Molecular pumps are critical components in the Experimental advanced Superconducting Tokamak facility, and accurately predicting their Remaining Useful Life is essential for optimizing maintenance planning and experiment scheduling. However, precise Remaining Useful Life prediction remains challenging due to the complex operating environment and inherent data noise. To enhance prediction accuracy and model robustness, this study proposes an innovative C-Transformer hybrid model. This novel approach combines the local feature extraction capabilities of Convolution Neural Networks with the global dependency capturing abilities of Transformers, rendering it more effective in processing time series data. Using molecular pump fault data for verification demonstrated the superior performance of the proposed method in predicting the remaining service life, achieving root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) scores of 583 seconds and 501 seconds, respectively. These results significantly outperform other comparative methods. This approach not only provides a reliable Remaining Useful Life prediction solution for molecular pumps in the Experimental advanced Superconducting Tokamak facility's vacuum system but also offers valuable insights for developing predictive maintenance strategies in other complex industrial systems. By implementing this method, it is possible to prevent irreversible damage caused by prolonged overload operation, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency and reliability. © 2024 IEEE.

The problem of asymptotic tracking control for a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft system is addressed in this paper, in which unknown external disturbances and nonlinear dynamics are added. Unknown nonlinear dynamics are deal with by using neural networks, and some adaptive laws are addressed. Additionally, some control laws for unknown parameters are developed to address unknown nonlinearities resulting from the analysis process. Based on the dynamic surface control approach and neural network control, the adaptive control laws with dynamic surface method and neural network are developed for the system. The results show that the developed control laws insure that the system under consideration asymptotically follows the given desired signal, and the system's tracking errors can converge to zero. At last, a simulation case is shown to validate the effectiveness of developed control strategies. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, an adaptive backstepping controller is investigated to obtain high tracking performance for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with external load torque changing and system parameter uncertainties. A nonlinear disturbance observer (NDOB) is proposed to observe and compensate the lumped disturbance and uncertainties in real time. Then, an adaptive upper limitation is designed to estimate the bound of NDOB and the lumped disturbance to reduce the system control gain. Besides, an adaptive estimation law is designed for online identification of parameter R, which is prone to parameter perturbation. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the designed control method. © 2023 IEEE.

This work discusses the finite-time tracking control design for a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft under external disturbances. Considering the existence of unknown nonlinear dynamics of VTOL aircraft, the neural network is applied to tackle each unknown term. In order to cope with the approximation errors and the aircraft system's unknown disturbances, some parameter update laws are proposed during the analysis process. After that, by utilizing the neural network-based control technique and designed global fast terminal sliding mode control (FTSMC) functions, the adaptive global FTSMC laws are final presented, which can make certain that the outputs of aircraft system tracking the given trajectories, and also make certain that the tracking errors tend to zero within a finite time. At last, the validity of designed control laws is verified through a given numerical example. © 2023 IEEE.

For the energy transmission problem in the energy Internet,this paper establishes a multi-layer supply and demand topology of the energy router based on the multi-layer nodes of the adjacent points of the demand routing *** comprehensively considering the transaction price of energy and the loss in the transmission process,an energy routing algorithm based on the transaction price and loss is proposed to determine the optimal transaction energy routing pair and the energy routing strategy of the non-congested optimal ***;taking a 9-MG system(9-nodes energy network) as an example,the energy transmission strategies with congestion and without congestion are given to verify the effectiveness and merit of the method proposed in this paper.

—This article mainly solves the problem of accurate power distribution and stable running in the photovoltaic storage hybrid microgrid and studies different control strategies of the interlinking converter connected to the AC-DC subnet under on-grid and off-grid conditions. The relationship between DC-side voltage, active power and active current is analyzed in the on-grid, and the DC voltage stability is supported by using a closed-loop voltage and current;in the off-grid mode, an improved bidirectional sag control method based on unitization processing is adopted, in which the power to be transmitted by the converter is differed from the actual value as the reference input of the current loop on the traditional double sag control, which can coordinate the power transmission between subgrids more precisely;And the action threshold is designed for the problem of repeated switching of converter operating modes. The results of simulation show that the converter able effectively to judge the magnitude and power direction in both parallel and off-grid operation modes, which ensures the normal operation of the important loads inside the subnets on both sides, thus verifying the feasibility of the control method. © 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing. The resilient H∞ state estimation problem is investigated in this paper for a kind of neural networks with random parameters and time delays based on a dynamic event-triggered mechanism, which is employed for the purpose of reducing energy consumption. Under the action of the dynamic event-triggered mechanism, the measurement output is transmitted to the corresponding state estimator only when a certain triggering condition is met. The aim of this paper is to design a resilient state estimator for the delayed neural networks with random parameters such that the dynamics of estimation error system is asymptotically mean-square stable with the specified H∞ performance requirement. We derive a sufficient condition by using the Lyapunov theory, which guarantees that the estimation error system is asymptotically mean-the given H∞ performance constraint. Then, the gain matrix of the designed state estimator is presented by means of solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed state estimator. © 2023 IEEE.

For a magnetocardiography(MCG)system inside a magnetically shielded room(MSR),the residual field should be further suppressed to obtain high-quality MCG *** this paper,a compensation system has been developed based on the bi-planar coil and the proportional-integral-derivative(PID)*** bi-planar coil,derived from the target-field theory and the Tikhonov regularization method,is utilized to generate magnetic field with high uniformity in the predefined target *** the PID controller is introduced to provide dynamic compensation current for the coil,according to the residual field change monitored by a reference SQUID *** measurement results show that the noise suppression ratio(NSR)can reach above 20 dB in the low-frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 50 *** DC component and the fluctuation of the residual field in time-domain can be respectively suppressed to 0 p T and 4 p T,indicating that this proposed compensation method is useful for the MCG measurement.

Aiming at the problem of inaccurate pose estimation caused by dynamic feature points produced by dynamic objects during the operation of traditional SLAM system, a visual SLAM algorithm based on YOLOv5 is proposed to identify environmental images, distinguish dynamic objects in the scene and eliminate their dynamic feature points, and then use the remaining static feature points to perform oppositional geometric constraints. Finally determine the pose transformation matrix to improve the accuracy of the system. In this paper, the published TUM dataset is used to carry out experiments, and the results show that the algorithm adopted in this paper improves the relative positioning results of SLAM system in common dynamic situations, and reduces the mean of the median range of relative position error (RPE) in the monocular mode of the original ORB-SLAM3 by 91.53%. Effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the system. © 2023 IEEE.
