In this paper, a hybrid Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed to solve the Vehicle Routing Problems with Dynamic Requests (VRPDR). The proposed hybrid GA primarily involves the following parts. First, a greedy split is introduced, which is fit for the VRPDR. Second, the adjacent-exchange-based local search is proposed. Third, a novel mutation operator, named the insert mutation, is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid GA is effective.

Based on the QSIM reasoning of Kuipers, comparative constraint is presented to reduce the diagnosis space. The transfer regulation of qualitative constrain is used in the simulation and reasoning of system diagnosis. This arithmetic takes observed faulty state as the beginning, to diagnosis the discrepancy of variable and location of the causation according to the transfer regulation of qualitative constraint, reasons from faulty diagnosed to examine the result and delete the redundancy of diagnosis result. In the example of Condensation refrigeration system, the constraint relation is built according to qualitative difference equation. Aim at the bad efficiency of refrigeration, the mixture of air or Freon superfluously is diagnosed as the result faulty source, is consistent with the factual system.

Foundation models are commonly hosted on cloud servers to cater to the high demand for their services. However, this exposes them to security risks, as attackers can manipulate these models by introducing backdoor patterns after uploading them to the cloud or during transfer from a local *** mitigate this issue, we propose an iterative decision-based fragile watermarking algorithm to verify the integrity of remote models. This algorithm transforms normal training samples into fragile samples that exhibit sensitivity to model changes. During validation, we compare the output of sensitive samples from the original model to that of the compromised model, enabling us to assess the completeness of the *** method offers several advantages: Firstly, the iterative update of samples occurs in a decision-based black-box manner, relying solely on the predicted probability distribution of the target model. This approach reduces the risk of exposure to adversarial attacks. Secondly, even with changes in the overall parameters of the model at a magnitude of 1e-4, the fragile samples can detect such changes. Lastly, our method is independent of the specific *** experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method on various models and datasets, highlighting its superior performance compared to the current state-of-the-art techniques. © 2023, The Authors. A novel self-adaption strategy for the parameter epsiv in epsiv-MOEA is proposed in this paper based on the analyses of the relationship between the value of epsiv and the maximum number of non-dominated solutions. Then this novel strategy is applied in epsiv-MOEA and tested on 10 common benchmark functions. The experimental results demonstrate that even if without the good initial value for the parameter s, epsiv-MOEA with this self-adaption strategy (named Algorithm 1) is able to approximately obtain the expected number of non-dominated solutions, which are very close to and uniformly distributed on the Pareto-optimal front. Furthermore, the genetic drift phenomenon in Algorithm 1 is discussed Two cases of genetic drift are pointed out, and one case can be fixed up by a simple approach proposed in this paper.

The task of talking head generation for the media interaction system is to take images and audio clips of the target face as input, and generate a realistic video of the target synchronized with the audio. Most of the existing works directly take all the information in the image as input, which causes the problem of feature information redundancy. At the same time, in the stage of feature fusion, the image and audio information is directly spliced, and the relationship between the two modal information is ignored. To solve the problems, we initially implement the disentanglement of image by introducing a loss function to separate the image into identity features and content-related features. Besides, we introduce a multi-head selfattention mechanism to learn the relationship between the two modal information of image and audio, and implement the full fusion of multi-modal information. In addition, we validate the effectiveness of our model through extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of two datasets. Extensive experiments show the superiority of the proposed model in all aspects.

The task of aircraft landing scheduling (ALS) is to give a landing sequence and landing times for a given set of aircrafts where many constraints must be satisfied. ALS is an NP-hard problem with large-scale and multi-constraint characteristics, thus it is hard to find optimal solution efficiently. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm of Clonal Selection Algorithm (CSA) and Receding Horizon Control (RHC) was proposed for ALS problem. In details, constrained CSA based on infeasibility degree (IFD) schedules aircrafts in current receding horizon, and then RHC repeats that optimization procedure using excellent gene segment spread (EGSS) until all aircrafts have landed. Comparative experiments show that the CSA-RHC hybrid algorithm is able to obtain an optimal landing sequence and landing times rapidly and effectively.

Noise is an omnipresent phenomenon. It obscures the real behavior of dynamical system. Lots of methods are proposed to remove the noise contaminating time series. However, almost all the methods consider the noise reduction in the phase space and often sharp points are kept. Different with these methods, this paper proposes a method directly on the time series itself, considering the gauss noise feature and the smoothness of the real data, uses curve-fitting way to eliminate the sharp points. The numeral results verify the effectiveness of our method.

To enhance the reliability and the fault coverage of the test results, a local error diagnostic mechanism was introduced into dynamic protocol conformance test, a new dynamic test method was proposed, whose principle and correctness was analyzed on determinate FSM model. The new method took full advantage of the dynamic information generated during test to avoid the incorrect locating of local error. Also a local error diagnostic method was presented on error sub-sequence, which was not restricted to single error assumption and more practical. The experimental results showed that the method can effectively avoid the descending of the test reliability and give better fault coverage.

Since the existing works in data stream anomaly detection mainly locate abnormal objects from data sequences instead of detecting the abnormal state of a monitored object in real-time. And they need a set of empirical predefined thresholds, which may affect the flexibility of the detection models. These limitations make the existing solutions no longer suitable for the real-time detection of the changes in the status of the monitored object. In this paper, we propose a new Abnormal conditions Detection approach (ADCMO) on the Continuously Monitored Object. ADCMO incorporates the data distribution property to carry out the anomaly quantification for the data in the data stream, and then the abnormal conditions of the monitored object are quantified by the anomaly information of the current data and historical data. Finally, the anomaly state is adaptively determined by the distribution of anomaly coefficients. ADCMO can detect the changes in the status by calculating the outlier coefficient of the object at each moment and adaptively make the abnormal early warning. The experiments show that ADCMO can do this any-time, dynamically, efficiently and effectively.
