Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) constitutes an essential and promising paradigm that relies programmable wireless environment and provides capability for space-intensive communications, due to the use of low-cost massive reflecting elements over the entire surfaces of man-made structures. However, accurate channel estimation is a fundamental technical prerequisite to achieve the huge performance gains from RIS. By leveraging the low rank structure of RIS channels, three practical residual neural networks, named convolutional blind denoising network, convolutional denoising generative adversarial networks and multiple residual dense network, are proposed to obtain accurate channel state information, which can reflect the impact of different methods on the estimation performance. Simulation results reveal the evolution direction of these three methods and reveal their superior performance compared with existing benchmark schemes. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. Driven by the massive natural scene image and computer's high speed computation ability, deep CNN becomes the mainstream method for completing the computer vision task by the power of feature representation *** object detections based on deep CNN are unable to achieve optimization due to lack of training set of remote sensing images, a novel method based on transfer learning and deep CNN combined with SVM is proposed in this ***, we obtain the deep CNN model AlexNet trained on a large-scale data ***, we truncate the first five convolution layers and get the initial parameters through transfer learning. Then, Deep CNN is used as feature extractor to extract the depth feature for training SVM, and the final remote sensing image airplane detection model is obtained. Experimental results show that the average precision of the proposed algorithm outperforms other traditional algorithms.

In this study, an iterative learning model predictive control(ILMPC) strategy for the evaporator in vapor compressor refrigeration cycle(VCC) system is *** of all, a simple model of evaporator has been presented by mechanism knowledge and system identification. Then, based on the iterative learning theory and model predictive control method,an ILMPC controller is proposed to control the superheat ***, a simulation is provided to test the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

The main objective of this study is to design an Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) algorithm to solve the problem of finding the inverse kinematics to control the movement of the modified PUMA 560 arm in robotic *** and stability are two major issues that face designers when control system design is intended. Tuning the system to coup with the variations and changes in the environment where the system is expected to work. In this paper the mechanical design of modified PUMA 560 robotic arm with 6 DoF was revisited and implemented with new powerful features and the experimental results were tracked. The main problem is the dynamic equations which are nonlinear and time-varying in the extreme. The challenge was how to manipulate these equations in such a way leading to a better performance regarding accuracy and stability of the system. The method used to control the base of robot arm which consists of 3-wheels with 120 degrees apart was designed and implemented. After that accurate trajectory control methods which use Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System of 3-wheels omni-directional mobile robot were implemented. Thus the design of full new robot system structure was used in the validation and testing the performance of proposed methods. This included modification of the PUMA 560 arm by the addition of an omini-directinal wheeled mobile robot (OWMR) base structure to the robotic arm. This base consisted of three motors for 3-wheels which are positioned 120 degrees apart. The resulting robot was a modified PUMA 560 robotic arm with 6 axes. The results obtained showed a significant improvement in both accuracy and stability of the system proposed. Hence, objectives were met to a great extent.

Aiming at effectively identifyingthe different particle sizes of single particlesof the same kind and eliminating the interference of redundant and noise components in the light scatteringsignals, this paper puts forward a single particle size detection method by processing the light scatteringsignalsof particleswith blind source *** shown in the test results, the research object, a single-spherical PTFEpellet(4μm in particle size), contains noise and redundant angular intensity scattering signals. The scattering signals are decomposed into by empirical mode 8 components, which respectively serve as the virtual multi-source signals for blind source *** redundant noises in different channels are removed by the ICA algorithm to produce the noiseless and non-redundant light scattering signals. Such signals bear the information on the type of particles, and provide a reliable signal source for further, accurate measurement of particle size. It is demonstrated in the simulation experiment and the engineering example that the blind source separation method not only applies to identification of signal source, but also reduces the noise, improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the signal, and suppresses the interference in the light scattering signals from redundant and nose components.

We present a measurement campaign to characterize an indoor massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel system, using a 64-element virtual linear array, a 64-element virtual planar array, and a 128-element virtual planar array. The array topologies are generated using a 3D mechanical turntable. The measurements are conducted at 2, 4, 6, 11, 15, and 22 GHz, with a large bandwidth of 200 MHz. Both line-of-sight (LOS) and non-LOS (NLOS) propagation scenarios are considered. The typical channel parameters are extracted, including path loss,shadow fading, power delay profile, and root mean square (RMS) delay spread. The frequency dependence of these channel parameters is analyzed. The correlation between shadow fading and RMS delay spread is discussed. In addition, the performance of the standard linear precoder—the matched filter, which can be used for intersymbol interference (ISI) mitigation by shortening the RMS delay spread, is investigated. Other performance measures,such as entropy capacity, Demmel condition number, and channel ellipticity, are analyzed. The measured channels,which are in a rich-scattering indoor environment, are found to achieve a performance close to that in independent and identically distributed Rayleigh channels even in an LOS scenario.

The expected growth in the mobile video (including streaming video, video downloading, conferencing, etc.) now is the key driver for rapid development of 5G wireless network technologies. This paradigm forces wireless networks to manage their resources as effectively as possible. One of the most appropriate solutions for video traffic that may provide the sufficient spectral efficiency is multicasting. Multicast sessions allows a group of users to simultaneously access the same multimedia content with the same QoE parameters. In this paper we consider different methods of multicast subgrouping. An analytical framework in the from of a queuing network is proposed to study the network performance, and a comparative study of network performance metrics under different user movement scenarios is presented. In recent years, Compressed Sensing（CS） has been a hot research topic. It has a wide range of applications, such as image processing and speech signal processing owing to its characteristic of removing redundant information by reducing the sampling rate. The disadvantage of CS is that the number of iterations in a greedy algorithm such as Orthogonal Matching Pursuit（OMP） is fixed, thus limiting reconstruction ***, in this study, we present a novel Reducing Iteration Orthogonal Matching Pursuit（RIOMP） algorithm that calculates the correlation of the residual value and measurement matrix to reduce the number of *** conditions for successful signal reconstruction are derived on the basis of detailed mathematical *** compared with the OMP algorithm, the RIOMP algorithm has a smaller reconstruction error. Moreover, the proposed algorithm can accurately reconstruct signals in a shorter running time.

Reservoir engineering is the term used in quantum control and information technologies to describe manipulating the environment within which an open quantum system operates. Reservoir engineering is essential in applications where storing quantum information is required. From the control theory perspective, a quantum system is capable of storing quantum information if it possesses a so-called decoherence free subsystem （DFS）. This paper explores pole placement techniques to facilitate synthesis of decoherence free subsystems via coherent quantum feedback control. We discuss limitations of the conventional ＇open loop＇ approach and propose a constructive feedback design methodology for decoherence free subsystem engineering. It captures a quite general dynamic coherent feedback structure which allows systems with decoherence free modes to be synthesized from components which do not have such modes.
