The escalating integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various domains, especially Project Management (PM), has brought to light the imperative need for inclusivity in AI systems. This paper investigates the role of AI software in augmenting both the inclusiveness and efficiency within the realm of PM. The research pivots around specific criteria that define and measure the inclusiveness of AI in PM, highlighting how AI, when developed with inclusiveness in mind, can significantly enhance project outcomes. However, there are inherent challenges in achieving this inclusiveness, primarily due to biases embedded in AI learning databases and the design and development processes of AI systems. The study offers a comprehensive examination of AI's potential to revolutionize PM by enabling managers to concentrate more on people-centric aspects of their work. This is achieved through AI's ability to perform tasks such as data collection, reporting, and predictive analysis more consistently and efficiently than human counterparts. However, the incorporation of AI in PM extends beyond mere efficiency;it represents a paradigm shift in the epistemology of PM, calling for a deeper understanding of AI's role and impact on society. Despite these advantages, the adoption of AI comes with significant challenges, particularly in terms of bias and inclusiveness. Biased AI learning databases, which use shared and reusable datasets, often perpetuate initially discriminatory algorithms. Moreover, unconscious biases and stereotypes of AI designers, developers, and trainers can inadvertently influence the behavior of the AI systems they create. This necessitates a paradigmatic shift in how AI systems are developed and governed to ensure they do not replicate or exacerbate existing social inequalities. software requirements are the expectation of stakeholders which are identified and modeled by various requirements elicitation and modeling techniques like traditional methods, goal oriented methods, and unified modeling language (UML), etc. The identified software requirements are broadly classified into functional requirements (FRs) and non-functional requirements (NFRs). Based on our literature review, we found that most of the focus in the area of software engineering is on the analysis of FRs as compared to NFRs. For the successful development of any information system both FRs and NFRs should be considered equally during the elicitation and modeling process;and ignoring NFRs may lead to failure of software. Therefore, to address this issue, we developed a method for the analysis of both FRs and NFRs so that a successful software product can be developed by a software company. In the proposed method, FRs are modeled by UML use-case diagram, class-diagram, and activity diagram. The NFRs are analyzed using NFR-framework;and NFR propagation rules have been derived from the requirements of an information system. In this framework, fuzzy based approach has been used to analyze the contribution links of softgoal interdependency graph. Internet of things is progressing very rapidly and involving multiple domains of everyday life including environment, governance, healthcare system, transportation system, energy management system, etc. smart city is a platform for collecting and storing the information that is accessed through various sensor-based IoT devices and make their information available in required and authorized domains. This interoperability can be achieved by semantic web technology. In this paper, I have reviewed multiple papers related to IoT in Smart Cities and presented a comparison among the semantic parameters. The intuitive fuzzy set has found important application in decision-making and machine *** enrich and utilize the intuitive fuzzy set,this study designed and developed a deep neural network-based glaucoma eye detection using fuzzy difference equations in the domain where the retinal images *** image detections are categorized as normal eye recognition,suspected glaucomatous eye recognition,and glaucomatous eye *** degrees associated with weighted values are calculated to determine the level of concentration between the fuzzy partition and the retinal *** proposed model was used to diagnose glaucoma using retinal images and involved utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and deep learning to identify the fuzzy weighted regularization between *** methodology was used to clarify the input images and make them adequate for the process of glaucoma *** objective of this study was to propose a novel approach to the early diagnosis of glaucoma using the Fuzzy Expert System(FES)and Fuzzy differential equation(FDE).The intensities of the different regions in the images and their respective peak levels were *** the peak regions were identified,the recurrence relationships among those peaks were then *** partitioning was done due to varying degrees of similar and dissimilar concentrations in the *** and dissimilar concentration levels and spatial frequency generated a threshold image from the combined fuzzy matrix and *** distinguished between a normal and abnormal eye condition,thus detecting patients with glaucomatous eyes.

Beginning within late 2017, industrial IoF2020 program will concentrate toward massive deployments of IoT via three use cases in the meat supply chain: pig farm management, poultry chain tracking, and for livestock visibility with openness. This initiative will include eleven collaborators spanning 5 nations. Installing and integrating IoT sensors for environmental and livestock management would alleviate producers’ difficulty getting knowledge that data needed regarding continuously tracking how well they are doing. Alert detection is additionally being created, integrating multiple sources of data in order to give farmers helpful input along with communicating news with other partners. By carrying out this, preventative or remedial measures can be done for infections, swine taint, bird mortality, feed waste, the natural world, et cetera. Additionally, EPCIS-based traceability from farm to fork will be allowed to ensure customers may get precise data about the source and caliber of their livestock. Each of these three use scenarios’ existing stage in work along with future plans are expected to be discussed. IoF2020 seeks to support the digital revolution in smart farming by tackling various educational and commercial problems while also promoting its use throughout Europe. It maintains mechanical necessary degree and security against physical along with toxic contaminants during industrial butchering of chicken, a lot measures have been taken. Diabetes is one of the most common diseases in Jordan. It is the main reason of death among Jordanian adult citizens. Worldwide, 48% of all deaths are due to Diabetes occurred before the age of 70 years. Hence, this research is interested in the early prediction of this disease among Jordanian people. To achieve this main objective, Machine Learning (ML) is utilized through a large number of classification models and considering five well-known evaluation metrics. These classification models have been trained on a primary dataset that has been collected for the purpose of the research. The results revealed that BayesNet and NaiveBayes are the best classification models to handle the task of the early prediction of Diabetes in Jordan © 2024 IEEE.

Enhancing Deep Reinforcement Learning with Scenario-Based Modeling

Deep reinforcement learning agents have achieved unprecedented results when learning to generalize from unstructured data. However, the “black-box” nature of the trained DRL agents makes it difficult to ensure that they adhere to various requirements posed by engineers. In this work, we put forth a novel technique for enhancing the reinforcement learning training loop, and specifically—its reward function, in a way that allows engineers to directly inject their expert knowledge into the training process. This allows us to make the trained agent adhere to multiple constraints of interest. Moreover, using scenario-based modeling techniques, our method allows users to formulate the defined constraints using advanced, well-established, behavioral modeling methods. This combination of such modeling methods together with ML learning tools produces agents that are both high performing and more likely to adhere to prescribed constraints. Furthermore, the resulting agents are more transparent and hence more maintainable. We demonstrate our technique by evaluating it on a case study from the domain of internet congestion control, and present promising results. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The rapid evolution of wireless communication technologies and the increasing demand for multi-functional systems have led to the emergence of integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) as a key enabler for future 6G networks. Simultaneously transmitting and reflecting reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (STAR-RISs) have recently garnered significant attention for their ability to enhance signal coverage and improve system efficiency. This paper investigates a STAR-RIS-assisted ISAC system designed to secure communication for multiple legitimate users (LUs) while safeguarding against multiple eavesdroppers (Eves). By jointly optimizing the base station (BS) transmit beamforming, STAR-RIS transmission and reflection coefficients, and receive filters, the proposed framework aims to maximize the long-term average secrecy rate for all LUs. Constraints are imposed to ensure minimum echo signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) for sensing and meet the achievable rate requirements of LUs. To address the inherent complexity of this non-convex problem, two deep reinforcement learning (DRL) algorithms are proposed. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves significant improvements in secrecy rate compared to conventional RIS setups. This work provides a scalable and efficient approach for secure multi-user ISAC systems, making it highly relevant for future 6G networks, smart cities, and IoT applications. © 2025 The Authors.
