The covariant density functional theory with the point-coupling density functional PC-PK1 and the meson-exchange density functional PK1 has been applied to study the intrinsic triaxial and octupole deformation for 293,294117 isotopes, and the Qα values of their α-decay chains. The shape coexistence of normal deformation and prolate superdeformation is found in 293,294117 and some of their successive decay products. The Qα data of the α-decay chains are well reproduced. In particular, the influences of shape coexistence and rotational correction are examined.

Here, a nonparametric identification method for frequency response function estimation was proposed. It could be applied in vibration engineering field. In discrete Fourier transformation, the effect of the initial and end conditions and an observed noise spectrum on frequency response function estimation was studied. To obtain the more accurate frequency response function estimation values, the frequency response function, the initial and end conditions and impulse response coefficients were taken as a parameter vector to be identified. The problem of frequency response function estimation was converted into a linear least square optimal problem. Then, a new separable algorithm was proposed to solve this linear least square optimal problem. Finally, the simulation example results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The immobilization of cancer antigens onto the surface of piezoelectric immunosensor by a novel method was presented and evaluated for its potential use in early cancer detection. A 3rd overtone 10MHz AT-cut quartz crystal resonator was applied to detect the antibody of NuTu-19 ovarian cancer cell in serum samples using this novel immobilization method. The NuTu-19 ovarian cancer cells were planted on the electrode surface, the resulting very small mass change is then transformed into the change in frequency of crystal resonator. A self-made frequency counter was employed to display the frequency change. The change in resonance frequency was from 108 to 282Hz. The antibody content of NuTu-19 detected in immunized serum samples was 341ng/ul, and only 8% deviation compare to the data obtained from the protein quantification method. This immobilization method gave good results in terms of sensitivity, reproducibility and stability.
