The purpose of the computer programming class is to improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and ultimately improve students' programming skills. From many years of teaching experience, we can see that students can easily understand theoretical or algorithmic ideas, but once it comes to programming, there is no way to do so. This article focuses on how to implement ideas into programming implementation in the course of programming and data structure. Fog computing composes of neighboring devices, which are connected as cluster to collect and compute data via given algorithms. Compared with cloud computing, it collects and processes data at the edge of device layer, instead of remote data transmission and task scheduling. Fog computing reduces the communication and computation overhead in networking and data aggregating, while preserves data privacy against the cloud center. However, due to the different devices capacities, trust relations, security settings, the concerns are that, if the given data is real and sufficient for analyzing program as input, whether the data processing is done as appointed, and how to prevent secret leakage during the computation. This paper proposes a trustless layer for secure data computing in fog network, where the function accepts "hidden"data as input and generates zero-knowledge computing proof which can be easily verified by public. The combination of secure computing functions and blockchain systems escort trustful business in fog environment. © 2023 ACM.

Real-time video stitching can build a wider field of view for surveillance, which faces a compromise between stitching speed and visual quality. A fast and robust real-time surveillance video stitching method is proposed to deal with the ghosting effect caused by moving objects and misalignments caused by background change or slight camera shift through automatic updating. By stitching key frames, parameters such as pix mapping table, stitching seams and blending weights are calculated, and most of subsequent frames are directly blended with CUDA acceleration based on the pre-calculated stitching parameters. Fast and effective algorithms are designed to detect the change of stitching seam and background during the whole stitching process, which determines whether to update the stitching seam or recalculate stitching parameters. Experiments show that this method can robustly and automatically solve the ghosting and misalignments to improve visual quality and achieve satisfactory real-time performance. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The development of cloud computing has brought about rapid changes in the data application environment. The contradiction between the availability of data fusion and privacy protection is increasing. Traditional information security focuses on hiding attributes, while big data privacy protection pays more attention to access control and data using methods. As a semi-structured representation model, XML data is an ideal carrier for heterogeneous data exchange and unstructured data storage. This paper deeply studies several problems involved in user’s individual access process for XML data privacy preserving, and proposes prior knowledge as dynamic context. Based on the innovative privacy bipartite graph and the XML document semantic encoding, we propose the XML data privacy preserving model DCPPM and the algorithm KCQ to resist reasoning attack. The scheme to preventive response of the real-time inference attack in the actual operation process is realized. Finally, the example verification and experimental data show that the proposed model can effectively protect the safe use of private data and sensitive data in real time, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. © 2018 Totem Publisher, Inc. A kind of sleep staging prediction model based on signal data preprocessing and ensemble learning method is constructed to solve the low accuracy rate of traditional automatic sleep staging. First, the preprocessing of 3,000 samples aims to eliminate the non-characteristic signal data and cement the distribution difference of data at different sleep stages;Then the soft-voting classifier prediction model is constructed by applying the ensemble learning thought that integrating the Adaboost and KNN model. The average classification accuracy rate of the method reaches 87.6% after the comparison and analysis of experimental results. Compared with other machine learning models and signal processing methods, accuracy rate of classification prediction improves greatly. © 2021 ACM.

The powerful function mining ability of the gene expression programming algorithm has obvious advantages in predicting dependent variables under multi-influence factors. PCA can obtain the key characteristics of the main influencing factors by the data reduction processing, and the generalized regression neural network can effectively overcome the disadvantage of slow training of the traditional neural network. Taking the cost of civil engineering in subway tunnels as an example, this paper introduces the Shapley value method for a combined prediction based on the prediction results of the above two optimal single prediction models and determines the weight of the two models based on the error of allocation. The results of the study show that the combined prediction model based on the Shapley value method reduces the error better than the single prediction model and further improves the prediction accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

To address the issue of geometric consistency in the formation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) during flight, from the perspective of formation control, an identification method for the core nodes of the temporal network is introduced to analyze and evaluate the geometric position error of the UAV formation. A decoupling controller is designed to improve the geometric consistency of the UAV formation. During the design process, the UAVs' dynamics model is established and a Leader-Follower formation controller is designed based on LMI and virtual Leader. The node importance identification of the UAV formation is determined by constructing a time series network according to the similarity based super adjacency matrix (SSAM) of nodes, and the controller is improved in the light of the results of node importance recognition. In the simulation process, the tracking effect of the dual aircraft formation was first verified and analyzed. Then, taking the 6-aircraft formation as an example, the relationship between node importance and geometric consistency was analyzed, and the controller was improved. The simulation results showed that the improved controller, taking into account the factors affecting node importance, can improve the geometric consistency of the formation, providing meaningful reference value for the study of maintaining and consistency control of Formation organization and formation maintenance formations. © 2024 IEEE.

As deep learning applications extensively increase by leaps and bounds, their interpretability has become increasingly prominent. As a universal property, chirality exists widely in nature, and applying it to the explanatory research of deep learning may be helpful to some extent. Inspired by a recent study that used CNN (convolutional neural network), which applied visual chirality, to distinguish whether an image is flipped or not. In this paper, we study feature chirality innovatively, which shows how the statistics of deep learning models' feature data are changed by training. We rethink the feature-level chirality property, propose the feature chirality, and give the measure. Our analysis of feature chirality on AlexNet, VGG, and ResNet reveals similar but surprising results, including the prevalence of feature chirality in these models, the initialization methods of the models do not affect feature chirality. Our work shows that feature chirality implies model evaluation, interpretability of the model, and model parameters optimization. © 2023 IEEE.

通过爆炸焊接技术制备了含夹层的TC1/AA1060/AA6061复合材料,并对界面形貌和界面元素分布进行了研究。通过电子背散射衍射方法研究界面晶粒分布,并通过数值模拟得到的界面温度来解释晶粒分布。通过力学性能试验得到复合材料的拉伸和剪切力学性能。界面微观组织结构和力学性能的测试结果表明:TC1/AA1060/AA6061复合材料具有较好的焊接质量。两个界面形貌与数值模拟结果一致,数值模拟得到的界面温度可以解释界面和涡旋区域的晶粒分布。元素在TC1/AA1060界面的扩散宽度为12.3μm,未检测到金属间化合物。在两个涡流区只检测到Al和O元素。此外,还在界面附近不同区域进行了纳米压痕试验,TC1/AA1060界面的纳米硬度介于两侧材料之间,而AA1060/AA6061界面的纳米硬度小于两侧材料。

Principles and techniques of compilation is an important core course in computer science, of which compilation experiments are a key component. By implementing a compiler by themselves, students will gain a deeper understanding of how theories and techniques related to compilation interact with each other. However, the widely adopted programming languages in experiments expose too many low-level details like data structures, interfaces, and intermediate results. This often leads to programs obscure and unintuitive, which not only raise the difficulty of completing experiments, but also raise the difficulty of understanding and relating programs to involving algorithms. To address this issue, we introduced monadic programming which is from functional language background. It shields minor details by a set of monad operators to enable programmers to focus on the main ideas. The similarity between a monadic program and the algorithm behind it also makes it possible for teachers to give effective, comprehensive feedback on students' programs in time. The teaching reform based on this idea is introduced in detail. And the past three years of practice have shown promising results. © 2021 ACM.
