Simultaneous improving luminescence intensity and stability of CsPbBr_(3):SCN−@Eu/Zr-Uio-66-NH_(2) with tunable emissions from blue to green and applications in indoor photovoltaics

The construction of stable and efficient materials that emit blue and green light remains a *** the blue light materials reported,metal-organic framework(MOF)materials are rarely reported as blue phosphors due to their weak luminescence *** on the construction of CsPbBr_(3)@MOF(CPB@MOF),an innovative idea was proposed to simultaneously enhance the green luminescence of CPB and the blue luminescence of MOF through the interaction between CPB and MOF for the first *** expected,the blue luminescence from CPB:7%SCN−@0.5%MOF:Eu as well as the green luminescence from 5%CPB:7%SCN−@MOF:Eu was sufficient to construct high-performance light-emitting diode(LED)devices and further excite solar cells to generate stable photoelectric *** white LED(WLED)device with excellent color quality(color rendering index(CRI)=96.2)and correlated color temperature(CCT=9688 K)can be constructed by using the obtained blue-emitting CPB:7%SCN-@0.5%MOF:Eu,green-emitting 5%CPB:7%SCN−@MOF:Eu,and red-emitting PPB:30%Mn^(2+).The density functional theory(DFT)theoretical calculation results indicate that the p orbital of Pb plays the major role in the conduction band,and the p orbital of Br plays the major role in the valance band of CPB and CPB:SCN−.While the p orbital of O plays the major role in both the conduction band and valance band of *** heat capacity of CPB and CPB:SCN−separately reaches the Dulong–Petit limit at 200 and 400 K,indicating that the thermal stability of CsPbBr_(3)increases after SCN−doping.

In response to the shortcomings of the SPOC course "Introduction to Computational Thinking"at Beijing University of Civil engineering and architecture, the teaching team has transformed and improved the course design and practice based on the existing High quality undergraduate courses in Beijing universities and Beijing Curriculum Ideological and Political Demonstration Course. We aim to maintain consistency and linkage in learning objectives, learning assessments, teaching materials, learning activities, and course technology under the principle of consistent construction. Learning objectives are clearer and more measurable;learning assessment is more scientific, diverse, and reliable;Curriculum resources can meet the needs of students at different levels and majors;learning activities can fully mobilize students' subjective initiative;Curriculum technology helps to achieve learning objectives, and can reflect the characteristics of the discipline, with universality and progressiveness. Through the construction and practice of the FD-QM standard, the course team has established the principles of course standardization, clarified the direction of course material construction, drawn a knowledge graph of course knowledge points, accurately grasped the degree of learning objectives, upgraded the "characteristic"teaching resource library, enhanced student interest, and integrated ideological and political education into the curriculum, ultimately achieving a comprehensive improvement in the quality of course teaching. © 2024 ACM.

In response to the shortcomings of ideological and political education in the computer basic course of our school, the teaching team has conducted in-depth research on the connotation of ideological and political education in the course, accurately grasped the direction of ideological and political education in the course, innovatively proposed the"progressive method of ideological and political education", and constructed an integrated curriculum system of ideological and political education in the course;Using Orange3 software and machine learning algorithms to deeply explore the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, constructing an analytical model, formulating personalized teaching and learning strategies, and constructing a double-layer teaching evaluation system that emphasizes both morality and ability. Through the analysis of course data, it is shown that the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum has been comprehensively improved, and the quality of teaching has been comprehensively enhanced. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

This study presents an overview on intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-enabled sensing and communication for the forthcoming sixth-generation(6G) wireless networks, in which IRSs are strategically deployed to proactively reconfigure wireless environments to improve both sensing and communication(S&C) performance. First, we exploit a single IRS to enable wireless sensing in the base station's(BS's) non-line-of-sight(NLoS) area. In particular, we present three IRS-enabled NLoS target sensing architectures with fully-passive, semi-passive, and active IRSs, respectively. We compare their pros and cons by analyzing the fundamental sensing performance limits for target detection and parameter estimation. Next, we consider a single IRS to facilitate integrated sensing and communication(ISAC), in which the transmit signals at the BS are used for achieving both S&C functionalities, aided by the IRS through reflective beamforming. We present joint transmit signal and receiver processing designs for realizing efficient ISAC, and jointly optimize the transmit beamforming at the BS and reflective beamforming at the IRS to balance the fundamental performance tradeoff between S&C. Furthermore, we discuss multi-IRS networked ISAC, by particularly focusing on multi-IRS-enabled multi-link ISAC, multi-region ISAC, and ISAC signal routing, respectively. Finally, we highlight various promising research topics in this area to motivate future work.

