Educational, online learning has become a common practice due to rapid digitalization and recent global events. This study focuses on developing a comprehensive online learning platform that addresses users' needs by integrating advanced AI capabilities for personalized support and adaptive learning. The platform supports user registration and authentication, course and lesson management, and offers interactive features like AI-driven chat support. In this study, we show the importance of creating user-friendly online learning platforms with the implementation of modern AI trends. The development and testing of this platform is ongoing to determine the adaptation of the system to different learning styles.

Scientific and scientific-technical information is a valuable tool for the development of education, technology and society as a whole. The increase in the volume of information and the development of information networks of data exchange requires special means to ensure information protection of data. Methods, means and systems for information security of scientific, technical and scientific-educational resources in intellectual information systems are of particular importance. The purpose of the research is to develop methods and software tools to ensure information security of valuable scientific and technical information resources in intelligent information systems. The proposed solution for intrusion detection in intelligent system is a web application firewall, which is used for enhanced security, detecting and preventing attacks before they reach the web application. It will protect the system from a whole range of attacks while allowing HTTP traffic monitoring and analyzing small changes or persistent state online. The Web Application Firewall (WAF) has the following features: logging of all HTTP protocol transactions, including request termination permissions and logging of the response;HTTP traffic can be examined in real time to detect attacks;preventing attacks before they reach the web application. The article is devoted to the development of means for recognition of the emotions of the speaker, based on the neural network analysis of fixed fragments of the voice signal. The possibility of improving recognition tools through the use of a convolutional neural network of the GoogLeNet type is shown. The expediency of training the network on the examples of the TESS database is determined. A procedure for representing a voice signal in the form of a square grayscale image has been developed. Based on the use of the specified database, the modification of the GoogLeNet network was carried out. The architecture and software implementation of the recognition module have been developed. With the help of computer experiments, it has been established that after 150 epochs of training on a fairly limited training sample, the modified GoogLeNet makes it possible to achieve an accuracy of recognition of the speaker's emotions of approximately 0.97 on test examples. The obtained accuracy is comparable to the accuracy of the best modern systems of this purpose and confirms the promise of using neural network models like GoogLeNet for emotion recognition based on voice signal analysis. The need for further research aimed at reducing the resource intensity of the neural network model is shown. © 2022 IEEE.

The methods of nonlinear adaptation based on an analytical design of aggregated regulators and modal control are discussed for solving the problem of nonlinear control over a robotic arm operating under the conditions of nonrandom noise. A comparative analysis of control is performed under different types of noise variables. It is shown that both control systems are adaptive and robust, while their transient process quality characteristics differ. The results of numerical modeling support the method of nonlinear adaptation as far as the value of overshoot is concerned in the case of nonrandom noise and evidence in favor of the method of modal control identifying the noise for off-design conditions (random high level noise). © 2020 IEEE.

—The mathematical model for many problems is arising in different industries of natural science, basically formulated using differential, integral and integro-differential equations. The investigation of these equations is conducted with the help of numerical integration theory. It is commonly known that a class of problems can be solved by applying numerical integration. The construction of the quadrature formula has a direct relation with the computation of definite integrals. The theory of definite integrals is used in geometry, physics, mechanics and in other related subjects of science. In this work, the existence and uniqueness of the solution of above-mentioned equations are investigated. By this way, the domain has been defined in which the solution of these problems is equivalent. All proposed four problems can be solved using one and the same methods. Recently, in Mathematical and Computational Applications Journal Chiu et al. [1] and Chen and Chiu [2] propose an inventory model based on EPQ with rework to determine the replenishment lot size and the number of shipments for a vendor-buyer integrated production-inventory system. They solve the inventory problem by considering both variables as continuous. However, the number of shipments must be considered as discrete variable. In this direction, this paper revisits and solves the inventory problem of [1-2] considering the decision variables according to their nature. Two easy and improved algorithms are proposed which simplify and complement the research works of [1-2].

This paper demonstrates model-based dynamic optimization through the coupling of two open source tools: OpenModelica, which is a Modelica-based modeling and simulation platform, and CasADi, a framework for numerical optimization. The coupling uses a standardized XML format for exchange of differential-algebraic equations (DAE) models. OpenModelica supports export of models written in Modelica and the optimization language extension using this XML format, while CasADi supports import of models represented in this format. This allows users to define optimal control problems (OCP) using Modelica and optimization language specification, and solve the underlying model formulation using a range of optimization methods, including direct collocation and direct multiple shooting. The proposed solution has been tested on several industrially relevant optimal control problems, including a dieselelectric power train.

The 15th ACM SIGPLAN International Conference on Functional programming (ICFP) took place on September 27–29, 2010 in Baltimore, Maryland. After the conference, the programme committee, chaired by Stephanie Weirich, selected several outstanding papers and invited their authors to submit to this special issue of Journal of Functional programming. Umut A. Acar and James Cheney acted as editors for these submissions. This issue includes the seven accepted papers, each of which provides substantial new material beyond the original conference version. The selected papers reflect a consensus by the program committee that ICFP 2010 had a number of strong papers that link core functional programming ideas with other areas, such as multicore, embedded systems, and data compression.
