In order to solve the problem that minimum control strategy of equivalent fuel consumption for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) is not effective, an ECMS energy management strategy based on improved annealing algorithm was designed. Firstly, based on the traditional control model, the optimized PID equivalent factor control model is constructed. In order to solve the problem of overfitting when optimizing the traditional annealing algorithm (SA), tempering link and memory search function were added to the algorithm, and the improved algorithm was used to optimize the PID equivalent factor, and the vehicle dynamics simulation was carried out in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The results show that: Under the Worldwide Light-duty Test Cycle (WLTC) conditions, compared with the rule-based logical threshold control strategy and the pre-optimized ECMS strategy, the optimized ECMS strategy increased the fuel saving rate by 18.49% and 3.28%, respectively. Under the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) conditions, compared with the rule-based logical threshold control strategy and the pre-optimized ECMS strategy, the fuel saving rate is increased by 20.20% and 2.61%, respectively. The proposed model effectively reduces fuel consumption and has good robustness. © 2023 SPIE.

Research on grasping force optimization of dexterous robot hand is an important topic in manipulation planning, it is an effective way to improve the grasping precision and save energy. Based on the force manipulability ellipsoid of manipulator, this paper defines force directional manipulability of multi-fingered dexterous hand. On the condition that the operational configuration is known, and taking the force directional manipulability as the objective function, the optimization on force transmission direction of dexterous hand is presented. A numerical example of three-finger dexterous hand is presented that the force transmission performance and the best transmission direction of dexterous hand on a given configuration are obtained. © 2010 IEEE.

The Due to its wide use, the motorcycle is one of the main problems leading to environment pollution and energy crisis in spite of its low emission and low oil consumption. However, the research on it has not been attached enough importance up to now both at home and abroad. On the basis of learning from the successful experience of Hybrid Electric Vehicle, this thesis studied the driving system of Hybrid Electric Motorcycle, which is the key technology of Hybrid Electric Motorcycle's development. In this study, research on driving system of Brushless DC Motor of 800W was conducted. In hardware design, the 80C196KC SCM was selected as the processor, MOSFET, as electron power tube and IR2101, as the driving CMOS chip respectively. In software design, closed loop control was achieved by software filtering Algorithm of avoiding pulse disturbance and averaging and controlling Algorithm of fuzzy PI. The experiment results indicated that the designed driving system could meet the working requirements of motorcycles, so this study lays a solid foundation for further development of Hybrid Electric Motorcycle. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper describes the present research work on IUDH underwater dexterous hand equipped with three fingers, six joints and four actuators, Which has been development at anhui Polytechnic University and Hefei Institute of Intelligent Machine of Chinese Academy of Science. According to structure of IUDH, Every finger kinematics equations formulations for determining the boundary to manipulator are derived, by employing Denavit-Hartenberg representation. Further, every fingertip motion envelopment space is mapped. Moreover, volume and size of objects grasped by IUDH is certified. Thus, structure and geometric parameters of the hand are demonstrated and abilities for grasping objects are validated. ©2012 IEEE.

In order to realize the requirements of underwater partly automatic work, the research group developed an underwater working dexterous hand. This dexterous hand adopted three fingers and six joints. The six joints were all driven by fluid power, among which three root joints shared one fluid motor, and the other three finger joints were driven by three fluid cylinder respectively. In order to obtain comparatively comprehensive information on the operating environment, the dexterous hand installed a six-dementional wrist force sensors, three four-dimensional finger force sensors, three ultrasonic sensors, and one vision sensor. This article focused on the mechanical structure of the dexterous hand and equipment of sensors. © 2011 IEEE.

We report electrical properties and Optical Emission Spectrum of DC-Driven Microplasma Reactor for Scanning Plasma Etching in pure SF6 environment with different device size between 5-12 kPa gas pressures. The Microplasma Reactor is consists of metal-insulator-metal sandwich structure, and with an inverted pyramidal shape hollow cathode. A diagnostic system is design to measure the V-I curve and OES (optical emission spectrum) of the microplasma. The result shows that the discharge current is increased with the gas pressure and applied voltage, the density of the active silicon etchant F atom emission spectrum line is increased with the decrease of the device size. These results confirm that the Microplasma Reactor is suitable for Scanning Plasma Etching of silicon. © 2011 IEEE.

Firstly, the industrial manipulator's 3D model is built by using 3D software. Secondly, the 3D model is imported to the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and the corresponding constraints and motions are added to the model according to the actual design requirements. Finally, the movement simulation is implemented and the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of each direction for the end position and mid-position are given. The simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of the industrial manipulator's 3D model. Therefore, this can provide a certain referencing value for designing industrial manipulator. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In order to allocate tasks and optimize resources well in dynamical manufacturing environment, the model for task allocation is established. An adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) is applied to deal with it. A machine-based encoding approach is also adopted. During the measurement of a capacitive tactile sensor array, there always appear large and unknown parasitic capacitance and other capacitance conducted by the effect of the charge injection on analogue switches, which seriously limits the measuring accuracy of the tactile sensor. This article analyses the various performance indicators of MS3110 P based on the experiments. A P controller used to match the charge injection effect conducted by the analogue switch has been investigated. The measurement mode of a micro-capacitor array detection circuit possessing the function of single capacitance array and the measurement mode of differential capacitance array, have been designed. Besides this, causes of parasitic capacitance have been discussed. The experimental results demonstrate that the designed circuit overcomes the impact of various parasitic capacitances on the sensor and enhances the measuring accuracy. It can meet the needs of the measurement requirements of a micro-capacitor array for MEMS sensors.
