Extracting term translation pairs is of great help for Chinese historical classics translation since term translation is the most time-consuming and challenging part in the translation of historical classics. However, it is tough to recognize the terms directly from ancient Chinese due to the flexible syntactic of ancient Chinese and the word segmentation errors of ancient Chinese will lead to more errors in term translation extraction. Considering most of the terms in ancient Chinese are still reserved in modern Chinese and the terms in modern Chinese are more easily to be identified, we propose a term translation extracting method using multi-features based on character-based model to extract historical term translation pairs from modern Chinese-English corpora instead of ancient Chinese-English corpora. Specifically, we first employ character-based BiLSTM-CRF model to identify historical terms in modern Chinese without word segmentation, which avoids word segmentation error spreading to the term alignment. Then we extract English terms according to initial capitalization rules. At last, we align the English and Chinese terms based on co-occurrence frequency and transliteration feature. The experiment on Shiji demonstrates that the performance of the proposed method is far superior to the traditional method, which confirms the effectiveness of using modern Chinese as a substitute. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2018.

Deep hashing has recently been attracting more and more attentions for large-scale image retrieval task owing to its superior performance of search efficiency and less storage space requirements. Among deep hashing models, asymmetric deep hashing performs feature learning on query dataset and directly generates hash code on database images, significantly improving the retrieval performance of deep hashing models. Meanwhile, recently works also establish that high-order statistic of deep features are helpful to obtain more discriminant representations of images. Therefore, to boost the retrieval capability of deep hashing, this work tries to integrate merits of the high-order statistic module and the asymmetric deep hashing architecture, and it further proposes a novel deep high-order asymmetric supervised hashing (DHoASH) for image retrieval. More specifically, we utilize a powerful global covariance pooling module based on matrix power normalization to compute the second-order statistic features of input images, which is fluently embedded into an asymmetric hashing architecture in an end-to-end manner, leading to the generation of more discriminant binary hashing code. Experiment results on two benchmarks illuminates the effectiveness of the proposed DHoASH, which also achieves very competitive retrieval accuracy compared to the state-of-the-art methods.

With the development of informatization, in order to improve office efficiency and manage students more effectively, universities have produced many management systems, such as library management systems and educational management systems. These systems mostly manage student information and other information in an integrated manner. The refinement of each module, due to the large number of colleges and universities, graduates and enrolls a large number of students every year, and the archiving of students' ideological and political courses and students' ideological and political evaluation is quite complicated. Some college management systems may only provide ideological and political courses. Course information and student test scores did not specifically manage the student's ideological and political education assessment and assess the student's psychological activities based on the student's daily performance, nor did they provide detailed course scheduling information for specific ideological and political related courses. Therefore, colleges and universities should also implement detailed information management for students' ideological and political education methods, which can improve management efficiency and reduce unnecessary human resources. The management system is developed by the Java[1-3]development language through Myeclipise as a development tool. The mysql database is used as the background to realize the information management of the ideological and political education of college students. It can promote the detailed management of all aspects of students' information management. Service school as well as students. And the machine learning algorithm is added. Through the previous students' data, the classification model is trained by Logistic regression algorithm to evaluate the students' ideological and political good condition.

Achieving handle-level random access in an encrypted DNA archival storage system via frequency dictionary mapping coding

DNA storage provides a high storage density and durability, but current systems experience high latency and lack data security. This study proposed the use of frequency dictionary mapping coding (FDMC) to enable handle-level random access of DNA archival storage. In addition, a hybrid e-molecular encryption strategy and a multi-level error-correction algorithm were introduced to ensure data security and integrity. The simulation and wet experiment results demonstrated that FDMC achieved handle-level random access in a lossless encrypted DNA storage system, which balanced security and robustness. Even in extreme cases, in which there was a 10% loss of DNA sequences, this system still recovered 91.74% of the original data while ensuring a storage density above 1.80 bits per nucleotide. In summary, FDMC enhances the application potential of DNA as a storage medium and bridges the gap between DNA storage and traditional storage modes.

As a fundamental technology of human motion analysis, video based pose estimation has attracted more and more attention of researchers. While most mainstream methods treated videos as a collection of unrelated frames, random false positives caused by light and shadow changes will bring greater uncertainty to the results of human body estimation. To eliminate these false positives in multi-person 2D pose estimation, a method of multi-person 2D pose estimation using the time-space relationship of adjacent frames is proposed. At first, Frame Association Information(FAI) is defined to represent the relationship between person objects in adjacent frames, which contents similarity of position, size and poses. Then, a method of false positives eliminating is designed using FAIs between frames, which can identify and remove false positives in frames according to their similarities to human objects in a benchmark frame. The following experiments show the effectiveness of our method. © 2019 Association for computing Machinery.

