The environment recognition of Multi-agent System is a recognition problem of multi-character in environment. The environment recognition of one agent is always uncertain, and the recognition of each agent is always non-compatible, etc. Based on the thinking of matter-element and extension, designing the classical matter- element matrixes and the extensive matter-element matrix of the environment recognition of agents, and making a environment recognition model of MAS based on extensive classification tree not only can resoves these problems, but also can make the MAS recognize the environment more clearly and accurately. Key management schemes based on threshold mechanism can provide high security, but lower certificate success rate and bad scalability;key management schemes based on certification chain satisfy self-organized features, but their security depends on trust degree of nodes and could not be applied high security environment. We advance hybrid key management scheme based on threshold mechanism and certification chain. Simulation shows that with less increment of communication overhead, our scheme can improve both certificate success rate and system security and better balances security and availability, and satisfies security needs of Ad hoc networks.

Vehicle safety traffic is a hot issue today. Because the factors of pre-warning decision are very complex, including weather, time, vehicle type, self-speed, relative speed and so on, those factors usually induces pre-warning decision of vehicle safety traffic not to meet real-time capability and high accuracy. Different weather, different vehicle types and different speeds require different pre-warning decisions. For the existing condition of the high ways in China, a vehicle safety traffic pre-warning decision is proposed combining multi-sensor information fusion with fuzzy expert system. The factors of pre-warning decision are real-timely detected by multi-sensor information fusion and the decision is designed on fuzzy expert system. At last, the pre-warning decision is applied on high ways .The results show that the pre-warning decision reduces the rate of misreport and the rate of missing report of the pre-warning system and enhances stability and practicability. It sufficiently considers the existing condition of the high ways in China and the habits of drivers, so it is of wide application value.

This paper presents the performance analysis of a high-speed surface mounted permanent magnet (PM) brushless DC motor by using an improved phase variable model. Magnetic field finite element analyses are conducted to accurately calculate key motor parameters such as air gap flux, back electromotive force and inductance, and their dependence on rotor position and magnetic saturation. To evaluate the comprehensive performance of the motor, especially the motor output at high-speed operation, which is affected by the dynamic inductances, an improved phase variable model is derived. In the model, the rotor position dependence of the key parameters is taken into account. The motor prototype has been constructed and tested with both a dynamometer and a high-speed embroidery machine, validating successfully the theoretical calculations.

This paper presents the simulation model of flyback switching DC-DC converters operating in heavy load modes, and the application of the model in the converter design for improving the system reliability. To derive the simulation model, different operational modes and atomic circuit blocks (ACB) are established first. Then, the state-machine of the system is studied. Finally, the transfer function of each ACB is determined, and according to the relationship among the ACBs, the complete simulation model is built, which can be used for transient analysis during starting, the operation in the under-voltage mode or over-current mode. Furthermore, the heavy load simulation model is applied to calculate the maximum steady-state power loss of the output diode, one of the key factors for thermal analysis which is crucial for the system reliability. The effect of time delay is also considered. By modifying the parameters of a physical flyback converter according to the simulation results, the converter reliability is significantly improved. The theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.

Based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Hilbert space, the model for evaluating the warrant for railway military transportation is put forward. The formulation of weight operators based on AHP and the method to set up the standard Hilbert's index sub-space are discussed. This evaluation model has good data processing functions in respect of both qualitative data and non-qualitative data. By index analysis, horizontal and vertical comparisons are made among evaluated objects, the contribution rate of every index to the total index and the reachability of the total index are obtained. A case for the evaluation of the warrant for railway military transportation is analyzed. The result shows that the model is good for establishment of warrant evaluation for railway military transportation.
