In this paper, fast independent vector analysis (FastIVA) based on convolutional aliasing model is proposed to separate the aliased signals collected by distributed acoustic sensing (dAS) system, and the time-frequency entropy is used to judge the separation performance. The results show that the time-frequency entropy interval of the separated signals and the source signals correspond to each other, which means that the aliased signals are separated. This method is used to improve the accuracy of dAS system signal detection and recognition in complex real environment, and reduce the number of false alarm events. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continuous increase of market demand, the application of low altitude rotary wing unmanned aerial vehicles is becoming increasingly widespread, and the requirements for active obstacle avoidance ability and endurance time are also increasing. This article focuses on the active obstacle avoidance technology of drones. The panoramic camera is installed on the drone. For the collected multi camera images, the first step is to perform stitching processing. The improved SUrF algorithm is used to process the overlapping defects after image stitching. Then, the image is weighted and fused using the arc function weighted fusion image stitching algorithm to remove the stitching gaps. The fused image is used as input, and the improved YOLOv8 model is used as the target recognition model. After analyzing the basic performance of the model, in order to improve the algorithm’s lightweight level, the LAd calculation rule is integrated into the algorithm. Then, the EMA attention mechanism is added to improve the model’s recognition ability for specific obstacles, and depth separable convolution is added to enhance the algorithm’s ability to extract target features. Finally, an experimental environment was established, and through simulation experiments, the method proposed in this article improved the average recognition accuracy of obstacles by 2.3% while ensuring the endurance of the drone. © 2024 Codon Publications. devices capable of deterministically manipulating the photonic entanglement are of paramount importance, since photons are the ideal messengers for quantum information. Here, we report a rydberg-atom-based entanglement filter that preserves the desired photonic entangled state and deterministically blocks the transmission of the unwanted ones. Photonic entanglement with near-unity fidelity can be extracted from an input state with an arbitrarily low initial fidelity. The protocol is inherently robust, and succeeds both in the rydberg blockade regime and in the interaction-induced dissipation regime. Such an entanglement filter opens new routes toward scalable photonic quantum information processing with multiple ensembles of rydberg atoms. © 2022, CC BY.

By introducing Co2+ ions as a structure-induced agent, five novel Ln3+-cucurbit[5]uril-based supramolecular assemblies have been successfully prepared in the cucurbit[5]uril (Q[5]) system with rare-earth elements (Pr3+, Sm3+, Eu3+, Gd3+ and dy3+) by solvent evaporation method. Crystal structure analysis shows that the above assemblies are isomorphism 3d frameworks via the outer-surface interaction of cucurbit[n]uril (OSIQ), where Q[5] can directly coordinate with rare-earth metal ions to obtain simple "Ln3+-Q[5]" molecular bowl. Each six molecular bowl could further construct a 3d frame structure with honeycomb-type channel structure, which is occupied by the structure-guiding agent [Co(H2O)6]2+ through H- bond. Meanwhile, the fluorescence sensing performance of the assembly 5 for amino acid was investigated, and the results showed that it could be used as a promising fluorescent sensor material to detect L-Tryptophan (L-Try). © 2024, The Authors. KAGrA, the underground and cryogenic gravitational-wave detector, was operated for its solo observation from February 25 to March 10, 2020, and its first joint observation with the GEO 600 detector from April 7 to April 21, 2020 (O3GK). This study presents an overview of the input optics systems of the KAGrA detector, which consist of various optical systems, such as a laser source, its intensity and frequency stabilization systems, modulators, a Faraday isolator, mode-matching telescopes, and a high-power beam dump. These optics were successfully delivered to the KAGrA interferometer and operated stably during the observations. The laser frequency noise was observed to limit the detector sensitivity above a few kilohertz, whereas the laser intensity did not significantly limit the detector sensitivity.

KAGrA is a newly built gravitational wave observatory, a laser interferometer with a 3 km arm length, located in Kamioka, Gifu prefecture, Japan. In this article, we describe the KAGrA data management system, i.e., recording of data, transfer from the KAGrA experiment site to computing resources, as well as data distribution to tier sites, including international sites in Taiwan and Korea. The amount of KAGrA data exceeded 1.0 PiB and increased by about 1.5 TB per day during operation in 2020. Our system has succeeded in data management, and has achieved performance that can withstand observations after 2023, that is, a transfer rate of 20 MB s-1or more and file storage of sufficient capacity for petabyte class. We also discuss the sharing of data between the global gravitational-wave detector network with other experiments, namely LIGO and Virgo. The latency, which consists of calculation of calibrated strain data and transfer time within the global network, is very important from the view of multi-messenger astronomy using gravitational waves. real-time calbrated data delivered from the KAGrA detector site and other detectors to our computing system arrive with about 4–15 seconds of latency. These latencies are sufficiently short compared to the time taken for gravitational wave event search computations. We also established a high-latency exchange of offline calibrated data that was aggregated with a better accuracy compared with real-time data.