In recent years, DNA has been regarded as a reliable raw material for building biological computers and biochips due to its nanoscale size, ultralow energy consumption, and high-performance computing potential. As the basis of building a biological computer, the research on the construction of nanoscale logic arithmetic and nanoscale biochemical logic circuits based on DNA molecules as carriers has attracted increasing attention. Although researchers use DNA strand replacement systems to achieve it this requires adjustment and careful design of the toehold, making sequence selection more difficult. To reduce dependence on the toehold, we propose a 3-way DNAzyme complex composed of three E6 DNAzymes assembled using the biological characteristics of E6 DNAzyme. This complex enriched the recognition vector of E6 DNAzyme, which can be used for multiple substrates, thus improving the reusability and efficiency of DNA molecules. At the same time, based on the 3-way DNAzyme complex and without the involvement of the toehold, we designed logic gates such as the OR gate, the AND gate, and the INHIBIT gate, and realized the construction of a new half subtractor and nanoscale biochemical logic circuit. These explorations and attempts extended the practicality of the 3-way DNAzyme complex. We believe that these logic elements will have a wide range of applications in DNA nanoscale programming, biological computing, and nanoscale medicine.

Recent advances in graph representation learning provide new opportunities for computational drug-target interaction (DTI) prediction. Inspired by the emerging graph mutual information-based algorithms, we propose MMIDTI, a multi-level mutual information-aware DTI prediction framework based on a heterogeneous network (i.e., drug-protein, drug-drug and protein-protein interaction network; drug-disease, drug-side-effect, and protein-disease association network; drug-structure and protein-sequence similarity network). More specifically, MMIDTI leverages an encoder-decoder framework that can learn the type-aware and meta-path augmented node representations by following a contrastive learning paradigm. The encoder part is a Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) and the decoder is an inner product of the learned representations to recover the original heterogeneous network. Meanwhile, MMIDTI exploits two levels of mutual information: (1) maximizing local mutual information, to obtain node representations that capture the global information content of the entire heterogeneous graph. (2) maximizing the global mutual information, to constrain the node representation to have desired statistical characteristics. Experimental results show that our model can achieve better prediction performance than state-of-the-art methods.

Human pose estimation in image is an important branch of computer vision and graphics research. In this paper, an improved modular convolution neural network is proposed to solve the problem of human pose estimation in static 2D images. A cascaded three-stage full convolutional network (FCN) can learn the non-linear mapping from image feature space to human pose space in an end-to-end way. In order to improve the accuracy of predicting joints, the method of multi-feature source fusion is adopted to improve the estimation process of the human body posture. The first two stages of the network focus on learning local image features and joints neighborhood pixel features, and these features are merged in the third stage of the network. Finally, the coordinates of human joints are obtained by regression of the merged features. In our experiments, using the strict PCP criteria on the full body pose dataset LSP, the average prediction accuracy of our method is 79.3%. In addition, using the PCKh standard on the upper body pose dataset FLIC, our method achieves an average prediction accuracy of 93% without additional training. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper proposes a novel bio-inspired termite queen algorithm (TQA) to solve optimization problems by simulating the division of labor in termite populations under a queen’s rule. TQA is benchmarked on a set of 23 functions to test its performance at solving global optimization problems, and applied to six real-world engineering design problems to verify its reliability and effectiveness. Comparative simulation studies with other algorithms are conducted, from whose results it is observed that TQA satisfactorily solves global optimization problems and engineering design problems.

Research on Speech Synthesis Technology Based on Rhythm Embedding

In recent years, Text-To-Speech (TTS) technology has developed rapidly. People have also been paying more attention to how to narrow the gap between synthetic speech and real speech, hoping that synthesized speech can be integrated with real rhythm. A rhythmic feature embedding method for Text-To-Speech was proposed in this thesis based on Tacotron2 model, which has arisen in the field of TTS in recent years. Firstly, rhythmic feature extraction through World vocoder can reduce redundant information in rhythmic features. Then, rhythmic feature fusion based on Variational Auto-Encoder (VAE) network can enhance rhythmic information. Experiments are carried out on the data set LJSpeech-1.0, and then subjective evaluation and objective evaluation are carried out on the synthesized speech respectively. Compared with the comparative literature, the subjective blind hearing test (ABX) score increased by 25%. At that same time, the objective Mel Cepstral Distortion value (MCD) declined to 12.77.
