The rapid development of blockchain technology has led to many innovations, with the widespread use of smart contracts being particularly notable. However, this trend has spawned diverse blockchain scams, including the Ponzi scheme, which takes the form of Ponzi contracts. Due to blockchain users' misunderstanding of blockchain transparency, this scam can often result in significant financial losses. To complicate matters further, the vast majority of smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks are not open source, and users can only see the contract's bytecode. This situation makes Ponzi contracts even more challenging to identify, making it difficult for users to judge the security and legitimacy of a contract beforehand, thus increasing the risk of being defrauded. Most existing work uses only bytecode for detection and cannot fully utilize the corresponding source code information. In this paper, we propose a novel bimodal learning-fusion framework for enhancing Ponzi contract detection only in the presence of bytecode. Firstly, we employ the semantic-aware neural network to extract semantic feature from source code and bytecode. Then, we propose a modal transformation strategy to learn the relationship between source code and bytecode. Finally, a modal attention mechanism is introduced to construct a fusion representation to detect the contract even in the absence of source code modality. Experimental results show that the method performs better than existing methods that use machine learning for detection of Ponzi contracts. © 2024 IEEE.

Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) systems are becoming relevant in the fast-expanding terrain of large-scale networks because of their efficiency in concurrently managing many users. This is true since NOMA systems let numerous users concurrently be managed. On the other hand, the intricacy of these networks leaves them vulnerable to a wide spectrum of attacks, including the more advanced and erratic NOMA attacks on the network. These strikes could produce major disturbances that would compromise the quality of service and cast questions regarding the general network security. It has been demonstrated that the effective projection of these hazards is limited by standard linear and probabilistic techniques. This is true as contemporary methods fail to adequately capture the basic non-linear dynamics of these large-scale networks. This article offers a novel method for NOMA attack prediction by means of a non-linear chaotic belief process. The results are shown here. To recreate the uncertainty and intricate interactions inside the network, the proposed method which is the logistic map which in turn generates the sequences for ensuring the accurate iterative updates which in turn provides better scalability and precision. This integrates belief networks with chaos theory. More exactly, we capture the random and nonlinear aspect of network dynamics by building belief values indicating the likelihood of an attack by use of a chaotic map. After that, the belief values proliferate across the network in search of defects and project the probability of NOMA attacks. Effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by test results on a simulated large-scale network simulation. With a prediction accuracy of 92.7%, the chaotic belief mechanism obtained much above the average accuracy of 78.4% of traditional linear prediction systems. A data lake is a centralized repository where you may store both structured and unstructured data at any scale. Unlike typical data warehouses, which need data structure for storage, data lakes allow you to store raw data in its natural state. This adaptability makes data lakes suitable for storing large volumes of various data kinds, including photographs, videos, log files, sensor data, and others. When integrating a data lake with Power Business intelligence (BI), organizations can harness the power of both technologies to gain valuable insights from their data. In the realm of data-driven decision-making, organizations face the challenge of managing and extracting insights from vast and diverse datasets, a task conventional on-premises storage solutions often struggle with due to the exponential growth of data. Thus, the adoption of more scalable and flexible alternatives becomes imperative. Cloud-based data lakes emerge as transformative solutions, offering unparalleled scalability, accessibility, cost-effectiveness, and advanced security protocols. This paper discuss the concept of constructing a cloud-based data lake optimized for Power BI, leveraging leading cloud storage services like Azure data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Amazon S3. By seamlessly integrating Power BI with the cloud data lake, organizations can overcome traditional storage limitations and reap numerous benefits. The practical applications in advanced analytics, customer insights, IoT data management, and data discovery underscore the real-world utility of cloud data lakes. With the rise in the aging population,an increase in the number of semidisabled elderly individuals has been noted,leading to notable challenges in medical and healthcare,exacerbated by a shortage of nursing *** study aims to enhance the human feature recognition capabilities of bath scrubbing robots operating in a water fog *** investigation focuses on semantic segmentation of human features using deep learning ***,3D point cloud data of human bodies with varying sizes are gathered through light detection and ranging to establish human ***,a hybrid filtering algorithm was employed to address the impact of the water fog environment on the modeling and extraction of human ***,the network is refined by integrating the spatial feature extraction module and the channel attention module based on *** results indicate that the algorithm adeptly identifies feature information for 3D human models of diverse body sizes,achieving an overall accuracy of 95.7%.This represents a 4.5%improvement compared with the PointNet network and a 2.5%enhancement over mean intersection over *** conclusion,this study substantially augments the human feature segmentation capabilities,facilitating effective collaboration with bath scrubbing robots for caregiving tasks,thereby possessing significant engineering application value.

