Large-scale equipment in different industries is becoming more and more electronic, complicated and integrated. In order to provide technical support for the normal operation of industrial equipment, fault diagnosis becomes extremely important. Intelligent fault diagnosis, as the name suggests, is to combine fault diagnosis and artificial intelligence theory to replace traditional fault diagnosis methods in a smarter way to obtain more accurate diagnosis results. Machine learning has become a current technical hotspot. In view of its advantages in efficiently extracting information and processing large amounts of data, more and more attention has been paid in the field of fault diagnosis. This paper systematically introduces the related concepts of machine learning and fault diagnosis, and summarizes fault diagnosis methods and applications based on support vector machines and neural networks. Finally, this paper makes a further outlook on the development of intelligent fault diagnosis technology based on machine learning. © 2021 IEEE.

Internet domain name is consists of characters, numbers, or both of them. when a client access to a website, it first send a request to local domain name server (DNS), if there is no record, local DNS request to higher authorities, until the root name servers, and get the correct record after return to local, and the cache to the local server, the process logic is complex. It's expensive in time and space. Decimal Network digital domain name system(DDNS) can directly find the target network terminal through the routing rules, without the need for domain name resolution and other conversion process, and then quickly establish the connection, reducing the scale of routing table of each forwarding node in the network, thus saving huge time and space costs. This paper introduces the concept of digital domain name system, the structure of digital domain name system, the grammar and extension of digital domain name system, the mapping of digital domain name system and IP address, and the resource record in digital domain name system. It will show the characteristics and advantages of digital domain name in a more comprehensive and detailed way. © 2021 IEEE.

Neuromarketing has become an academic and commercial area of interest, as the advancements in neural recording techniques and interpreting algorithms have made it an effective tool for recognizing the unspoken response of consumers to the marketing stimuli. This article presents the very first systematic review of the technological advancements in Neuromarketing field over the last 5 years. For this purpose, authors have selected and reviewed a total of 57 relevant literatures from valid databases which directly contribute to the Neuromarketing field with basic or empirical research findings. This review finds consumer goods as the prevalent marketing stimuli used in both product and promotion forms in these selected literatures. A trend of analyzing frontal and prefrontal alpha band signals is observed among the consumer emotion recognition-based experiments, which corresponds to frontal alpha asymmetry theory. The use of electroencephalogram (EEG) is found favorable by many researchers over functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in video advertisement-based Neuromarketing experiments, apparently due to its low cost and high time resolution advantages. Physiological response measuring techniques such as eye tracking, skin conductance recording, heart rate monitoring, and facial mapping have also been found in these empirical studies exclusively or in parallel with brain recordings. Alongside traditional filtering methods, independent component analysis (ICA) was found most commonly in artifact removal from neural signal. In consumer response prediction and classification, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) have performed with the highest average accuracy among other machine learning algorithms used in these literatures. The authors hope, this review will assist the future researchers with vital information in the field of Neuromarketing for making novel contributions. © 2020, The Author(s).

Anomalously enhanced thermal stability of phosphorene via metal adatom doping: An experimental and first-principles study

Atomically thin black phosphorus, also known as phosphorene, is an emerging two-dimensional (2D) material, which has attracted increasing attention due to its unique electronic and optoelectronic properties. However, the reduced thermal stability of phosphorene limits its suitability for high-temperature fabrication processes, which could be detrimental for the performance of phosphorenebased devices. Here, we investigate the impact of doping by Al and Hf transition metal adatoms on the thermal stability of phosphorene. The formation of Al–P covalent bonds was found to significantly improve the thermal coefficients of the Ag1, B2g, and Ag2phonon modes to 0.00044, 0.00081, and 0.00012 cm–1·°C–1, respectively, which are two orders of magnitude lower than those observed for pristine P–P bonds (~0.01 cm–1·°C–1). First-principles calculations within the density functional theory framework reveal that the observed thermal stability enhancement in the Al-doped material reflects a significantly higher Al binding energy, due to the stronger Al–P bonds compared to the weak van der Waals interactions between adjacent P atoms in the undoped material. The present work thus paves the way towards phosphorene materials with improved structural stability, which could be promising candidates for potential nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications. This paper investigates the potential uses of graphene nanomechanical devices for NEMS applications fabricated using Helium Ion Microscope (HIM). Suspended nanomechanical graphene drum structures of diameter ( 2 - 3 m) and thickness ranging from few atomic layers (10 ) to about 11 nm have been fabricated and characterized using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The initial suspension profile and the thickness of the fabricated structures have been obtained using AFM. FEM results suggest that these structures can vibrate in the range of several MHz. Their small size and the higher operating frequencies make them well suitable for mass sensing applications with sensitivities greater than 1021 g Hz1 which is more than three orders of magnitude improvement over silicon based structures. The initial suspended graphene membranes have been patterned using HIM to obtain multiple z- axis flexures with sub-10nm feature sizes. © 2011 IEEE.

