The implementation of ML in basic biomedical research has been instrumental for yielding novel insights into biological processes and confirming multiple biological processes. This trend is gradually being experienced in stem cell research especially in the characterization of stem cells and differentiation processes. As we proceed further, it becomes necessary to use computational approaches to assess the biosafety and bio efficacy of stem cells for clinical applications, mainly with respect to the highly important issue of tumorigenicity in stem cell therapy. Stem cells are very sensitive to the conditions used to initiate tumorigenicity as this is impacted on by many factors not reflected well in conventional laboratories. Furthermore, since tumorigenicity is shaped by numerous factors it is unlikely that there is a single method suitable for evaluation of these risks;such an approach might compromise safety and efficacy of stem cell therapies. As the availability and scopes of biological datasets have grown beyond genomics and expanded to include phenotype and function, together with the recent developments in informatics and artificial intelligence, there is potential for identifying safety and efficacy of stem cell therapies. In this regard, several ML methodologies, and we put forward standardized processes to enable stem cell studies. With regards to area 3, the following is the focus: Our overall principle is to balance the opportunities of these methods for assessing biosafety and bio efficacy risks. The purpose is to build accurate decision support systems to assist clinicians in deriving informed decisions about stem cell treatments that ultimately improve patient care and safety. Using ML, we propose an approach to stem cell therapy to handle enhanced difficulties in risk assessment in clinical contexts. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) is an important component of wireless communications by enhancing the network coverage. The mesh network topology is interconnecting all nodes in the cluster. However, the existing approaches utilized for optimal routing in WMN face challenges such as increased delays, packet loss, network congestion that lead to inefficient data transmission. WMN has an ability to deliver efficient performance even with a large number of devices. Additionally, WMNs support a wide range of applications, by using its effectiveness in various scenarios. The fundamental architecture of a mesh network integrates multiple wireless nodes interconnected through base stations for efficient routing communication. Mesh networks able to adopt different client-based structures, including infrastructure and hybrid configurations. Optimization, learning techniques and Software defined network methods are utilized for efficient optimal routing to enhance the efficiency of data transmission, while reducing delay. In this study, routing-based optimization and Machine (ML), Deep Learning (DL) algorithms are reviewed along with its advantages and limitations. The performance ML or DL model is utilized for optimal routing in WMN is evaluated based on performance metrics such as Delay, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) and Connected Client Ration (CCR). © 2025 IEEE.

Kidney disease (KD) is a gradually increasing global health concern. It is a chronic illness linked to higher rates of morbidity and mortality, a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and numerous other illnesses, and expensive medical expenses. The machine learning (ML) models are applied for KD prediction with higher accuracy and precision. The KD dataset has uncertainty and vague information, so, we used the neutrosophic set (NS) to deal with vague and uncertainty information in the KD dataset. The KD dataset is converted into the N-KD dataset with three membership functions: truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. Three ML models are used in this study such as logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), and k-nearest neighbor (KNN). These ML models are applied to the N-KD dataset. The results show the LR has higher accuracy and precision on the N-KD dataset than the original KD dataset. © 2025, University of New Mexico. All rights reserved.

The usage of machine learning and deep learning algorithms have necessitated Artificial Intelligence'. AI is aimed at automating things by limiting human interference. It is widely used in IT, healthcare, finance, and agriculture. It is achieved through several deep learning algorithms that reflect the human brain's intelligence. These AI algorithms can be manipulated according to changing needs and improved efficiency. This paper tries to utilize the developments made in AI technology to classify the images and recognize the objects present in them. One widely used AI algorithm is CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). The CNN is a deep learning-based algorithm that consists of various layers that extract and filters the parameters present in the images. Some additional layers of ResNet50 and the CNN algorithm are used to extract the parameters to improve image recognition accuracy. The image dataset taken for training and testing the proposed model is imageNet. The images are initially processed before sending them to the proposed model. The proposed model is trained, validated, and tested through the images obtained after the initial processing. The same process is repeated several times until getting the maximum accuracy. The accuracy of the proposed model in terms of image recognition is recorded. The obtained results are compared with other image classification algorithms like VGG16 and VGG19. Over the past years,many efforts have been accomplished to achieve fast and accurate meta-heuristic algorithms to optimize a variety of real-world *** study presents a new optimization method based on an unusual geological phenomenon in nature,named Geyser inspired Algorithm(GEA).The mathematical modeling of this geological phenomenon is carried out to have a better understanding of the optimization *** efficiency and accuracy of GEA are verified using statistical examination and convergence rate comparison on numerous CEC 2005,CEC 2014,CEC 2017,and real-parameter benchmark ***,GEA has been applied to several real-parameter engineering optimization problems to evaluate its *** addition,to demonstrate the applicability and robustness of GEA,a comprehensive investigation is performed for a fair comparison with other standard optimization *** results demonstrate that GEA is noticeably prosperous in reaching the optimal solutions with a high convergence rate in comparison with other well-known nature-inspired algorithms,including ABC,BBO,PSO,and *** that the source code of the GEA is publicly available at https://***/projects/gea.

