With the rapid development of the satellite industry, the information transmission network based on communication satellites has gradually become a major and important part of the future satellite ground integration network. However, the low transmission efficiency of the satellite data relay back mission has become a problem that is currently constraining the construction of the system and needs to be solved urgently. Effectively planning the task of satellite ground networking by reasonably scheduling resources is crucial for the efficient transmission of task data. In this paper, we hope to provide a task execution scheme that maximizes the profit of the networking task for satellite ground network planning considering feeding mode (SGNPFM). To solve the SGNPFM problem, a mixed-integer planning model with the objective of maximizing the gain of the link-building task is constructed, which considers various constraints of the satellite in the feed-switching mode. Based on the problem characteristics, we propose a distance similarity-based genetic optimization algorithm (DSGA), which considers the state characteristics between the tasks and introduces a weighted Euclidean distance method to determine the similarity between the tasks. To obtain more high-quality solutions, different similarity evaluation methods are designed to assist the algorithm in intelligently screening individuals. The DSGAalso uses an adaptive crossover strategy based on similarity mechanism, which guides the algorithm to achieve efficient population search. In addition, a task scheduling algorithm considering the feed-switching mode is designed for decoding the algorithm to generate a highquality scheme. The results of simulation experiments show that the DSGA can effectively solve the SGNPFM problem. Domain generalization for document authentication against practical recapturing attacks

Recapturing attack can be employed as a simple but effective anti-forensic tool for digital document images. Inspired by the document inspection process that compares a questioned document against a reference sample, we proposed a document recapture detection scheme by employing Siamese network to compare and extract distinct features in a recapture document image. The proposed algorithm takes advantages of both metric learning and image forensic techniques. Instead of adopting Euclidean distance-based loss function, we integrate the forensic similarity function with a triplet loss and a normalized softmax loss. After training with the proposed triplet selection strategy, the resulting feature embedding clusters the genuine samples near the reference while pushes the recaptured samples apart. In the experiment, we consider practical domain generalization problems, such as the variations in printing/imaging devices, substrates, recapturing channels, and document types. To evaluate the robustness of different approaches, we benchmark some popular off-the-shelf machine learning-based approaches, a state-of-the-art document image detection scheme, and the proposed schemes with different network backbones under various experimental protocols. Experimental results show that the proposed schemes with different network backbones have consistently outperformed the state-of-the-art approaches under different experimental settings. Specifically, under the most challenging scenario in our experiment, i.e., evaluation across different types of documents that produced by different devices, we have achieved less than 5.00% APCER (Attack Presentation Classification Error Rate) and 5.56% BPCER (Bona Fide Presentation Classification Error Rate) by the proposed network with ResNeXt101 backbone at 5% BPCER decision *** Codes 94A08 Copyright © 2021, The Authors. A highly sensitive multi-stage terahertz (THz) wave parametric up-conversion detector based on KTiOPO 4 (KTP) crystal pumped by 1064nm laser (10 ns, 10Hz) was demonstrated in this paper. The up-conversion signal was amplified in two KTP crystals based on non-collinear and collinear phase matching respectively to improve detection sensitivity. The detectable THz frequency range was 4.30-4.47 THz and 4.81-4.95 THz. The minimum detectable energy of 244pJ was realized with dynamic range of 36dB at 4.45THz, which was an order of magnitude higher than that of commercial Golay cell. Compared with LiNbO 3 crystal, the parametric up-conversion detection based on KTP crystal can realize high frequency range (>3 THz) THz wave detection.

As a promising ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor material, gallium oxide（Ga2O3） is attracting extensive attention of researchers due to its feasible growth process, appropriate bandgap of 4.4 e V–5.3 e V allowing for deep-ultraviolet（deepUV） detection, good physical and chemical stability, high breakdown field strength and electron mobility, etc. Different from the strict processes for controllable crystalline Ga2O3（usually refer to as stable monoclinic β-Ga2O3）, amorphous Ga2O3（a-Ga2O3） film can be prepared uniformly at low temperature on a large-area deposition substrate, suggesting great advantages such as low manufacturing cost and excellent flexibility, dispensing with high-temperature and high vacuum techniques. Thus, a-Ga2O3extremely facilitates important applications in various applied fields. Therefore, in this concise review, we summarize several major deposition methods for a-Ga2O3films, of which the characteristics are ***, potential methods to optimize the film properties are proposed by right of the inspiration from some recent studies. Subsequently, the applications of a-Ga2O3thin films, e.g., in photodetectors, resistive random access memories（RRAMs） and gas sensors, are represented with a fruitful discussion of their structures and operating mechanisms.

