There is an objective need to control and manage processes of data exchange between users in the virtual environment where there is electronic interaction. Therefore, automation of processing and recognition of messages is a logical and necessary stage in the further digitalization of the work of any enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop an intelligent chat bot for automating information exchange in a car service. In this work a detailed analysis of online resources for automation of information exchange between participants of network interaction in the service market is carried out. The problem of text recognition is considered and the main stages of the solution are highlighted. In addition, neural networks for text recognition were considered: a convolutional neural network, a recurrent neural network as well as its modifications. As a result, the authors formulated a set of requirements for an intelligent chat bot and chose the language and development environment. The neural network was trained. The chatbot was tested on real data. An option for modernizing the chatbot is its testing in real conditions of information interaction in the digital environment of a car service.

The theory of pattern recognition is one of the directions of scientific and technical development in the field of image analysis and machine vision, etc. The authors consider the possibility of using information systems to improve the quality and accuracy of recognizing emotions on faces from images. The purpose of the research is to develop an application that uses the most effective algorithm for detecting faces and recognizing emotions. The methodology is based on the principles of deep learning, includes the use of convolutional neural networks, their software embodiments. The functional scheme is implemented in the application using the methods of the library of computer vision. Result of the research, a module was developed with the ability to determine the user’s emotions from an image from a webcam in real time. At the testing stage a data set for training was formed. A convolutional neural network was trained. The functional for generating graphs describing the emotional portrait of the user for the entire time of using the module was implemented. In the future, it is planned to improve the quality of neural network recognition, and prepare a web service for integration into mobile applications.

In recent years, solar energy has become more and more popular because it is one of the renewable energy resources that are constantly replenished and will never run out. Nowadays, there are many solar panels that have been installed on the roof of residence in Taiwan. However, it does not have many convenient, secure and affordable methods to detect the effectiveness of those roof-top photovoltaic systems. Therefore, this study not only proposes the algorithms for determining the effectiveness of solar panel by using the thermal sensor, but also constructs a system to analysis the pictures that taken from thermal sensor and report the condition of solar panel automatically. Finally, we will live in a better environment by using the solar energy and the detection system with algorithms this study proposed at same time.