Quantum computing is progressing at a fast rate and there is a real threat that classical cryptographic methods can be compromised and therefore impact the security of blockchain networks. All of the ways used to secure blockchain like Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA), Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit (SHA256) are the characteristic of the traditional cryptographic techniques vulnerable to attack by quantum algorithms: Shor’s and Grover’s algorithms: can efficiently break asymmetric encryption and speed up brute force attacks. Because of this vulnerability, there exists a need to develop an advance quantum resilient blockchain framework to protect the decentralized ledgers from the future threats of the quantum. This research proposes Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG) as a formidable architectural integration, to fortify security of blockchain. Classical encryption is replaced with PQC, QKD with secure key exchange by detecting eavesdropping, and QRNG with improving cryptographic randomness to remove the predictable key vulnerability. Only with a small loss of transaction efficiency, we increase transaction encryption accuracy, key exchange security, and resistance to quantum attacks. In this quantum enhanced blockchain design, the idea is to preserve the decentralization, transparency and security and at the same time overcome the future quantum threat. By going through rigorous analysis and comparative evaluation, we demonstrate that the approach saves blockchain networks from the emerging quantum risks to make sure that the decentralized finance, smart contracts and cross chain transactions. © (2025), (science and Information Organization). In the modern era of a growing population,it is arduous for humans to monitor every aspect of sports,events occurring around us,and scenarios or *** recognition of different types of sports and events has increasingly incorporated the use of machine learning and artificial *** research focuses on detecting and recognizing events in sequential photos characterized by several factors,including the size,location,and position of people’s body parts in those pictures,and the influence around those *** approaches utilized,here are feature descriptors such as MSER(Maximally Stable Extremal Regions),SIFT(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform),and DOF(degree of freedom)between the joint points are applied to the skeleton ***,for the same purposes,other features such as BRISK(Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoints),ORB(Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF),and HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradients)are applied on full body or *** integration of these techniques increases the discriminative nature of characteristics retrieved in the identification process of the event,hence improving the efficiency and reliability of the entire *** extracted features are passed to the early fusion and DBscan for feature fusion and *** deep belief,network is employed for *** results demonstrate a separate experiment’s detection average recognition rate of 87%in the HMDB51 video database and 89%in the YouTube database,showing a better perspective than the current methods in sports and event identification.

A trend toward the use of digital platforms for product marketing and profit margin enhancement is evident in the contemporary corporate environment. As a result, using deep learning methods to evaluate consumer sentiment in tweets based on product reviews becomes essential. The study's proposal is to use a big dataset and a one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) for the classification process in order to extract lexical characteristics for sentiment analysis. In order to do this, analysis is done on customer review datasets of Amazon items with an emphasis on reviews pertaining to mobile phones. To improve the performance and accuracy of the classifier, data preprocessing is first done. A lexical method is then used to efficiently compress the text via feature extraction. For the purpose of correctly assessing review emotions, efficient classification is essential. So, classification is done using the 1D-CNN method. The Egret Swarm Optimization Algorithm is used to adjust the 1D-CNN model's hyperparameters (ESOA). After this procedure, the research evaluates the 1D-CNN method's performance in relation to other techniques currently in use. The research concludes that the suggested method performs well overall, achieving 98.77% accuracy, 97.37% precision, 97.42% sensitivity, and 97.21% F-measure, respectively. These performance measures outperform those of current algorithms created in earlier research. The sentiment analysis of mobile phone evaluations inside the Amazon e-commerce system shows improved accuracy and efficiency when using the suggested 1D-CNN neural network approach. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Objective: Big Data processing is a demanding task, and several big data processing frameworks have emerged in recent decades. The performance of these frameworks is greatly dependent on resource management models. Methods: YARN is one of such models which acts as a resource management layer and provides computational resources for execution engines (Spark, MapReduce, storm, etc.) through its schedulers. The most important aspect of resource management is job scheduling. Results: In this paper, we first present the design goal of YARN real-life schedulers (FIFO, Capacity, and Fair) for the MapReduce engine. Later, we discuss the scheduling issues of the Hadoop MapReduce cluster. Conclusion: Many efforts have been carried out in the literature to address issues of data locality, heterogeneity, straggling, skew mitigation, stragglers and fairness in Hadoop MapReduce scheduling. Lastly, we present the taxonomy of different scheduling algorithms available in the literature based on some factors like environment, scope, approach, objective and addressed issues. © 2023 Bentham science Publishers.