Data cache prefetching in the L2 is at the forefront of pre-fetching research. In this paper we analyze the impact of virtual page boundaries on these prefetchers. Conservative measurements on real hardware show that 30-50% of consecutive virtual pages are mapped to pages which are not consecutive in physical memory. advanced hardware prefetching techniques that detect access patterns which span virtual page boundaries often end up prefetching data that is from the wrong physical page. Meanwhile, current simulation techniques for evaluating prefetching algorithms assume that all virtual pages are mapped consecutively. We show that not accounting for virtual page boundaries in simulation can lead to overestimates of as much as 29% (9% on average). We also show that a simple prefetch filter can improve performance up to 32% (7% on average) and recover the overestimated performance. This leads to the conclusion that although previous simulations may not have accounted for virtual page boundaries, the results they demonstrate are still attainable and that it is not necessary to simulate virtual page boundaries to get accurate results. However, actual hardware designers should take care to implement a simple filter or else their hardware may not show the same gains in performance as they did in simulation. Copyright 2007 ACM.

This paper explores the problem of efficiently ordering inter-processor communication operations in both statically and dynamically-scheduled multiprocessors for iterative dataflow graphs with probabilistic execution times. In most digital signal processing applications, the throughput of the system is significantly affected by communication costs. We explicitly model these costs within an effective graph-theoretic analysis framework. We show that ordered transaction schedules can significantly outperform both self-timed schedules and dynamic schedules for moderate task execution time variability. As the task execution time variability increases, we show that first self-timed and then dynamic scheduling policies are preferred. We perform an extensive experimental comparison on both real and simulated benchmarks to gauge the effect of synchronization and communication over-head costs on these crossover points. Cervical cancer is a leading malignancy in female reproductive system. While AI-assisted cytology offers a cost-effective and non-invasive screening solution, current systems struggle with generalizability in complex clinical scenarios. To address this issue, we introduced Smart-CCS, a generalizable Cervical Cancer Screening paradigm based on pretraining and adaptation to create robust and generalizable screening systems. To develop and validate Smart-CCS, we first curated a large-scale, multi-center dataset named CCS-127K, which comprises a total of 127,471 cervical cytology whole-slide images collected from 48 medical centers. By leveraging large-scale self-supervised pretraining, our CCS models are equipped with strong generalization capability, potentially generalizing across diverse scenarios. Then, we incorporated test-time adaptation to specifically optimize the trained CCS model for complex clinical settings, which adapts and refines predictions, improving real-world applicability. We conducted large-scale system evaluation among various cohorts. In retrospective cohorts, Smart-CCS achieved an overall area under the curve (AUC) value of 0.965 and sensitivity of 0.913 for cancer screening on 11 internal test datasets. In external testing, system performance maintained high at 0.950 AUC across 6 independent test datasets. In prospective cohorts, our Smart-CCS achieved AUCs of 0.947, 0.924, and 0.986 in three prospective centers, respectively. Moreover, the system demonstrated superior sensitivity in diagnosing cervical cancer, confirming the accuracy of our cancer screening results by using histology findings for validation. Interpretability analysis with cell and slide predictions further indicated that the system’s decision-making aligns with clinical practice. Smart-CCS represents a significant advancement in cervical cancer screening and highlights the potential for generalizable screening in real-word practice across diverse clinical contexts.
