Investigation that protein oxidation to the formation of advanced glycation end products(AGEs)after chicken myofibrillar protein glycation is *** of protein oxidation induced by different concentrations of hydroxyl radicals(·OH)were developed after the chicken myofibrillar protein mild glycation(MPG).results exhibited that levels of AGEs and surface hydrophobicity(H_(0))steadily increased with the a ddition of h ydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))***,levels of s ulfhydryl group,free amino group,and particle size gradually decreased with the H_(2)O_(2)*** protein carbonyl value increased in H_(2)O_(2)concentration until 10 mmol/***'s correlation indicated that MPG structure modification(unfolding anddegradation)induced by protein oxidation were significantly positively correlated with AGEs concentration(P<0.05).Finally,a mechanism was proposed to hypothesize t he effect of protein oxidation on the formation of AGEs under MPG conditions.

Fracture geometry is important when stimulating low-permeability reservoirs for natural gas or oil production. The geological layer(GL) properties and contrasts in in-situ stress are the two most important parameters fordetermination of the vertical fracture growth extent and containment in layeredrocks. However, the method for assessing the cumulative impact on growth in height remains ambiguous. In this research, a 3d model based on the cohesive zone method is used to simulate the evolution of hydraulic fracture(HF) height in layeredreservoirs. The model incorporates fluid flow and elastic deformation, considering the friction between the contacting fracture surfaces and the interaction between fracture components. First, an analytical solution that was readily available was used to validate the model. Afterwards, a quantitative analysis was performed on the combined impacts of the layer interface strength, coefficient of interlayer stress difference, and coefficient of vertical stress *** results indicate that the observed fracture height geometries can be categorized into three distinct regions within the parametric space: blunted fracture, crossed fracture, and T-shaped ***, the results explained the formation mechanism of the low fracture height in the deep shale reservoir of the Sichuan Basin, China, as well as the distinction between fracture network patterns in mid-depth anddeep shale reservoirs.

Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) is a noninvasive imaging technique for estimating conductivity distributions, but its inverse problems are computationally demanding and noise-sensitive. This paper presents a deep learning framework integrating classification andregression to estimate conductivity maps efficiently. The model employs MobileNetV2-inspiredresidual blocks in a U-Net-based encoder-decoder structure. regression is handled by weighting class probabilities with a predefined conductivity scale. Evaluated on simulated andreal EIT data, the model accurately reconstructs conductivity maps, offering an efficient, real-time solution for biomedical and industrial imaging.