PCB routing becomes time-consuming as the complexity of PCB design increases. Unlike traditional schemes that treat the two essential PCB routing processes separately, namely, escape and bus routing, we consider the continuity between them and present a golden-pin-based routing scheme to find the desired solution with angle and topology constraints. Further, conventional rip-up and reroute methods are often ineffective and inefficient for congestion alleviation and routability optimization. We construct a component graph by modeling components as vertices and applying the minimum weight vertex covering method to improve the routability. A self-adaptable ordering method is presented for escape routing to arrange the pin order on the component boundary, guaranteeing successful bus routing. In addition, escape routing is performed based on a disjoint path method. We construct a dynamic Hanan grid in bus routing and utilize a novel congestion adjustment technique to improve solution quality. Compared with FreeRouting and Allegro, the experiment results show that our algorithm achieves high routability and a significant 90% runtime reduction.

This paper investigates terahertz ultra-massive (UM)-MIMO-based angle estimation for space-to-air communications, which can solve the performance degradation problem caused by the dual delay-beam squint effects of terahertz UM-MIMO channels. Specifically, we first design a grouping true-time delay unit module that can significantly mitigate the impact of delay-beam squint effects to establish the space-to-air THz link. Based on the subarray selection scheme, the UM hybrid array can be equivalently considered as a low-dimensional fully-digital array, and then the fine estimates of azimuth/elevation angles at both UAVs and satellite can be separately acquired using the proposed prior-aided iterative angle estimation algorithm. Wide energy range neutron imaging and spectroscopy in a single experiment without changing the setup is available by a combination of a high-power pulsed neutron source and fast operating neutron detector. The delay-line current-biased kinetic-inductance detector (CB-KID) is a two-dimensional superconducting detector with high spatial and temporal resolutions, and multi-hit tolerance. We demonstrate that the delay-line CB-KID with 10B neutron conversion layer is applicable for neutron imaging and spectroscopy up to the neutron energy of 100 eV. High spatial neutron transmission image for a Sm-Sn mixed metal is successfully constructed below 0.3 eV. Concomitantly, we examine the neutron transmission up to 100 eV and identify observed resonance dips by Sm nuclei. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study deals with a smartphone application to support the walking of visually impaired people. It recognizes surrounding situation from image acquired by camera and notifies it of any danger. According to the WHO (World Health Organization) fact sheets, an estimated 253 million people live with vision impairment: 36 million are blind and 217 million have moderate to severe vision impairment. The visually impaired has also a high desire to go out, however there are so many situations outdoors where they feel danger. In facts, a survey report about accidents of visually impaired pedestrian said that 42% of respondents experienced accidents during their walking. Researches and developments of support tools for the walking of visually impaired people have been doing for a long time. The smart electronic white cane is one of walking support devices commercialized. It has ultra-sonic sensors, alerts the danger with vibration when it detects obstacles above and/or front position. There are also researches to detect staircase and pedestrian traffic signals using images of RGB-D camera. Our previous studies had taken an approach of using some image processing techniques to detect the steps of staircase on depth images by RGB-D camera. However, the RGB-D camera is large and heavy, and it is difficult to carry, so we aimed to implement it on a light-weight smartphone with RGB camera. We applied machine learning techniques to detect stairs instead of ordinal image processing techniques to using RGB images because it can implement into smartphone. This study used CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) which is a kind of deep learning techniques to obstacle detection and developed an application program working on smartphone. It can classify the taken images into some obstacles or surrounding situations and notice it to user to help his/her safety walking.