The flourish of deep learning frameworks and hardware platforms has been demanding an efficient compiler that can shield the diversity in both software and hardware in order to provide application *** the existing deep learning compilers,TVM is well known for its efficiency in code generation and optimization across diverse hardware *** the meanwhile,the Sunway many-core processor renders itself as a competitive candidate for its attractive computational power in both scientific computing and deep learning *** paper combines the trends in these two ***,we propose swTVM that extends the original TVM to support ahead-of-time compilation for architecture requiring cross-compilation such as *** addition,we leverage the architecture features during the compilation such as core group for massive parallelism,DMA for high bandwidth memory transfer and local device memory for data locality,in order to generate efficient codes for deep learning workloads on *** experiment results show that the codes generated by swTVM achieve 1.79x improvement of inference latency on average compared to the state-of-the-art deep learning framework on Sunway,across eight representative *** work is the first attempt from the compiler perspective to bridge the gap of deep learning and Sunway processor particularly with productivity and efficiency in *** believe this work will encourage more people to embrace the power of deep learning and Sunwaymany-coreprocessor.

In this article, a new coupled-inductors based three-level bipolar buck-boost ac-ac converter is proposed. The proposed converter can produce highly efficient and symmetric in-phase and antiphase buck and boost modes of operation with much lower component voltage and current stresses. This reduces the operation and design complexity, and helps to achieve a high-efficiency operation. The high-frequency modulating switches of the proposed converter are implemented with coupled-inductor-based dual-buck phase leg, producing three-level input and output voltages, and providing inherent protection from voltage-source short-circuit issue during switch transitions. The other salient features of the proposed converter are no-commutation issue, no need for RC snubbers or dedicated safe-commutation algorithms, provision of high-quality and continuous input/output currents, and support for nonresistive loads. An in-depth circuit analysis of the proposed converter is provided based on the proposed switch modulation strategies. The guidelines for component design/selection are discussed, followed by the comparisons with state-of-the-art three-level ac-ac converters. Finally, practical circuit verifications are performed on a laboratory-assembled prototype. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

To tackle the energy crisis and climate change,wind farms are being heavily invested in across the *** China's coastal areas,there are abundant wind resources and numerous offshore wind farms are being *** secure operation of these wind farms may suffer from typhoons,and researchers have studied power system operation and resilience enhancement in typhoon ***,the intricate movement of a typhoon makes it challenging to evaluate its spatial-temporal *** published papers only consider predefined typhoon trajectories neglecting *** address this challenge,this study proposes a stochastic unit commitment model that incorporates high-penetration offshore wind power generation in typhoon *** adopts a data-driven method to describe the uncertainties of typhoon trajectories and considers the realistic anti-typhoon mode in offshore wind farms.A two-stage stochastic unit commitment model is designed to enhance power system resilience in typhoon *** formulate the model into a mixed-integer linear programming problem and then solve it based on the computationally-efficient progressive hedging algorithm(PHA).Finally,numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

High-Performance Flow Classification of Big Data Using Hybrid CPU-GPU Clusters of Cloud Environments

The network switches in the data plane of Software Defined Networking (SDN) are empowered by an elementary process, in which enormous number of packets which resemble big volumes of data are classified into specific flows by matching them against a set of dynamic rules. This basic process accelerates the processing of data, so that instead of processing singular packets repeatedly, corresponding actions are performed on corresponding flows of packets. In this paper, first, we address limitations on a typical packet classification algorithm like Tuple Space Search (TSS). Then, we present a set of different scenarios to parallelize it on different parallel processing platforms, including Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), clusters of Central Processing Units (CPUs), and hybrid clusters. Experimental results show that the hybrid cluster provides the best platform for parallelizing packet classification algorithms, which promises the average throughput rate of 4.2 Million packets per second (Mpps). That is, the hybrid cluster produced by the integration of Compute Unified Device architecture (CUDA), Message Passing Interface (MPI), and OpenMP programming model could classify 0.24 million packets per second more than the GPU cluster scheme. Such a packet classifier satisfies the required processing speed in the programmable network systems that would be used to communicate big medical data.
