Geometric graph neural networks (GNNs) have emerged as powerful tools for modeling molecular geometry. However, they encounter limitations in effectively capturing long-range interactions in large molecular systems due to the localization assumption of GNN. To address this challenge, we introduce Neural P3M, a versatile enhancer of geometric GNNs to expand the scope of their capabilities by incorporating mesh points alongside atoms and reimaging traditional mathematical operations in a trainable manner. Neural P3M exhibits flexibility across a wide range of molecular systems and demonstrates remarkable accuracy in predicting energies and forces, outperforming on benchmarks such as the MD22 dataset. It also achieves an average improvement of 22% on the OE62 dataset while integrating with various architectures. Codes are available at https://***/OnlyLoveKFC/Neural_P3M.

artificial intelligence and blockchain are quickly integrating in daily life and business applications. When numerous information systems must access and analyze data in real-time in centralized systems and applications, such as healthcare, a bottleneck develops. This issue would be resolved by blockchain's decentralized database architecture, safe data storage, data exchange, and authentication. Additionally, ai can be present at the very top of the blockchain and produce insights from the shared data that is created and applied to forecasts. Blockchain is a cutting-edge Cybersecurity technology that creates chains by mutual consent between nodes that chronologically link new blocks to those previously stored in nodes. A number of industries, including banking, insurance, cybersecurity, forecasting, healthcare, and cryptocurrencies, among others, are growing more quickly as a result of technology convergence. The likelihood of these systems being hacked increases as more digital technologies are used and these businesses provide services. Blockchain technology and artificial intelligence can work together to create a strong defense against these dangers and security problems. We'll examine how blockchain and ai are merged in cybersecurity in this chapter. We'll go into more detail about how they help secure cyber-physical systems.

Parkinson's Disease (PD), a prevalent global neurological disorder, presents with motor symptoms like rigidity and tremors. Accurate severity assessment is vital for intervention evaluation. This study uses computer vision, specifically Kinect cameras and deep learning, to develop a system for assessing the severity of Parkinson's disease. Leveraging Kinect cameras' Precision in tracking key motion patterns, the system utilizes convolutional neural networks, namely Spatial-Temporal Graph Convolutional Network (STGCN) and Two-Stream Adaptive Graph Convolutional Network (2SAGCN), to detect movement anomalies and provide quantitative severity measures. A novel model is proposed, representing an enhanced version of 2SAGCN featuring a channel and graph attention module. Parkinson's severity classification comprises 11 classes based on 9 motion categories, totaling 99 classes. Three-dimensional transfer learning and data augmentation improve model Accuracy. This research advances non-invasive, quantitative Parkinson's assessment using innovative technology and advanced neural network models. The program is hosted on GitHub for implementation and result observation. The 10-fold cross-validation results of the best model, incorporating 2SAGCN structure, Graph, and Channel Attention, yield Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score of Confidence Intervals 94.12± 0.14, 99.6 ± 0.20, 98.9 ± 0.10,99.2 ± 0.80 respectively.

The basic goal of the IoT is to permit the online connection and communication of everyday physical objects like appliances, vehicles, and other gadgets. This paves the way for effortless and automated data collection and exchange, as well as interaction between the objects themselves and with humans. The Internet of Everything (IoE) is an expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) that aims to maximize and improve human life by connecting and making the most of all available resources (humans, information, and technology). The transportation, healthcare, agricultural, energy, and manufacturing sectors are all examples. The IoIT aims to incorporate ai and ML within the IoT’s interconnected network of physical items. These objects can then independently behave in response to the information they have gathered and the instructions they have been given. This has the potential to lead to smarter, more efficient systems that can react to new information and human input in real time. The Internet of Things, the Internet of Everything, and the Industrial Internet of Things all have the same overarching goal: to pave the way for the development of more efficient and intelligent systems and processes that can enhance a wide range of human endeavors. However, in order to make sure that these technologies are used in a responsible and ethical way, it will be necessary to carefully analyze their consequences and the issues they provide.

Globally, 210 nations have been affected by the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), which has been classified as a pandemic. The modern health system, as well as the economic, educational, and social sides of society, have all been severely impacted. While the rate of transmission keeps increasing, several cooperative strategies between stakeholders to create cutting-edge methods of screening and detecting COVID-19 instances among people at a comparable rate have been noticed. Also, the importance of computational models connected to the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution in accomplishing the desired feat has been emphasized. Unfortunately, there is a gap in the precision of COVID-19 case detection, prediction, and contact tracking. For patients with COVID-19 in isolation units, teleultrasound (TUS), particularly with the support of fifth generation (5G) wireless transmission technology, can offer rapid monitoring, quick clinical progress assessment, and assistance with guiding interventional procedures. Also, it helps conserve medical resources like equipment and supplies while lowering the risk of infection among medical personnel. The review of computer models presented in this work can be used to improve the effectiveness of COVID-19 pandemic case detection and prediction. We concentrate on adoptable big data, ai, and nature-inspired computing solutions for the current pandemic. According to the review, models inspired by nature have shown strong performance in feature selection for medical problems. In pandemic-related cases like COVID-19, contact tracing using big data analytics should also be investigated.

