In previous years, 3G and 4G cellular homogeneous networks configured with macro Base Stations (BSs) relied only on the downlink signal, even though transmission power and interference levels differ significantly between uplink and downlink. In 5G Heterogeneous Networks (HetNet), a new generation which have multiple BSs of different types such as Femto BS and Macro BS, there is the possibility of choosing to receive the data from one BS and transmit them to a different BS, and therefore decoupling the uplink and downlink. Especially, the increasing demand for faster, more reliable, and efficient connectivity has made the optimization of User Equipment (UE) allocation in 5G networks a crucial task. To tackle the challenges posed by heterogeneous 5G networks, this study compares and evaluates the performance of Downlink/Uplink Decoupling (DUDe) and traditional Downlink/Uplink Coupled (DUCo) user allocation approaches. Simulation results show that DUDe UE allocation outperforms DUCo by providing improved network performance and more efficient utilization of network resources in diverse network conditions. These findings have important implications for the design and optimization of 5G networks and provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in the field.

A study is being conducted on the use of network management technologies and semantic databases in innovative solutions for logistics processes using unmanned aircraft systems when transporting products of technical systems that require repair, maintenance, modernization or implementation of innovative solutions. The main sources for the research are identified innovative solutions presented in the materials of scientific articles and in the descriptions of intellectual property objects – inventions, computer programs and databases created using these technologies. The task of creating an innovative scientific and technical solution has been set and is being solved, which allows automatically, until the moment the aircraft enters the zone subject to the negative influence of counteracting processes, including strong additive interference and multiplicative disturbances, to prevent a violation of the stability of the flight control of this vessel. The scientific result of the research is the novel dynamic functional model of the flight control process of an unmanned aircraft in a network of logistics routes. The main effect of the application of the novel model is to ensure the continuity of aircraft flight control in conditions of counteracting processes with the prospect of ensuring their autonomous flight.

The problem of synchronization of heterogeneous processes in organizational systems is considered against the background of the transition of systems from a tectocentric to a holistic paradigm of their development. The process basis for the presentation of organizational systems in the conditions of “blurring” of their boundaries, taking into account the transition to a holistic paradigm, becomes a new basis for the development of organizational, system-technical and technological solutions for the creation and development of the material basis of organizational systems. The role and place of the process system in substantiating the directions of implementation of the strategy for the development of organizational systems and determining the overall structure of the material and technical basis of organizational systems is shown. The systematization and classification of heterogeneous processes in the life cycle of organizational systems is presented, the subject and objects of synchronization, the necessary and sufficient conditions for its implementation in organizational systems are determined. It is shown that synchronization at the process level in organizational systems should be carried out at the level of such attributes of related processes as outputs and inputs of processes, control actions and the necessary resources for the implementation of processes.
