iNTRODUCTiON: The advent of the COViD-19 pandemic has brought with it not only a global health crisis but also an infodemic characterized by the rampant spread of misinformation on social media platforms. OBJECTiVES: in response to the urgent need for effective misinformation detection, this study presents a comprehensive approach harnessing machine learning and deep learning techniques, culminating in ensemble methods, to combat the proliferation of COViD-19 misinformation on Facebook, Twitter, instagram, and YouTube. METHODS: Drawing from a rich dataset comprising user comments on these platforms, encompassing diverse COViD-19-related discussions, our research applies Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision tree, logistic regression, and neural networks to perform in depth analysis and classification of comments into two categories: positive and negative information. The innovation of our approach lies in the final phase, where we employ ensemble methods to consolidate the strengths of various machine learning and deep learning algorithms. This ensemble approach significantly improves the model’s overall accuracy and adaptability. RESULTS: Experimental results underscore the efficacy of our methodology, showcasing marked improvements in detection performance compared to individual models. After applying ensemble learning, we achieve an accuracy of 91% for Facebook data, 79% for instagram data, 80% for Twitter data and 95% for YouTube data. CONCLUSiON: Our system not only aids in curbing the dissemination of COViD-19 misinformation but also provides a robust framework for addressing misinformation across various contexts on social media platforms. © 2024 J. in recent years, support vector machine has become one of the most important classification techniques in pattern recognition, machine learning, and data mining due to its superior classification effect and solid theoretical base. However, its training time will increase dramatically as the number of samples increases, and training will become more sophisticated when dealing with problems involving multiple classifications. A quick training data reduction approach MOiS appropriate for multi-classification tasks is presented as a solution for the aforementioned issues. While eliminating redundant training samples, the boundary samples that play a vital role are chosen in order to considerably reduce training data and the problem of unequal distribution between categories. The experimental results demonstrate that MOiS may maintain or even improve the classification performance of support vector machines while substantially enhancing training efficiency. On the Opt digit dataset, the suggested method improves classification accuracy from 98.94% to 99.05%, while training time is reduced to 15% of the original;in HCL2000, the proposed method improves classification accuracy from 98.94% to 99.05%. When the accuracy rate is marginally increased (from 99.29% to 99.30%) on the first 100 categories dataset, the training time is dramatically reduced to less than 6% of the original. Personal computers and the internet are used in different areas and are easier to use. Most data is easy to transmit and duplicate in digital format, and being tampered with and stolen easily leads to issues for content owners and service providers. The Paper describes a secure (tampering-resistant) method for watermarking images for protection and authentication and digital media like audio, video, and multimedia data, and a combination of singular value decomposition (SVD) and Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) for insertion watermark by MATLAB to increase accuracy, simplicity, and flexibility Readability, secure robustness, and imperceptibility the visibility of the image. The proposed algorithm consists of three main steps: Firstly, we decomposed the original image into four sub-bands and the original watermark. Secondly, embed the watermark in the LL sub-band by replacing the singular value for the watermark. Finally, embed a watermark in the other three sub-bands by adding LL values for a watermark in each sub-band in the original image. © 2024 iEEE.

it is of paramount importance to enhance medical practices, given how important it is to protect human life. Medical therapy can be accelerated by automating patient prediction using machine learning techniques. To double the efficiency of classifiers, several preprocessing strategies must be adopted for their crucial duty in this field. Feature selection (FS) is one tool that has been used frequently to modify data and enhance classification outcomes by lowering the dimensionality of datasets. Excluded features are those that have a poor correlation coefficient with the label class, that is, they have no meaningful correlation with classification and do not indicate where the instance belongs. Along with the recurring features, which show a strong association with the remainder of the features. Contrarily, the model being produced during training is harmed, and the classifier is misled by their presence. This causes overfitting and increases algorithm complexity and processing time. The pattern is made clearer by FS, which also creates a broader classification model with a lower chance of overfitting in an acceptable amount of time and algorithmic complexity. To optimize the FS process, building wrappers must employ metaheuristic algorithms (MAs) as search algorithms. The best solution, which reflects the best subset of features within a particular medical dataset that aids in patient diagnosis, is sought in this study using the Snake Optimizer (SO). The swarm-based approaches that SO is founded on have left it with several general flaws, like local minimum trapping, early convergence, uneven exploration and exploitation, and early convergence. By employing the cosine function to calculate the separation between the present solution and the ideal solution, the logarithm operator was paired with SO to better the exploitation process and get over these restrictions. in order to get the best overall answer, this forces the solutions to spiral downward. The paper analyses the performance of a software defined wireless sensor network (SD-WSN) to a more conventional ad-hoc wireless sensor network (WSN). Recently SD-WSN has increased in popularity due to the demand of managed and service oriented sensor networks. in this analysis, we perform several simulation experiments comparing convergence time, packet reception ratio, and data delivery time for the SDN-WiSE SD-WSN system and an ad-hoc WSN based the RPL routing protocol. The experimental results confirm the expected overhead required in a SD-WSN compared to an ad-hoc approach and exposes some design flaws in the SDN-WiSE architecture. © 2020 iEEE.

