of the small targets. The method introduce the deconvolution structure to act on the shallow feature layer Conv4_3 and then use pooling layer to get the fixed size. Finally the method made Conv14 upsampled to the same size, and make full use of the information of small targets. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the good recognition accuracy.

Aiming to explore the passive micro sensor for SF6 detection, the proposed method is about designation and structure of SF6 detection micro sensor with high signal-to-noise ratio, miniaturization and passivity. Advanced micro-machining technology is presented to sharply reduce the volume of the sensor, where the volume can be reduced by more than 50% compared with the existing sensor with discrete combination. The cost and volume reduction does not only make the new detection equipment possible, but the energy consumption of the whole system will also be greatly reduced. The application and promotion of the passive micro sensor in ring network cabinet, GIS, GIL and cable channel can bring considerable economic benefits.

With the rapid construction of the ubiquitous power internet of things, the increasing demand of embedded hardware usage and the complex usage scenario of the embedded platform hardware in intelligent terminal. A more efficient vitalization solution was demanded. With the analysis of traditional virtualization solutions and the armv8 architecture embedded platform hardware support for virtualization, the implementation details of arm embedded platform supporting containerization technology are described. In particular, the specific steps of application containerization are introduced. In the end, we analyze the performance that application run in container and discuss future research directions.

The package of the High-end Relay Protection chip is Wire Bonding BGA (WBBGA) with 257 inputs/outputs (I/Os). This paper investigated the thermal performance of the High-end Relay Protection chip using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tool. Firstly, according to the initial thermal simulation results, the junction temperature of the package was 115.29 °C appeared on the Relay Protection chip as the environment temperature was 25 C. Then a parametric study was performed to investigate the junction temperatures. We analysed the influence of different parameters on the thermal performance, including Via count, Via coating thickness, Substrate area, Copper coating rate of substrate, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) area, Heat transfer coefficient of epoxy molding compound (EMC) and die attach (DA). Finally, an orthogonal experiment was designed. It's found that the heat transfer coefficient of DA was the most significant factor on the thermal performance by variance analysis, in addition, an optimal collocation of the package structure and material parameters was obtained by range analysis. The junction temperature of the optimal package was reduced to 95.69 °C by 17%. The results of these simulations give a reasonable indication of how the package would perform in a Relay Protection equipments

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional security chip data transmission, a method of security chip data transmission based on command control word is proposed. The method divides the read command mode and write command mode of the security chip files into two kinds of representation methods. The read command and write command of the security chip files are transmitted by different data transmission methods. In the control word of read and write command mode of security chip files, the read and write commands of security chip files are transmitted in four ways: plaintext, ciphertext, plaintext + MAC and ciphertext + MAC. The properties of prohibit adding and updating are added to the writing command control word of security chip files. In the control word of read command and write command of security chip files, define the permissions that read command and write command operation need to satisfy.

This thesis presents a method that a position measurement method for moving targets is proposed based on the positioning method based on the time difference of arrival (TDOA) which is based on the research on the positioning problem of station inspection operators and equipment in complex working conditions. The probability error method is introduced to optimize the traditional positioning method that realizes the target node positioning by optimizing the distance difference between the target node to be located in the network domain environment and different base stations, which can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of staff and equipment in the station. Through experiments in a complex power frequency electric field environment, the test results show that the results calculated by the optimization method are better than the existing traditional positioning methods, and can effectively improve the positioning accuracy under the condition of line-of-sight, and realize the substation space Mobile target positioning to ensure the safety of operators.
