In this article we consider Bayesian parameter inference for a type of partially observed stochastic Volterra equation (SVE). SVEs are found in many areas such as physics and mathematical finance. In the latter field they can be used to represent long memory in unobserved volatility processes. In many cases of practical interest, SVEs must be time-discretized and then parameter inference is based upon the posterior associated to this time-discretized process. Based upon recent studies on time-discretization of SVEs (e.g. [24]) we use Euler-Maruyama methods for the afore-mentioned discretization. We then show how multilevel Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods [19] can be applied in this context. In the examples we study, we give a proof that shows that the cost to achieve a 4 mean square error (MSE) of O(ϵ2), ϵ > 0, is O(ϵ− 4/2H+1 ), where H is the Hurst parameter. If one uses a single level MCMC method then the cost is O(ϵ−2(2H+3)/ 2H+1 ) to achieve the same MSE. Unbiased and Multilevel Methods for a Class of Diffusions Partially Observed via Marked Point Processes

In this article we consider the filtering problem associated to partially observed diffusions, with observations following a marked point process. In the model, the data form a point process with observation times that have its intensity driven by a diffusion, with the associated marks also depending upon the diffusion process. We assume that one must resort to time-discretizing the diffusion process and develop particle and multilevel particle filters to recursively approximate the filter. In particular, we prove that our multilevel particle filter can achieve a mean square error (MSE) of O(∈2) (∈ > 0 and arbitrary) with a cost of O(∈-2.5) versus using a particle filter which has a cost of O(∈-3) to achieve the same MSE. We then show how this methodology can be extended to give unbiased (that is with no time-discretization error) estimators of the filter, which are proved to have finite variance and with high-probability have finite cost. Finally, we extend our methodology to the problem of online static-parameter estimation. This working-in-progress paper aims to present a three-dimensional reconstruction using aerial images in different environments. This research study presents an algorithmic approach for the detection and identification of key components on license plates, including numerical digits, province codes, vehicle colors, and vehicle makes and types. The methodology integrates image processing techniques and deep learning methodologies to achieve comprehensive image analysis. The algorithm incorporates image preprocessing techniques to optimize the input images, followed by a deep neural network trained on a large annotated dataset. The algorithm utilizes image segmentation and character recognition techniques to detect and classify numerical digits on license plates. Similarly, it employs segmentation and classification processes for identifying province codes, vehicle colors, makes, and types. Extensive training ensures the algorithm's accuracy and robustness under varying conditions. The proposed algorithm demonstrates the potential for accurate license plate component detection and identification, with applications in law enforcement and traffic monitoring systems. . ©2023 IEEE.

The present study examines how organizational work environments affect employee turnover at Delmon Poultry Company. The researcher used a structured questionnaire and a quantitative approach to collect data from 340 employees. The results show that the organizational work environment has a greater impact on employee attrition than the social environment, accounting for 75.5% of the turnover variance. Although the social environment is substantial, it only accounts for 29.2% of the variance. The research establishes that attrition reduction necessitates the enhancement of organizational factors, including policy impartiality and management practices. In order to offer a more comprehensive understanding of attrition dynamics, future research should investigate these relationships across various industries and over time. The study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the significance of a supportive organizational environment for employee retention and providing practical recommendations for human resource management to improve employee retention strategies.

In recent years, deceptive content such as fake news and fake reviews, also known as opinion spams, have increasingly become a dangerous prospect for online users. Fake reviews have affected consumers and stores alike. Furthermore, the problem of fake news has gained attention in 2016, especially in the aftermath of the last U.S. presidential elections. Fake reviews and fake news are a closely related phenomenon as both consist of writing and spreading false information or beliefs. The opinion spam problem was formulated for the first time a few years ago, but it has quickly become a growing research area due to the abundance of user-generated content. It is now easy for anyone to either write fake reviews or write fake news on the web. The biggest challenge is the lack of an efficient way to tell the difference between a real review and a fake one;even humans are often unable to tell the difference. In this paper, we introduce a new n-gram model to detect automatically fake contents with a particular focus on fake reviews and fake news. © 2024 IEEE.

In this research, the system that detects administrative behavior, credit card and developing corruption from credit cards through LINE applications. The objective of this research 1) To develop a risk notification system or suspect to be corruption of credit cards through the connection channels of LINE application 2) to measure the accuracy of the system developed. We consider the use of a domain proxy assisted private citizen broadband radio service (CBRS) network and propose a Maximum Transmission Continuity (MTC) scheme to transmit Internet of Things (IoT) data reliably. MTC dynamically allocates available CBRS channels to sustain the continuity of data transmission without violating the channel access requirements. MTC allocates the granted CBRS channels according to the priority of each user, the instant channel access status, interference among users, and the fairness.