In today's digital world, it is crucial to keep a company's information safe from cyber threats. With new and more sophisticated network attacks emerging all the time, better security measures and ways to monitor our networks are needed. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) can act as digital guards to help protect our networks from these malicious threats. Snort is a widely used open-source IDS, but it can struggle with the ever-changing nature of these threats. Our research focuses on enhancing Snort's capabilities by integrating it with ML algorithms such as Random Forest, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), and Naive Bayes. We also conducted subset testing using the NSL-KDD dataset. Our results indicate that combining these ML algorithms with Snort can improve our ability to detect and stop malicious network activities. This research can be helpful for anyone interested in developing smarter and more effective intrusion detection systems. © 2024 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

Twitter plays an important role in understanding the consumer sentiment about the products. The advanced analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are used to extract actionable insights from this data and useful for a business to improve features and address issues on time for better customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Most of the current models suffer from a lack of effective ways to handle subtle sentiment analysis because of a lack of contextual understanding and proper feature extraction. Most traditional models cannot combine and optimize features that lead to obtaining sentiments. This leads to overfitting and problems caused by local minima. The proposed Emotion-Enhanced BERT (EE-BERT) model is an extension of the standard BERT to learn contextual embeddings in user sentiment. In this work, data preprocessing includes text cleaning, tokenization, dealing with emojis and emoticons, and lemmatization with the best quality data. The proposed work is basically a dual-stream architecture extended with butterfly optimizer. First, the advanced tokenization and semantic understanding techniques is used for extracting textual features. Second, the emotion-enhanced features extracted through emotion-hash vectorization to enhance the model's contextual awareness in social media data. This provides a unified framework that combines the feature extraction methods to enhance the accuracy in sentiment analysis. It demonstrated with an impressive accuracy of 98.2% on sentiment in posts and comments with 0.15 losses. The proposed work is free from overfitting and local minima in product quality enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

A revolutionary development in surgical practice, the incorporation of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) into minimally invasive surgery (MIS) improves patient outcomes, safety, and precision. This review article examines the development of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and highlights its notable advantages over open surgery, including shorter recovery periods, less discomfort following surgery, and a decreased rate of complications. The article explores the function of robotic systems, in particular the da Vinci Surgical System, which has transformed surgical operations by giving doctors more dexterity and visualization using robotic arms and high-definition 3D imagery. Additionally, the application of AI technology is explored, demonstrating how it enhances real-time decision-making, intraoperative assistance, and preoperative planning, ultimately improving surgical results. The paper also discusses the ethical and regulatory issues raised by surgical robots' growing autonomy, highlighting the necessity of strong frameworks to guarantee patient safety and fair access to these cutting-edge technologies. This study highlights how artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics have the ability to change the surgical medicine landscape by combining the most recent research and clinical practices. It also calls for continued communication among stakeholders to effectively traverse the complexity of this rapidly developing sector. © 2024 IEEE.

The classification of walnuts in the dry areas of Ganquan Township, Awati County, Xinjiang, is investigated in this research using traditional approaches, remote sensing photos taken by satellite, and convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Thorough field sampling and the collecting of Landsat-8 Level-2 data were necessary for correct analysis due to the different environmental features of the research region, which presented major hurdles. Despite some early difficulties, CNN design revisions led to significant gains in classification accuracy. These modifications included AlexNet, VGG, GoogleNet, ResNet, and EfficientNetV2. When compared to more traditional approaches, ResNet and EfficientNetV2 stood up as the most successful models. Nevertheless, challenges including computational complexity and low-resolution imaging highlight the necessity for more research to improve detection efficiency without sacrificing accuracy. The study emphasises the need to keep looking for new ways to analyse and monitor crops, and it suggests that combining remote sensing with advanced machine learning methods could help improve precision agriculture management and increase crop yields in dry areas. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