Data-based detection and quantification of causation in complex,nonlinear dynamical systems is of paramount importance to science,engineering,and *** by the widely used methodology in recent years,the cross-map-based techniques,we develop a general framework to advance towards a comprehensive understanding of dynamical causal mechanisms,which is consistent with the natural interpretation of *** particular,instead of measuring the smoothness of the cross-map as conventionally implemented,we define causation through measuring the scaling law for the continuity of the investigated dynamical system *** uncovered scaling law enables accurate,reliable,and eficient detection of causation and assessment of its strength in general complex dynamical systems,outperforming those existing representative *** continuity scaling-based framework is rigorously established and demonstrated using datasets from model complex systems and the real world.

With the increase in computer use for the last 10 years, it increases the size of cyber-attacks as well. Since most computers are connected to the network, they may suffer cyber-attacks. Because of these cyber threats, Cyber Security is becoming a really important area in the information technology area. Cyber Security is an area which is mainly responsible for dealing with cyber-attacks by hackers. The improvements and advancements in the information technology area allow cyber criminals to do really complicated and dangerous cyber-attacks. Cyber-attack methods that are being used today are much more effective than the ones in the past. Because of that, there is always a war between cyber security specialists and cyber attackers or hackers. Cyber security analysts, on the other hand, try to come up with new solutions to the methods developed by cyber criminals or hackers. The competition between them continuously advances and improves cyber security technologies every day. The improvements can be either in cyber security or cybercrime side. These days, traditional cyber security solutions are enough to fight against cyber-attacks, but can these solutions be further developed? This is the question everyone in the cyber security area is trying to answer. Of course, yes. Thanks to ai, which is one of the most popular technologies in the information technology area, it is used in many areas ranging from e-commerce, advertising, human resource & recruiting, video games, transportation, surveillance systems etc. ai has been used in cyber security over the last years. Although it also has negative effects, we are going to mostly talk about its positive sides in this article. We are going to go deep into how and why ai is used in cyber security, how ai improves and enhances the current traditional cyber security methods. Then, we will also talk about which ai techniques play an important role in the cyber security area.

Machine learning has the ability to dramatically improve sustainable systems by anticipating needs, maximizing resource use, raising output, and lowering waste. An overview of earlier studies on the incorporation of machine learning into sustainable systems is presented together with a case study of how machine learning was used to lower energy use in a residential structure. The results show that machine learning may be used to increase energy efficiency and save a lot of money. Wearable technology has added a whole new dimension to the already vast field of personal electronics. The mobile phone gave devices their true individuality. Because so many services are designed around mobile phones, the market has opened up for a brand-new personalized experience utilizing wearable technologies. Fabric sensors may now be combined with wearable microcontrollers like the flora and lily pad to monitor stretch, pressure, bend, and even the direction that the body is being braced. The connections between them are based on conductive threads that follow the curve of the fabric. We'll examine how different teams used their in-depth understanding of wearable technologies to accomplish their goals in this study.

Terahertz (THz) (0.1-10 THz) wireless communication is one of the cornerstones of the next 6G wireless networks. THz frequencies have the ability to dramatically increase wireless capacity performance and enable high-resolution environment sensing if applied properly due to the enormous quantity of accessible bandwidth. However, the usage of wireless devices in high-frequency bands like THz is constrained by a very unpredictable and dynamic channel. The ultimate result is essentially unreliable intermittent connections since these channel constraints have a naturally restricted communication range and a high susceptibility to blocking and chemical absorption. Because of this, the THz band's potential for high-rate communications and high-resolution sensing may be hindered. This study thoroughly examines the steps necessary to build up and operate next-generation THz wireless networks that will work together to deliver a variety of communication and sensing services in this environment. We first lay the groundwork for this by defining the THz frequency range's fundamentals. Using these fundamentals as a foundation, we outline and carefully investigate seven specific qualities that characterize THz wireless systems: Some of the subjects discussed include the quasi-opticality of the band, wireless architectures suited for THz, synergy with lower frequency bands, cooperative sensing and communication systems, PHY-layer protocols, spectrum access techniques, and real-time network optimization. These seven distinctive features enable our understanding of how to re-engineer wireless systems as we know them today to fit THz bands and their specific settings. On the one hand, THz systems make use of its quasi-optimality and may turn any sensing opportunity into a communication problem, aiding in the development of a new breed of flexible wireless systems that can do many jobs beyond straightforward communications. In a nutshell, the IoT refers to the idea of integrating high-tech technology in the form of "smart" gadgets and sensors into a single setting to gather data. There are still numerous areas in which machines cannot compete favorably with people, but data collection and analysis are undeniably two of their strongest points. The Internet of Things makes it possible to fully or partially automation data, it involves related activities, which is obviously very important for the healthcare industry. What exactly is the Internet connected medical things, and how exactly might it make a significant impact on the sector? By having to apply the concept of the internet of things (IoT) to the field of medicine, several significant advancements have become possible, including the ability to automatically control the thermostat of containers while transmitting inoculations and antibiotics, the accurate tracking of the ailments of a lot of illnesses without a need for additional meetings with a general practitioner, the correct and most useful use of meds, and a great deal more. All of this is realizable because of the capability of MedTech gadgets to carry out continuous monitoring system. The potential applications of internet of things technology in healthcare are very interesting. Let’s review the ways in which this technology.