Over the past decade, the rise of broadband and mobile internet access has led to the widespread adoption of real-time networking and multimedia applications. These platforms have become essential for connecting individuals and supporting businesses, particularly with the growing trend of remote work. The demand for video streaming services has surged significantly and is expected to continue rising. However, this increased traffic has strained network performance, leading to congestion and diminishing the quality of service, especially during peak evening hours and the COViD-19 pandemic. Besides upgrading network infrastructure, it is crucial to develop intelligent streaming systems that adapt to network conditions and user expectations to enhance customer satisfaction. This review paper explores into the basics and introduction of Multimedia and Real-Time Networking. it also explores the advancements in Adaptive and intelligent Networking for real-time multimedia communication. The paper formulates research questions based on the discussed topics, such as the distinctions between real-time networking and traditional networking, the ways multimedia applications adjust to fluctuating network conditions, and the challenges and limitations associated with these technologies.

Gait recognition is a technique to recognize subjects under long-distance conditions. Existing gait recognition methods generally rely on extracting different motion representations of body parts to capture the gait information. However, the differences in appearance silhouettes between subjects are not discriminative enough to identify the distinct gaits. Therefore, exploring the representations of unique motion differences of subjects from the temporal domain is an effective way to boost gait recognition performance. in this paper, we propose a cross-view spatiotemporal aggregation network (CSTAN) to learn the most discriminative motion representations of subjects from multi-scale features. Particularly, CSTAN uses temporal contextual feature aggregation (TCFA) block to interact multi-scale features, increasing the diversity of temporal representations in feature sequences and producing suitable motion representations. Besides, a potential spatial feature assessment (PSFA) block is proposed to address the problem of missing silhouettes due to occlusion. Considering the multi-view context, we propose a cross-view prediction learning (CVPL) block to mitigate the impact of the view itself. By aggregating features in the spatiotemporal and view domains, CSTAN can learn a more appropriate representation of human motion differences. Extensive experiments on two public gait recognition datasets demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of our proposed CSTAN. it is worth mentioning that the performance of CSTAN achieves a breakthrough in some complex environments, e.g., the subjects wearing different coats or carrying a bag. iEEE

Despite the significance of music genre classification in audio identification, it remains under-explored within Ai research. This tool is crucial for personalized music recommendations and similar music detection. We have developed an efficient Ai model that leverages Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), offering high-precision genre identification when integrated into a graphical user interface. The model effectively extracts audio features like Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs), zero-crossing rate, and tempo. Testing results reveal strong performance in genre prediction across diverse tracks, affirming the model's ability to discern unique characteristics of various music genres. This performance not only attests to the model's capability in discerning the unique characteristics inherent to different music genres but also suggests that it can effectively generalize to novel, unseen data. Our model lays the groundwork for future enhancements and demonstrates the potential of Ai in transforming the music industry - from personalized music playlists to exploratory recommendation systems. The success of this model paves the way for more intricate applications of Ai within music analysis.

Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems (CVRPs), a widely acknowledged NP-hard issue, pertains to the optimal routing of a limited-capacity vehicle fleet to fulfill customer demand, aiming for the least possible travel distance or cost. Despite the presence of numerous heuristic and exact approaches, the combinatorial characteristic of CVRP renders it challenging, especially for large-scale instances. This research provides an in-depth exploration of utilizing Genetic Algorithms (GAs) to address Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems (CVRPs), a recognized and intricate optimization issue in the realm of logistics and supply chain management. Our paper concentrates on the innovative usage of GAs, a category of stochastic search methodologies inspired by natural selection and genetics, to grapple with CVRP. We put forth a fresh framework grounded in GA that infuses unique crossover and mutation operations tailor-made for CVRP. Our comprehensive computational trials on benchmark datasets suggest that our GA-centric method is proficient in deriving high-standard solutions within acceptable computational durations, surpassing multiple contemporary techniques concerning solution quality and resilience. Our results also underscore the scalability of our proposed approach, marking it as a viable choice for tackling extensive, real-world CVRPs. This paper enriches the current knowledge bank by demonstrating the prowess of GAs in deciphering complicated combinatorial optimization issues, thus offering a novel viewpoint for future advancements in crafting more robust and efficient CVRP resolutions.

The fashion industry, with its myriad choices, often overwhelms consumers. Addressing this, AdaptiveCloset introduces a groundbreaking approach to tailoring clothing suggestions by harnessing the power of reinforcement learning (RL). Unlike conventional Ai methodologies in a fashion that merely suggests based on past preferences, our system dynamically ad-justs using realtime user feedback, ensuring that recommendations remain relevant and personalized. Historically, Ai's fusion into the fashion realm has witnessed multiple methodologies but conspicuously lacked the RL perspective. Our research stands at this juncture, aiming to redefine online shopping experiences. Through AdaptiveCloset, we envisage a scenario where online shoppers not only receive personalized recommendations but also feel a sense of involvement, thanks to the system's feedback-oriented adaptability. This responsiveness not only augments user engagement but provides actionable intelligence for businesses, bridging the gap between consumer desires and market offerings. in this study, our focus was to ensure the robustness and adaptability of the RL environment, positioning it as a potent tool for enhancing e-commerce interactions, optimizing sales strategies, and fortifying customer loyalty.
