Over the past few decades, cities have experienced severe social and economic pressures, which have a disproportionate impact on the urban environment. As a result, the quality environment has decreased, which is characterized by increased CO2 emissions and energy operating costs. Sustainable city development is considered as a step to create a pleasant environment for the community. Therefore, this research is essential to do to regenerate settlements in improving urban quality. This study aims to find a model for developing sustainable hybrid settlements in densely populated areas. The research method with the simulation method uses the Urban Modeling Interface device with three parameters. The modeling results obtained a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) value of 0.43 with a total land area of ± 427,233 m2. The FAR value produces an operational energy value of 3,983kwh / m2 / year and an embodied energy value of 216 kWh / m2 / year. This value is very high from 240 kWh / m2 / year as a standard for energy use. The amount of mobility in the aspect of walkability is 21-68, and 21-69 for the value of Bikeability. The results of this simulation indicate that the residential area in Jatinegara is not yet sustainable.

Stroke is a neurological disease and is a significant cause of disability throughout the world. Patients with stroke or post-stroke usually still experience interference in walking in the form of a drop foot caused by atrophy of the anterior tibialis muscle, so they cannot perform dorsiflexion. Drop foot disorders can be treated by rehabilitation using Posterior Leaf Spring Ankle-Foot Orthosis (PLS AFO). PLS AFO has the advantage of a higher level of flexibility compared to other AFO types. The primary purpose of this research is to observe the level of resilience based on the influence of AFO thickness. This study uses the finite element analysis of three model variations in the initial contact, midstance, terminal stance, and calf loading phases. The material used in this study was carbon fiber. The simulation will result in the distribution of stress, strain, and deformation values in each AFO model. The simulation results show that AFO resistance is affected by variations in AFO thickness where the increase in strength is proportional to the increase in AFO thickness. The AFO with a thickness of 10 mm is the most suitable for the tibialis anterior atrophy case.

Along with the enormous impact on computational development in architecture and urban design, the way in approaching the built environment is shifting and intended to look closer to performance and evidence-based design. This development holds promise in handling complex computation to approach desired targeted design goals. However, the implementation of form-finding and design performance optimization still lacks, particularly in Japan's sub-tropical climate. This paper describes the parametric design and design exploration process's implementation through the generative algorithm platform to develop a benchmark model to predict building energy and daylight performance and find possible design solutions from the iteration process during the early phase of the design process. The variables incorporated related to the glazing ratio, the length of the overhang, and building orientation. Grasshopper, a parametric-based plugin that works in Rhinoceros, is used to arrange a parametric definition for the overall experiment. The tools used to investigate the environmental analysis and energy consumption are Ladybug and Honeybee, and the exploration process will be conducted using Design Explorer. The context will be situated in Orio district and uses the EPW file of Kitakyushu city, Fukuoka, Japan. The results of this research furthermore can potentially be a comparison for more dynamic factors.

The adoption of e-wallet service is on the rise among Indonesian customers. People use e-wallet because it is convenient, more secured, and offers advantages over physical cash. In line with the growth of e-wallet adoption, the number of e-wallet services in Indonesia has increased to more than 50 providers in 2020. This situation leads to a competitive market in e-wallet service. This study examines key factors affecting customer satisfaction and continuance intention to use e-wallet services and applications based on the integration of Diffusion of Innovations (DOI) theory, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT). The data collected from 663 participants were analyzed based on structural equation modeling partial least square. The results show that confirmation, perceived ease of use, compatibility, and trialability have positive impacts on customer satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and habit contribute to continuance intention on e-wallet. In addition, customers prioritize security over ease of use when using e-wallet and consider it part of e-wallet usefulness. Based on findings, this study recommends strategies to maintain customer’s satisfaction and to increase continuance intention, such as security prioritization on e-wallet, a customized promotion for each customer, application update based on customer’s feedbacks, and market expansion to include small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), an acute capillary leak syndrome caused by dengue virus, is one of the major public health problems in Indonesia. Several major DHF outbreaks have occurred, and the incidence rate has increased from year to year. The increasing use of social media for health-related activities and the geolocation social media data can be leveraged to enhance the current surveillance system for controlling communicable diseases, including DHF. This study explores Instagram, one of the most popular social media in Indonesia, to analyze posts about DHF toward improving the surveillance system. We extract Instagram posts in 2017 - 2018 with geolocation and date-time value, that contained one or more DHF keywords in Indonesian language (i.e., demam berdarah dengue, demam berdarah, dengue, Aides aegypti, and fogging), resulting in 665 posts in dataset 2017 and 976 in dataset 2018. The preprocessing of the dataset includes tokenization, word normalization, stop word removal, stemming, and building the term-document matrix. The training dataset is labeled into news, education and information, and other classes, and the K- nearest neighbors (KNN) is applied to classify the DHF posts. The accuracy of the KNN classifier is 71% for the 2017 dataset and 77% for the 2018 dataset. For the deployment, we perform spatial analysis and compare the results with the actual DHF cases from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia. The spatial analysis results report that 17 provinces reveal similar changes between the number of DHF posts on Instagram and the number of actual cases from 2017 to 2018, while 17 other provinces reveal the opposing changes. The results and findings of this study show that Instagram posts may contribute to enhance the current surveillance system. For example, the frequency of Instagram posts and its sharp increase may indicate unusual events about the DHF situation in a specific province.

Old ships will experience a degradation of the structural strength after receiving repeated loads. Decreased strength performance is also caused by structure shape and structural dimensions changes. In steel ships, Dimensional changes will be discovered when the ship is docked, because the material undergo corrosion causing in thinning the shell plate. In this study, a thickness reduction of the shell plate has been simulated to determine the longitudinal response of the ship's structure. A Finite element analysis of ferry Ro-Ro ship's hull was carried out using ANSYS package program. The simulation was carried out to exceed the allowable limit for reducing the thickness plate by the Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI), which is 20% of the initial plate thickness. Based on simulation result, it was found that an increase of stress at each variation of the reduction in hull plate thickness in hogging and sagging conditions.

The characteristics of coal surface mining activity are vulnerable to environmental degradation due to soil excavation, although only causing a lower risk in worker's incidence and economically beneficial as requiring a lower cost than the underground mining method. This study aimed to analyze the types of post-mining land use worth developing for the local community's livelihood around the post-mining land on the concession of PT Anugerah Bara Kaltim (ABK) in Kutai Kertanegara District, Kalimantan Timur Province. The method used was a cost-benefit analysis (CBA). The analysis results indicate that the pepper plant cultivation on the post-mining land within six years produces Net Present Value (NPV) at Rp 49,484,637.00, Benefit/Cost (B/C) Ratio at 1.347, Net B/C Ratio at 2.56, and Internal Rate Return (IRR) at 39.20%. Meanwhile, rice plant cultivation stimulated within six years produces NPV at Rp 8,653,754.00, B/C Ratio at 1.035, Net B/C ratio at 1.3871, IRR at 8,50%. The economic analysis results based on all indicators: NPV, B/C, net B/C, and IRR, demonstrate that the pepper and rice plant cultivation activities are feasible in the coal post-mining land.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning Management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%.
