Even if the exact motor parameters are known, the MTPA strategy cannot obtain precise maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) points under large current amplitude because the partial derivative of inductance to current is ignored in the modeling process. In view of this, the MTPA mathematical model considering the partial derivative of inductance to current is established in this paper, and the MTPA point tracking error caused by ignoring the partial derivative in the modeling process based on Ferrari method is analyzed. Then, an offline-online combined method for calculating the partial derivative term is proposed to compensate the MTPA tracking error. On this basis, an MTPA control strategy based on Ferrari method considering the partial derivative of inductance to current is proposed. Experiment to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Optical neural networks (ONNs), enabling low latency and high parallel data processing withoutelectromagnetic interference, have become a viable player for fast and energy-efficient processing andcalculation to meet the increasing demand for hash rate. Photonic memories employing nonvolatile phase-change materials could achieve zero static power consumption, low thermal cross talk, large-scale, andhigh-energy-efficient photonic neural networks. Nevertheless, the switching speed and dynamic energyconsumption of phase-change material-based photonic memories make them inapplicable for in situ ***, by integrating a patch of phase change thin film with a PIN-diode-embedded microring resonator,a bifunctional photonic memory enabling both 5-bit storage and nanoseconds volatile modulation wasdemonstrated. For the first time, a concept is presented for electrically programmable phase-changematerial-driven photonic memory integrated with nanosecond modulation to allow fast in situ training and zerostatic power consumption data processing in ONNs. ONNs with an optical convolution kernel constructedby our photonic memory theoretically achieved an accuracy of predictions higher than 95% when testedby the MNIST handwritten digit database. This provides a feasible solution to constructing large-scalenonvolatile ONNs with high-speed in situ training capability.

A Q(t) meter is used to measure electrical properties in insulating materials. Here, Q(t) is the integral value of circuit current with time t. It is possible to measure the Q(t) of the insulation material of a capacitor and a cable by using Q(t) meter. The current through an insulating material is divided into an instantaneous charging current, an absorption current and an equilibrium leakage current. It is considered that the absorption current is related to charge accumulation in the insulating materials. In this paper, an enameled wire (1.6 PEW) is used to prepare a cable sample, the Q(t) of the coated polyester (PEs) is measured, and extraction of absorption current components from measured Q(t) are reported.

Underwater supporting robots serving as a relay of energy supplements and communication for other underwater equipment are promising for ocean exploration, development, and protection. This paper proposes a novel autonomous docking system centered on a designed supporting robotic fish named ‘CourierFish’. Specifically, CourierFish is capable of docking with a surface dock station for supplying itself and docking with a seafloor platform for supporting equipment in the platform. A visual navigation scheme integrating LED and ArUco markers is presented for accurate localization. The control approach for docking motion is also illustrated. Simulations and aquatic experiments are performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed docking system. The obtained results lay a solid foundation for the construction of various underwater equipment and robot networks.

In recent years, a credit scoring service that based on personal behavioral data has been providing in the world. Alibaba Group's Ant Financial in China developed Sesame Credit and launched its service in 2015 as an additional function of Alipay. Credit score(risk) is mainly used in case of calculating loan limit and loan interest rate. On the other hand, a personal credit score affects not only loans but also to benefit public services, job hunting, and marriage hunting. In many countries, personal credit scores will be created as part of various services and become credit score society as in China. Personal credit scores have been already performed practically, but there is not so much research on academic at present. In particular, there is not research on the personal credit risk using only non-financial data without financial data. Generally, financial data is used principally to measure a company's credit risk. However, the use of financial data to measure a personal credit risk is considered dangerous. Therefore, in the latter case, it's important to calculate credit risk using only non-financial data without using financial data. In this study, we examine the method to calculate personal credit score using non-financial ***, we describe the flow of a customer who purchases a product using relation diagram until it defaults. Secondly, we performed a two-group discriminant analysis using the default variable as the objective variable and adding some default factors to the explanatory variables. As a result of the correct discrimination rate, discrimination was possible, albeit slightly. In addition, it turned out to be meaningful to analyze personal credit using only non-financial data. © 2020 IEEE.

Motivated by the need for increased spectral efficiency and the proliferation of intelligent applications, the sixth-generation (6G) mobile network is anticipated to integrate the dual-functions of communication and sensing (C&S). Although the millimeter wave (mmWave) communication and mmWave radar share similar multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) architecture for integration, the full potential of dual-function synergy remains to be exploited. In this paper, we commence by overviewing state-of-the-art schemes from the aspects of waveform design and signal processing. Nevertheless, these approaches face the dilemma of mutual compromise between C&S performance. To this end, we reveal and exploit the synergy between C&S. In the proposed framework, we introduce a two-stage frame structure and resort artificial intelligence (AI) to achieving the synergistic gain by designing a joint C&S channel semantic extraction and reconstruction network (JCASCasterNet). With just a cost-effective and energy-efficient single sensing antenna, the proposed scheme achieves enhanced overall performance while requiring only limited pilot and feedback signaling overhead. In the end, we outline the challenges that lie ahead in the future development of integrated sensing and communication networks, along with promising directions for further research. The impact of 10 MeV electron irradiation on switching characteristics of SiC MOSFET devices

The rigorous requirements of applications such as deep space exploration, nuclear power plants, and nuclear submarines, pose stringent demands on the radiation resistance of power devices. SiC exhibits excellent radiation resistance compared to Si, while the application of SiC power devices in electron radiation environments still requires further theoretical and experimental refinement. In particular, there is a lack of research on the impact of electron radiation on the switching characteristics of SiC power devices. In this work, we studied the electron radiation effects on the dynamic and static characteristics of SiC VDMOSFET via theoretical modeling, simulation analysis, and 10 MeV irradiation experiments. We further analyzed their radiation damage mechanisms, especially for the damage on the gate structure and drift region. Radiation-induced damage to the gate oxide is the main cause of changes in device characteristics. The experimental results demonstrate a nonlinear correlation between the radiation dose and the threshold voltage of SiC MOSFET devices. With the increase in radiation dose, the switching-on delay time and switching-off voltage/current change rate of the devices decrease, while the switching-off delay time and switching-on voltage/current change rate increase. Consequently, there is a reduction in switching-on losses and an increase in switching-off losses, which affect the thermal generation during the switching process of the device. We also conducted a comparative analysis with Si MOSFET devices. The dynamic and static characteristics of SiC MOSFET devices are found to be less affected by radiation compared to Si MOSFET devices, exhibiting superior radiation resistance. © 2025

This study analyses the Electromagnetic Immunity (EMI) of STT-MRAM. By exhaustively exploring and verifying the Electrostatic discharge (ESD) and Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) of STT-MRAM, the impact of ESD and EFT on the performance of STT-MRAM is investigated, the potential threat of transient electromagnetic interference to STT-MRAM memory is revealed, and suggestions are made to improve its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which provides an important reference for its reliable application.

We demonstrate the stabilization of an optical frequency comb(OFC) using a segment of fiber delay line as a reference. A mode-locked Er-doped fiber laser is phase locked to a kilometer-long fiber delay line using three different schemes. The short-term stability of the comb modes in the OFC stabilized by these schemes is obviously enhanced, down to the 10;level at millisecond average time. Among these three schemes, phase locking two bunches of comb modes in the OFC to the same fiber delay line exhibits the lowest residual phase noise. Fiber-delay-line-referenced OFCs can provide reliable laser sources in precise metrology owing to the advances of low cost, compactness, and high integration.
