In the article, an adaptive fixed-time reinforcement learning (RL) optimized control policy is given for nonlinear systems. Radial basis function neural networks (RBFNNs) are exploited to fit uncertain nonlinearities appeared in the considered systems and RL is applied under the critic-actor architecture by using RBFNNs. Specifically, a novel fixed-time smooth estimation system is proposed to improve the estimating performance of RBFNNs. The introduction of the hyperbolic tangent function effectively avoids the singularity problem of the derivative of the virtual controller. The stability analysis shows that the tracking error inclines to an adjustable region near the origin in a fixed-time interval and the boundedness of all signals is obtained. Finally, the intelligent ship autopilot is simulated to prove the utilizability of the obtained control way. © 2024 IEEE.

The tree direct contact line is the fault type that has the greatest impact on the power system in the tree-line contradiction. At present, most of the existing studies are aimed at the monitoring and disposal of tree line faults, but there are few studies on the fire time of tree line faults. Based on the 10kV simulated test line, this paper builds a tree line fault simulation test platform for 10 kV distribution lines. The common tree species under the transmission line in Sichuan are selected as test sample trees. The fire time of different types of trees after tree line failure is studied. The test study obtained the fire time of three kinds of trees under the condition of capacitance current of different lines to the ground. It was found that the fire time is not directly related to the tree and impedance. The main factors affecting the fire time are the thickness of the tree and the size of the capacitance current of the transmission line. The process of tree burning can be divided into 4 stages, namely: arc preheating stage, epidermal carbonization stage, water evaporation stage and branch burning stage, and can correspond to the changing trend of leakage current. The research results can provide technical reference for preventing wildfires caused by transmission line tree line faults.

When the inter-turn short circuit fault occurs in the dry-type air-core shunt reactor (DASR), the short circuit loop will consume a large amount of active power, which will cause the equipment temperature to rise in a short time and damage the equipment. Therefore, it is very important to detect the fault in the early stage of the inter-turn short circuit fault. This paper presents a method to detect the number of inter-turn short circuit fault turns of the DASR based on modified active power (Pm) and modified reactive power (Qm), at low voltage with low frequency. The formulas for Pm and Qm are obtained by adding correction factors to the formulas for active power and reactive power respectively. Their correction factors are obtained by using genetic algorithm. The variations of Pm and Qm under normal condition and short circuit condition with different turns are studied. The inter-turn short circuit fault with different frequency and different fault location is simulated. It provides a feasible method for detecting the inter-turn short circuit fault of the DASR and determining the number of short circuit turns. © 2022 IEEE.

In the field of nuclear energy, the Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) is recognized as one of the most severe types of nuclear reactor accidents, characterized by its complex physical processes and potentially catastrophic consequences. These challenges impose stringent requirements on safety analysis and emergency response. Accurate prediction and analysis of fluid behavior within pipelines under LOCA conditions are critical for evaluating accident outcomes and formulating response strategies. This paper introduces an innovative intelligent computing approach - a Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) model driven by both physical data and simulation data, specifically tailored for LOCA conditions. To address the challenges posed by multivariable and complex physical relationships, the six-equation two-fluid model is first simplified to represent the physical processes. Subsequently, a dual-driven PINNs network is developed, integrating both simulation data and physical constraints. The proposed model demonstrates a root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.02, a mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.044, and an R2 of 0.81 in predicting the outcomes under the six-equation model. © 2024 IEEE.

Based on the 10k V simulated test line, this paper experimentally studies the change process, development trend and change characteristics of tree impedance when trees of different types, lengths and moisture contents have tree-line faults, as well as the influence of different system capacitive currents on fault characteristics. The experiment took three different species of pine, eucalyptus and bamboo as the test objects. The results showed that the impedance characteristics of the three different species of trees during tree line contact discharge were different, among which pine and eucalyptus had larger impedance and bamboo had smaller impedance. And the correlation between tree length and tree impedance is not strong. Under the premise of the same tree species, the impedance of the part with high moisture content is small, and the impedance of the part with low moisture content is large. In the time range of 0~ 20s, the impedance of trees decreases with the increase of discharge time.

Due to the insulation fails caused by complex factors, such as the manufacture factors, transportation and complicated working environment, inter-turn short circuit fault is one of the frequent failures of shunt reactor, at the early stage of whom, its current is not high enough to trigger the protection equipment. However, the current in the shorted turn is very high, which causes serious copper loss, resulting in high temperature rise. In severe case, it will cause fire accident and explosion. Thus, it's important to design a sensitive and reliable method to detect the inter-turn short circuit fault at its early stage. In this paper, a method based on the power loss factor (PLF) considering both the activate power and equivalent resistance of reactor, is proposed to detect the inter-turn short circuit fault of an air-core shunt reactor considering the effect of insulation resistance. Taking a BKDCL-20000/35 dry-type air-core shunt reactor as an example, the inter-turn short circuit faults occur at different axial heights and coil layers are investigated. The electrical parameters, including equivalent resistance, equivalent inductance, active power, reactive power etc. are presented and comparison is implemented between the normal condition and failure conditions. The current and active power of the shorted turn is calculated and analyzed, which are used to explain the parameters variation of the reactor when inter-turn short circuit fault occurs. Finally, PLF under various working conditions is computed and presented, which provide an alternative to monitor the inter-turn short circuit fault. © 2022 IEEE.

A digital nuclear pulse and digital nuclear energy spectrum signal generator was designed using FPGA and digital frequency synthesizer (DDS). It also includes slip signal, triangle wave, square wave, sine wave output. By randomly sampling the amplitude information and time information of the reference spectrum line, the complex algorithm of nuclear signal reproduction is avoided, and the simulation of the nuclear signal random pulse and nuclear energy spectrum (137Cs gamma spectrum) is realized. The signal amplitude is adjustable from 0.1V to 10V, and the frequency is adjustable from 10Hz to 10kHz. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper investigates adaptive containment control for a class of fractional-order multi-agent systems(FOMASs)with time-varying parameters and *** using the bounded estimation method,the difficulty generated by the timevarying parameters and disturbances is *** command filter is introduced to solve the complexity problem inherent in adaptive backstepping ***,in order to eliminate the effect of filter errors,a novel distributed error compensating scheme is constructed,in which only the local information from the neighbor agents is ***,a distributed adaptive containment control scheme for FOMASs is developed based on backstepping to guarantee that the outputs of all the followers are steered to the convex hull spanned by the *** on the extension of Barbalat's lemma to fractional-order integrals,it can be proven that the containment errors and the compensating signals have asymptotic ***,three simulation examples are given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control method.

X-ray computed tomography (CT) scan is commonly used for pre-diagnosis and is powerful tool for ensuring accurate diagnoses. Its potential radiation damage has raised concerns in recent years. Sparse view CT scan can effectively reduce radiation exposure and improve patient comfort by shorten scanning time. However, the incomplete measurement data obtained from sparse view CT scan can only reconstruct CT images containing a large number of artifacts. To remove these artifacts and achieve a quality similar to full view CT images, numerous deep learning (DL)-based methods have been proposed, generally employing autoencoders or generative adversarial networks (GANs). Due to the high-dimensional sparse nature of artifacts, autoencoders and GANs often fail to model artifacts well. In this work, we employ a novel generative model, the denoising diffusion probability model (DDPM), to directly model full view CT images. We use ultra-sparse view CT images as the condition for generating full view CT images, guiding the reverse process of DDPM to realize artifact removal in ultra-sparse view CT images. Our method is the first to achieve artifact removal in ultra-sparse view CT in the image domain. Experiments on a public dataset demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method over existing methods.
