In this paper,the real-time measurement method of the moisture content of iron concentrate is studied,and the realtime monitoring of the water content of iron concentrate is realized by using the *** moisture sensing mechanism of capacitive moisture sensor is discussed,and the scheme of measuring moisture content based on MPS430 microcontroller is *** this basis,the mathematical model of the relationship between the water and moisture content of iron concentrate is set up by the sample configuration,experimental data collecting,analysis and *** feasibility of the method of measuring the water content of iron concentrate by using the AM2305 is demonstrated.

According to the status measurement method of fine iron powder,we design an improved detection method to test grade of fine iron *** implement the function of on-line detection for fine iron *** method adopts the principle of balancing coil detection *** design and debug sensor and test circuit of the grade of fine iron *** realizes the different grade of fine iron powder is corresponding different response voltage *** through the amplifying circuit and rectifying filter circuit we can get the signal of DC voltage,so as to complete the information acquisition the iron grade of the fine iron powder.

Chronic care manages long-term, progressive conditions, while acute care addresses short-term conditions. Chronic conditions increasingly strain health systems, which are often unprepared for these demands. This study examines the burden of conditions requiring acute versus chronic care, including sequelae. Conditions and sequelae from the Global Burden of Diseases Study 2019 were classified into acute or chronic care categories. Data were analysed by age, sex, and socio-demographic index, presenting total numbers and contributions to burden metrics such as Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs), Years Lived with Disability (YLD), and Years of Life Lost (YLL). Approximately 68% of DALYs were attributed to chronic care, while 27% were due to acute care. Chronic care needs increased with age, representing 86% of YLDs and 71% of YLLs, and accounting for 93% of YLDs from sequelae. These findings highlight that chronic care needs far exceed acute care needs globally, necessitating health systems to adapt accordingly. © 2025. The Author(s).

Non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques have been employed in all kinds of fields successfully for many years. Newly developed and applied NDT methods of detecting and monitoring fatigue crack in metal material are reviewed in this paper. Some methods based on machine vision technique and image recognition techniques are introduced for at or near surface visible crack testing. As a newborn offspring of acoustic emission technique, electromagnetically induced acoustic emission methods also introduced for both visible and invisible fatigue cracks on metal structure. Nonlinear ultrasonic method and some other NDT methods presently available are mentioned, too. The principles, applied testing fields, data processing algorithms, advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed. © 2015, SERSC.

Background: The sustainable development goals (SDGs) aim to end HIV/AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. Understanding the current state of the HIV epidemic and its change over time is essential to this effort. This study assesses the current sex-specific HIV burden in 204 countries and territories and measures progress in the control of the epidemic. Methods: To estimate age-specific and sex-specific trends in 48 of 204 countries, we extended the Estimation and Projection Package Age-Sex Model to also implement the spectrum paediatric model. We used this model in cases where age and sex specific HIV-seroprevalence surveys and antenatal care-clinic sentinel surveillance data were available. For the remaining 156 of 204 locations, we developed a cohort-incidence bias adjustment to derive incidence as a function of cause-of-death data from vital registration systems. The incidence was input to a custom Spectrum model. To assess progress, we measured the percentage change in incident cases and deaths between 2010 and 2019 (threshold >75% decline), the ratio of incident cases to number of people living with HIV (incidence-to-prevalence ratio threshold <0·03), and the ratio of incident cases to deaths (incidence-to-mortality ratio threshold <1·0). Findings: In 2019, there were 36·8 million (95% uncertainty interval [UI] 35·1–38·9) people living with HIV worldwide. There were 0·84 males (95% UI 0·78–0·91) per female living with HIV in 2019, 0·99 male infections (0·91–1·10) for every female infection, and 1·02 male deaths (0·95–1·10) per female death. Global progress in incident cases and deaths between 2010 and 2019 was driven by sub-Saharan Africa (with a 28·52% decrease in incident cases, 95% UI 19·58–35·43, and a 39·66% decrease in deaths, 36·49–42·36). Elsewhere, the incidence remained stable or increased, whereas deaths generally decreased. The decomposition methods of surface electromyogram (SEMG) signals are mainly based on independent component analysis, blind source separation and the neural network. Because actual signals are the decomposition faced to single-guide signals, so the neural network decomposition method has more advantage. In this paper, we improve the composition of neural network based on the generation principle and decomposition significance of SEMG, and use this network to decompose the signal and to obtain a higher accuracy through the experimental data above. Beside, under medium-low shrinkage level the decomposition algorithm can successfully extract the dissemination information of motor unit action potentials in SEMG. © 2015 SERSC.

With high definition cameras are widely used in urban traffic monitoring, the resolution of vehicle and traffic monitoring image rises. As the main component of intelligent traffic system, the vehicle license plate recognition technique faces new challenges and some new demands are put forward. Aiming at the problems of cutting down the time delay and eliminating characters outside of vehicle license plate, a set of license plate recognition algorithm is developed in this paper. The process of recognition in this paper is divided into four parts: image preprocessing, license plate location, license plate segmentation and character recognition. In license plate location, an accelerating matching method based on particle image correlation method is employed. In character recognition, an improved BP neural network algorithm is employed. The principle, procedure and simulation of the algorithm is described in details. High definition images with 2 mega pixels are used as the input of simulation. © 2015 SERSC.

There are advantages such as real time, quick, multi-constituents simultaneous measurement, green and no pollution, and so on, of using near infrared spectral method to detect concentration information of dairy products constituents. From time domain and frequency domain, near infrared spectral data mining methods based on orthogonality were separately researched to realize noise filtering and useful information extracting. For milk spectrum, methods in the time domain including Orthogonal Signal Correction and Direct Orthogonalization, Wavelet Transform de-noising method in the frequency domain, were separately explored and used in spectral preprocessing, PLS method was used to build calibration model, and processing effect of different data mining methods was compared with and analyzed. It is showed that in the time domain, using the orthogonality methods to make data mining for milk spectrum, the complex interfering signal and noise information uncorrelated with the measured constituents can be can reduced effectively, and the correlated information with the measured constituents is reserved in maximal limitation, prediction capability of calibration model is improved, furthermore, the Orthogonal Signal Correction method is better than the Direct Orthogonalization method, moreover, in the frequency domain, wavelet de-noising is better than the orthogonality methods within the time domain. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
